of this unit.3.Such a topic is related to daily life, so it is helpful to raise learning interests of students and it will be also helpful to improve their spoken English.(二)ANALYSIS OF THE STUDENTS The Ss has learned English for about one month so far.They can understand some words and some simple sentences.The Ss have taken a great interest in English now.(三)TEACHING AIMS AND DEMANDS The teaching aim\\\'s basis is established according to Junior School English syllabus\\\' provision.1.Knowledge objects (1) To make the Ss know how to use the affirmative sentence \"This is....\" and the learning English in the Middle School is to cultivate students\' abilities of listening, speaking, reading, writing and their good sense of the English language.So in this leon I\'ll mainly use \"Communicative\" teaching method, \"Audio-visual\" teaching method and \"Task-based\" teaching method.That is to say, I\'ll let the Ss to get a better understanding of the key structure of the dialogue.I\'ll give the Ss some tasks and arrange five kinds of activities: talking, gueing games, watching CAI, acting out Sample A and having a competition.Teaching special features To use these group is the winner.Step1 Warm-up 1.Free talk between T and Ss .Such as: Hi, I\'m ....What\'s your name This is .How do you do Who is he/she How are you Who can count from 1to 5 What\'s this in English etc.2.A game: Ask the Ss to give T some school things.For example: T: Give me your book.(ruler, box, pen, table, knife, etc.) T: This is your book.This is not my book.It\'s your book.etc.In this course I\'ll ask them to make a dialogue group by group without repetition.Find out which group will make the most dialogues.Purpose of my designing: I think it is important to form a better English learning surrounding for the Ss by imitating and at the same time it is neceary to provide situations to review learned knowledge.Step2.Presentation This course is very important.I\'ll mainly talk about this step.I\'ll use CAI to present the whole dialogue.Arrange some situations to help Ss understand Sample A.First scene: There is a bag on the floor.B is picking it up and get ready to leave.Now A is talking with B.A: Hi, B.How are you today B: I\'m fine, thank you.And you A: I\'m fine, too.Oh, this is my bag.B: No, this is not your bag.It\'s my bag.A: (Look closely) Oh, I\'m sorry.B: That\'s all right.(At the same time, C is running up and hitting A.) C: Oh, I\'m sorry.A: That\'s OK.I\'ll write the key points on the Bb while they are watching.After watching, I\'ll teach them to read the words and sentences on the Bb.Make sure they can read them well.Purpose of my designing: To present Sample A by CAI is much easier for the Ss to learn and grasp the meanings.CAI can provide a real situation with its sound and picture and it makes the relationships between the Ss better.Step3.Practice First play the tape recorder.Let the Ss listen and imitate the dialogue.Pay attention to their pronunciation and intonation.In this step the Ss are required to practise the Sample in pairs by reading the dialogue aloud.This step is employed to make the Ss grasp the Sample .At last I\'ll ask the Ss to think hard and act it out with a partner according to Sample A.Then find out which group will act it out well.I\'ll give them red stars.Purpose of my designing: This step is employed to make the Ss get the general idea of the dialogue as a whole one.At the same time let the Ss have a chance to practise their listening and spoken ability.Step4.Production In this step I\'ll give the Ss a free space to show their abilities.Second scene: The Ss are having a picnic.It\'s hot and they take off their coats and put them together.They are singing and dancing, laughing and chatting.After the picnic, they begin to look for their coats.D and E are talking.F and G are talking.etc.After watching, I\'ll give the Ss some tasks to make similar dialogues without repetition and find out which group will make more dialogues.Purpose of my designing: \"Task-based\" teaching method is used here to develop the Ss\' ability of communication and also their ability of co-operation will be well trained.Tell the Ss we should be polite and take good care of our things.We should love our life.I think proper competition can arouse the Ss\' interest in English learning.If the Ss can finish this task well, they will benefit a lot in their spoken English.2.Skill 1 Model 1.I\'ll ask four Ss of the groups to write these sentences on the Bb in the four lines.Then check their handwriting, correct their mistakes.Find out who will write well and whose handing is the best.3.Finish the Ss\' workbook.Purpose of my designing: To check the knowledge Ss have learned in this leon.Step5.Homework: (1)Recite the words as many as poible after cla.(2)Make a dialogue according to Sample A and write it in the exercise book.Purpose of my designing: I think homework is so important that the Ss should speak English as much as they can in cla or after cla.It is neceary for the Ss to do some extensive exercises after cla to consolidate the knowledge they learned.Blackboard Design Leon Six Sample ASix This is my.hey This is not your....sorry It\'s my....Picture it\'s=it is Oh, I\'m sorry.that\'s=that is That\'s all right/OK.

