教师面试技巧一:

应聘教师要看自己的专业,我是一名大学教师,刚经历过面试所以还是有些经验的。

首先就是要在试讲前做好充足的准备,把要讲的内容的相关背景等知识了解到位,并把课的内容和这些背景结合起来,主要是注意如何让背景知识在吸引人的同时把人引导到课本的内容上来。

其次就是出发前的准备,一定要着装合体,不要穿着台前卫,毕竟教师这个职位还是要讲究矜持的。

在见到面试官时要表现的大方,不要太拘禁,也不要太嚣张,给人留下稳重的印象。

试讲时要首先把自己的试讲材料分发给各位考官。

讲课时的音量特别重要,而且要有板书,然后就是注意设计的跟学生互动的环节。麻雀虽小但五脏俱全,所以板书就是你的教课大纲,是有始有终的,最后别忘了布置作业。

试讲完成以后还会有提问基本上都是涉及到如何安排你所教的课程的,教学侧重点应该在哪里,如果学生出现了这样或那样的问题你该如何等等。

应聘学校应注意三点:

1、让自己的简历学术气浓一些。

企业看重应用能力、社会活动能力,而学校更看重你的学业成就,包括学习成绩、项目经验、科研能力和教学能力。

2、尽量争取试讲的机会

试讲可以全面展示自己的教学潜能。试讲讲的好,可以弥补其它方面的不足。

具体来讲,试讲要注意以下三点:

A 内容

有的学校指定试讲的内容,有的学校则不指定内容。当不指定内容时,一定要根据应聘学校的水平来选择难易适中的试讲内容。千万不要以为讲的内容越难越好,因为招聘方并不是要看你对所讲的内容掌握有多好,而是看你是否具备做老师的潜质。

B 表达

表达包括板书和口头表达。板书要工整,有条理,开头有内容介绍,结尾有内容总结。不要急于擦黑板,试想下边坐的是学生,要给学生留出足够的记笔记的时间。

口头表达要注意声音洪亮,语速适中,抑扬顿挫。要注意与台下学生的交流,讲课突出重点,突破难点。

C 形象着装要正式、庄重,给人一副为人师表的感觉。

3、做好心理准备和长远职业规划 =求职定位:

求职定位要做到“知己知彼”。“知己”是要清楚自已喜欢做什么?能做什么?擅长做什么?“知彼”是要清楚市场需求,了解行业状况。

“知己”和“知彼”是相辅相承,缺一不可的。当我们喜欢做的事情,我们适合做的事情、我们擅长做的事情和社会的需求相吻合的时候,我们离成功不远了。

英语教师面试的几点建议

现在英语专业毕业生不那么吃香了,到大、中学校就业也需要认真准备面试。以下是根据实际经验提出的几点建议,希望对明年毕业的学生有些帮助。

1 别拿着书本或教案。每人20分钟左右,有Self-introduction, 有课文讲解,有主题发挥,有回答问题。所以,课文讲解也就10分钟,难道背不过?有的试讲人每个老师都给一份教案,刚开始有个好印象,但随后就没新意了。

2 写板书时不要完全把后背转向评委。师范生可能注意这一点,但非师范毕业的就要注意了。写板书时后转最大限度是身体与黑板成90度,要随时和评委或学生保持目光接触。

3 板书要适中。一般而言,试讲人的板书易于偏多,最后完全是写板书,很少说话了。板书占的比例只是10%左右。

4 语音语调不要起伏太大。相信大家的发音没问题,但语调就有差别了。有一些人,yeah, ok, hmm, right, am I right 等用的很多,影响了表达的流利度。 5 不要选择偏僻的主题。让评委感到自己的词汇量有限不是好事,同时也因此没有了衡量你水平高低的标准。