初一英语第二学期教学工作总结

本学年,本人继任初一(1)(2)班的英语。本人积极参与学校一切活动,从不迟到,不旷课,不早退,不旷工,兢兢业业,脚踏实地地完成了我的教学任务。

一、做到了认真备课。不但备学生而且备教材备教法,根据教材内容及学生的实际,针对一年级教学目标的不同:一年级在培养兴趣的基础上训练学生认读单词的能力,还让学生试着模仿教材书写单词;设计课的类型,拟定采用的教学方法,并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录,认真写好教案。对每一课都做到“有备而来”,每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备,并制作各种利于吸引学生注意力的有趣教具,课后及时对该课做出总结,写好教学后记,并认真按搜集每课书的知识要点,归纳成集。

二、增强上课技能,提高教学质量,使讲解清晰化,条理化,准确化,条理化,准确化,情感化,生动化,做到线索清晰,层次分明,言简意赅,深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性,加强师生交流,充分体现学生的主作用,基本做到了让学生学得容易,学得轻松,学得愉快;注意精讲精练,在课堂上我讲得尽量少,让学生有更多动口动手动脑的机会;同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学习需求和学习能力,让各个层次的学生都得到提高。现在学生普遍反映喜欢上英语课。

三、虚心请教其他老师。在教学上,有疑必问。在各个单元的学习上都积极与其他老师商讨,学习他们的方法,同时,多听其他老师的课,做到边听边讲,学习别人的优点,克服自己的不足。

四、认真批改作业:布置作业做到精读精练。有针对性,有层次性。对学生的作业批改及时、认真,分析并记录学生的作业情况,将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结,进行透彻的评讲,并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法,做到有的放矢。培养小组长帮助我检查其他学生朗读、背诵课文。

五、坚持用英语组织课堂教学,即用英语教英语(Teaching English through English),并注意所用语言的正确性、纯正性和流利性。教学改革在不断深入,新教材层出不穷,越来越注重语言的真实性、地道性和交际性。用英语组织课堂教学促使教师不仅把语言用作讲解知识、传达信息和传授技能的工具,更把它看作所要传授的知识和技能本身。目前,由于课堂仍是绝大部分学生学习英语、使用英语唯一的方式和场所,教师更应该注重传达知识和信息的形式,为学生营造良好的学习语言的环境。我在运用英语进行教学时较能注意所用英语语言的可接受性、简明性、阶段性和实用性。具体做法是:

1、给每一个学生起英语名字。尤其是一年级学生,经过一个学年的训练,每个人都能说出自己的英文名字,有的学生甚至能说出其他人的英文名字。在课堂上用英文名字来点名,叫学生回答问题。

2、用英语组织课堂教学。课堂教学用语尽管大部分相同,我注意不断适量增加新用语,逐步扩大用语量,使学生保持兴趣,经历挑战,从而日积月累,在不知不觉中得到提高。

3、用英语授课。不管上对话课还是课文课,我都坚持使用英语。尽量采用学生学过的词汇,但难免有不少学生不懂的词汇,如在用英语介绍课文背景知识时,这时辅之于实物、挂图、简笔画、表情、手势、表演等,或者借助板书形式加以说明。总之,注意所用的语言略高于学生现有水平。

4、力求自己的语音、语调、语言规范和准确,并根据不同年级的学生我就调整语速的快慢。

5、努力创造和设计英语语言情景。把课堂当作培养和锻炼学生语言运用能力的场所,鼓励学生多讲英语,在英语课上,除组织三年级学生开展课文表演、课文复述等活动外,还经常根据所教内容,呈现与学生学习和生活相关的用语。并经常启发和组织三年级学生用英语简单讨论一些他们感兴趣的或大家都共同关注的话题,既活跃了课堂气氛,提高了他们的听说能力,又深化了教材内容。

六、在这一学年的教学工作中,除了对一年级的学生进行兴趣的培养外,对于三年级的学生,培养他们自学的能力,而且对于优秀生还要求他们背诵课文,鼓励他们自己找阅读的材料,从而提高阅读能力,

经过一个学期的努力,期末考试就是一种考验,无论成绩高低,都体现了我在这学年的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的,重要的是在下个学年如何自我提高,如何共同提高所教年级的英语水平。因此,无论怎样辛苦,我都会继续努力,多问,多想,多向前辈学习,争取进步。

初一英语教学总结

回首这一学期的教学工作,感触颇多。

一、认识教材,了解学生。

面对新教材,有时会感到束手无策,但我深知这是一个挑战,也是一个机遇。这套是外研社出版的新标准英语,理念新颖,针对的是有一定英语基础的学生。它起点较高,单词呈现较多,而且难度接递不明显,提倡交际,提倡“用到即学”。这对于这里的学生的实际情况而言,教学难度都比较大。因为这里的学生大部分没接触过英语,有的是在暑假刚接触了一点。

二、因材施教,掌握难度。

教学就是教与学,两者相辅相成,不可分割。教学必须以学生为主体,教师为主导。初到此校,把学生估计太高,而且认为他们的智力超常,接受能力强,记忆力也很好,所以,一开始上课的时候,总是不敢重复内容,怕他们嫌烦,后来经过测试发现,学生对知识掌握的不是太牢固,知识面也限在课本上,这特别不利于考试,也不利于其学习,甚至导致课堂活跃,课后糊涂,做题一知半解。看似精通,实则一巧不通。为使学生能真正上课听懂,课后会用,我便改变了教学方式。针对不同学生的性格特点,我在备课时开始注重不同的教法。课后也采取了不同的策略。对于尖子生,我给他们渗透一些语言文化,吸引他们在课的注意力,并提高他们对语言的兴趣;对于没有基础,接爱能力不是很理想的学生,我用传统的主试教授,让他们多读、多跟;对于上课不是很积极的学生,我通过各种各样的小组活动,让他们讨论合作,鼓励他们积极发言,以好带差。总之一句话,为了提高学生的学习兴趣及成绩,我一直坚持备课时既备教法也备学生的做法,效果不错。

三、调动气氛,鼓励参与。

在课堂教学开展过程中,我感觉大部分学生不愿意起来发言:一是教材有难度,怕说错;二是来自农村的学生胆子小。针对这样的情况,我采用表扬和鼓励及各种调动其开口说话的方式。

四、精神饱满,积极参与。

老师每天都要有充足的精神,让学生感受到一种自然气氛,这样,授课就事半功倍。绝对不能把不愉快带到课堂上去,使正常的讲课受到冲击,发挥不到应有的水平,以致影响教学效果。记得有一次,因为家里的一些事情,引起我心情极不愉快,当时我是含泪走出办公室,面带笑容走进几步之隔的教室。尽管我极力掩饰,也没逃过学生的几十双慧眼,那节课同学们死气沉沉,一双双眼睛盯着我,我想尽了办法,也没能调动起课堂气氛。突然,有一位男同学站起来问:“老师,你怎么了?”我说:“是你们不积极发言,老师生气了。”同学们齐声说:“从现在开始,我们都听您的。”就这样,后半节课还算可以,不管怎么说,一半的时间没有利用好,这实际上就是因情绪不好而浪费了同学们的时间,同时,老师积极参与学生的活动,也能加强同学之间以及师生之间的凝聚力。

五、加强巩固,分批对待。

因为英语的特殊情况,学生在不断学习中,会出现好差分化现象,差生面扩大,会严重影响班内的学习风气。每次教授了新单词以后,我都及时抽时间给他们听写,并认真批改。有时候,课文里出现的精彩实用的句子,我也要求学生背下来,本来是一个小组一个小组长,这样的模式一段时间下来,感觉效果不是特别理想,尤其是对差生的牵制不够,于是我把3个同学分成一个小组,让成绩相对比较好的同学担任小组长,这样想偷懒就比较难了。对于听写背书不理想的学生,我一般会在课后把他们留下来重新听写。或者是根据实际掌握情况,重新教授单词。直到合格为止。

而对不同基础的学生,我给他们的底线也不一样。一开始我都是统一要求所有的学生,后来我感觉这样不符合实际。有些学生对语言的感知能力本身比较差,越是统一要求,他就开始抵制,其实到最后什么也没有学到。因此,我就把学生分开,一般的,大部分同学的要求是统一的,而小部分接受能力比较差的同学,我就用相对低一点的标准给他们,这样做以后,逐渐提高标准,学生学到的明显多了。