6 不要说汉语,哪怕一点点。

7 板书一遍成,不擦后再写,更不能出现拼写错误。如果要更正,要用板擦,不

要用手擦,看起来很乱,很脏。

8 口语要流利,表达要和逻辑。不要中间停顿,不要经常重复。

谈吐3P原则

自我介绍时应该记住“3P原则”:Positive(自信),Personal(个性),Pertinent(中肯)。

谈吐自信,就是要积极地进行自我肯定,让面试人充分了解你的优点与潜能。突出个性,就是要把自己与众不同的特点发挥出来,强调自己的专业与能力。语气中肯,就是要实事求是,不要言过其实,夸夸其谈,也不要涉及和自己无关的事情。

自我介绍应简洁明了,给面试人留下思路清晰、反应快捷、逻辑性强的印象。自我介绍时间不宜太长,话不宜太多,最好控制在五分钟之内。不要一谈起自己就口若悬河,滔滔不绝,以免言多语失。另外,在自我介绍时应避免过多地使用“I”(我),不要每个句子一开头就冒出一个“I”字,给人留下自我标榜、以自我为中心的印象。

灵活的应聘者往往会把“我”开头的话,变成“你”字打头。例如,面试人说:Would you please say something about yourself?(请你谈谈自己的情况好吗?)应聘者则说:Do you want me to talk about my personal life or to say something about the job?(你想让我谈谈我个人的生活呢,还是与这份工作有关的问题?)这样,你的谈话就把面试人摆了进去。这种谈话的方式所产生的效果是不言而喻的。面试毕竟是面试人与应聘者互相沟通的一种场合,应聘者时常把面试人摆进自己的谈话当中去,自然而然就起到了互相沟通的作用。

围绕3方面表现

回答问题时口齿要清晰、语调适中。内容要有条理、避免重复。介绍工作经历采用倒序,从最近一份工作谈起,着重强调有利于新工作的职务经历。最好能说明曾担任何种职务、实际成绩、业绩等,以及自己的工作对原来公司的影响。凡和此次应征不相关的内容,尽量避免提及。话题紧扣以下3方面来展现自己的优势。

1.能力。当你知道招聘单位目前急于用人时,首先把自己的专长讲足说够,然后顺理成章地得出结论:I think your unit needs a man like me.(我想,贵单位需要象我这样的人才。)用这样的句式,让面试人认为你是站在他们的立场上说话,在替他们的发展考虑问题,于是更容易接受你。陈述自己的任职资格时,可以这么开头:I’m qualified for the job because……(我能胜任这项工作,是因为……)接着陈述理由。当面试人在审视你究竟能不能胜任此职时,参照的标准已不再是他心目中的标准,而是你列举的理由。

2.业绩。外国公司面试喜欢用事实说话,为了证明你的能力,你可以把过去的经历联系起来,说明你曾经为以前的公司解决过跟现在雇主所面临的类似问题:I explored Shanghai market and sold 50,000 sets in one year.(我开发了上海市场,一年销售出去5万套。)

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore I joined the Aociation of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research.In 1997 I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in prof.Wang’s lab.With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system.It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST.In 1998 I aumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis &dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant.This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999 I joined the distinguished profeor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research.Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design.My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format.Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm.By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations.It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments too.In the second semester I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant.The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making proce that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances.To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost I proposed a Dynamic layered Scheduling method based on hybrid petri Nets.The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale.I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea.Recently I am doing research in the Composite predict of the Electrical power system aisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel.I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite predictive problem.This project is now under construction.

Besides In July 2000 I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation.In my senior year I met prof.Xiao-Song Lin a visiting profeor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside I learned graph theory from him for my network research.These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.

few such aignments do not help and I think that things are getting out of hand, I would call the parents and inform them of the scenario in school, and work on a plan.If neceary, we would consult the principal.

Where do you think reasoning should end and discipline should begin?

Every child is different and therefore the way to teach them varies as well.Of course, they are all in one cla, so there must be some uniformity.When order needs to be restored, I must consider well – and quickly.Some children realize their mistake even with a single admonishment while others require more serious measures to understand the unsuitability of their activities.In general, there is not too much time to reason with children in cla, as it disturbs the tempo of the cla.I may try to speak with children during rece or after cla if explanations are in order.Therefore, while it is of utmost importance to have a clear disciplinary plan, I realize I may have to be creative and flexible in some cases.