在课堂教学之余,我还积极参加教研活动,进行了教、互研组的听课、备课和说课,通过这样的活动,有效的提高了自己对教材的理解和对教学方法的技巧。

在这一个学期的工作中,感觉自己还是很慌而又忙乱,尚存在很多的缺点:对教材的把握不够,上课的逻辑性不够强,课堂的衔接还不够自然流畅等等。很多优秀的老师的优点都没有完全学到,听课的次数还可以,但跟其他老师的交流还太少,希望在下个学期能多向其他老师前辈学习,不断提高教学水平。

初一英语教育教学工作总结 2007-07-07 21:07 这学期是我任教的第二学期,我担任初一级三班,四班的英语教学。由于教学经验颇浅。因此,我对教学工作不敢怠慢,认真学习,深入研究教法,虚心向前辈学习。经过一个学期的努力,获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。以下是我在本学期的教学情况。

教学就是教与学,两者是相互联系,不可分割的,有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此,了解和分析学生情况,有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。最初接触教学的时候,我还不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性,只是专心研究书本,教材,想方设法令课堂生动,学生易接受。但一开始我就碰了钉子。在讲授第一课的时候,我按照自己的教学设计,上了一堂自认为明白易懂而又不死板的课,认为教学效果如期理想,怎知小测出来才知道不如人意。后来听同学们反应,才知道我讲的口语大部分同学听不懂,而教学的部分内容同学们以前从来未接触过。从而可知,我在上课前根本没有了解清楚学生的实际情况:

一方面,农村的学生英语听,说的能力相对较弱,授课采用较深的全英教学,同学们还不能适应。另一方面,七班的同学比较活跃,上课气氛积极,但中等生占较大多数,尖子生相对较少。因此,讲得太深,没有照顾到整体,而八班的同学比较沉静,学习欠积极性,虽然优良生比例大,但中下层面而也广,我备课时也没有注意到这点,因此教学效果不如理想。从此可以看出,了解及分析学生实际情况,实事求是,具体问题具体分析,做到因材施教,对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。

教学中,备课是一个必不可少,十分重要的环节,备学生,又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好,会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性,曾有一位前辈对我说:“备课备不好,倒不如不上课,否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性,因此,每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上,认认真真钻研教材和教法,不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦,但事实证明是值得的。

一堂准备充分的课,会令学生和老师都获益不浅。例如我在教授Unit 3 .Leon 9 的时候,这课的主题是“如何询问和回答时间”,教学难度比较大。如果照本宣科地讲授,学生会感到困难和沉闷。为了上好这堂课,我认真研究了课文,找出了重点,难点,准备有针对性地讲。为了令教学生动,不沉闷,我还为此准备了大量的教具,授课时就胸有成竹了。当讲到“half”的时候,我拿出准备好的圆卡纸,把它剪成一半,告诉学生这是圆的一半,也就是half。讲到”quarter”时,又把半圆剪成一半,那么剩下来的就是圆的四分之一,也就是”quarter”了。这样学生就形象地明白了这两个单词。而讲到如何表达时间时,我用了一个用红卡纸做的大钟,同学们一开始就被它吸引住了,显得颇有积极性。用实物让学生练习”What’s the time? It’s„„”的句型,学生特别用功,教学效果十分理想。相反,我没有认真备课的时候,课堂气氛沉闷,教学效果不好,与此相比可见,认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

备课充分,能调动学生的积极性,上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力,因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入,不让其分心,这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富,现实。教态自然,讲课生动,难易适中照顾全部,就自然能够吸引住学生。所以,老师每天都要有充足的精神,让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样,授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课,我感到有点愧疚,因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学,违反纪律时,我的情绪就受到影响,并且把这带到教学中,让原本正常的讲课受到冲击,发挥不到应有的水平,以致影响教学效果。我以后必须努力克服,研究方法,采取有利方法解决当中困难。

英语是一门外语,对学生而言,既生疏又困难,在这样一种大环境之下,要教好英语,就要让学生喜爱英语,让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪,不原学,也无法学下去。为此,我采取了一些方法,就是帮助班上的同学改英文名,尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化,生活故事,近来更帮部分同学交上了”penfriend in America”,让他们更了解英语,更喜欢学习英语。因为只有英语水平提高,他们才能达到交异国笔友的目的,同时也可以提高同学们的英语写作能力,对成绩优秀的同学很有好处。

因为英语的特殊情况,学生在不断学习中,会出现好差分化现象,差生面扩大,会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此,绝对不能忽视。为此,我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如在七班,我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有能力提高,但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学,对这些同学,我采取集体辅导,给他们分配固定任务,不让他们有偷懒的机会,让他们发挥应有水平; 第二组是肯学,但由于能力不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导,耐心教导,慢慢提高他们的成绩,不能操之过急,且要多鼓励。只要他们肯努力,成绩有望搞提高;第三组是纪律松散,学习不认真,基础又不好的同学。对这部分人要进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境,才会立下心来学习。只要坚持辅导,这些同学基础重新建立起来,以后授课的效果就会更好。

英语是语言。困此,除了课堂效果之外,还需要让学生多读,多讲,多练。为此,在早读时,我坚持下班了解早读情况,发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决,及时讲清楚,让学生即时消化。另外,对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式,提高他们的能力。

期中考和期末考是考察每位同学在本学期的学习成果,因此应该予以重视。考试前进行有系统的复习,考试后进行学科总结。从中段考试可以看出两个班的平均水平相当,八班的差生面相对较大。所以在中段考后的时间里,我把力量主要集中在两班的差生辅导上,特别是八班,以缩短差距。另外,还发现学生的综合能力不够强,所以以后的教学中要加强这方面的训练。让学生轻松学,容易掌握。而期考结果证明,适当辅导差生对班的整体发展有很大帮助。

经过一个学期的努力,期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低,都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的,重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高,如何共同提高两班的英语水平。因此,无论怎样辛苦,我都会继续努力,多问,多想,多向前辈学习,争取进步。

(一)学生情况分析

1.学习水平不均

有的学生对小学英语比较重视,学得很好,基本上可以很快进入初一的英语学习,但有的学生或学校不重视,学得很不好,特别是在农村学校,还有几个甚至完全没有学过。因此,整个班级的英语水平很不平衡,给日常教学带来诸多的不便,提高了难度。

2.学习习惯不好

学生刚刚从小学进入初中,处于一个衔接的阶段,学习任务加重,学习的习惯可能不是很好,没有形成一定的适合自己的方法,或者以前的学习方法不再适合初中繁复的学习,所以学习方法都还有待改善。

三、教学模式:

采用学生主体,教师主导,任务中心,活动载体的任务型语言教学的套路。

四、教学管理措施:

初一年级是英语学习的基础阶段,也是最为关键时期。基础打不好,直接影响学生整个初中阶段,乃至高中、大学 ,以后的英语学习。所以做好初一英语的教学工作至关重要。对此我制定了以下措施:

(一)注重发音教学,加强语音教学的趣味性。利用直观教具和教学辅助媒体,激发爱好,增加容量,整体优化课堂教学。

(二)以旧引新,重视中小学英语知识之间联系

(三)在导入新课中教学词汇。为了巩固,每日进行单词竞赛,值日报告,学唱英文歌曲等。

(四)重视后进生的培养。多与差生沟通,帮助他们克服自卑,增强信心,利用课余时间辅导其学习。

(五)教学上和生活中注意因材施教,做到“一视同仁”关心差生,对其循循善诱,耐心教育。

(六)团结协作,共同进步。教师之间互相学习,勤学好问,做好初一年级的教学工作。

(七)课堂纪律:像学生在课堂上讲话,睡觉等,我会采取作为朋友的方式的提醒,在必要时会给予适当的批评。

(八)作业处理:会根据学生自身的情况,给于适当的惩奖,对于做的好的学生会当全班面给予口头表扬;给于做的不好的学生,前三次会当全班面进行侧面的提醒,不直接进行点名; 对于不做的学生,会单独问他没有做作业是不是有其他原因,一切以朋友的角度进行处理。

(九)考试:整个学期一共要做4到5个测试,是以几个单元为单元,在每次考试后,都会进行分析,当然是要根据学生的考试情况做分析,比如,很多同学错的是那些知识点,从学生实际掌握的角度出发,进行分析,讲解。

(十)沟通:要每个月的与家长和学生进行沟通,也要让家长和学生之间进行定时的沟通。与家长之间可以采用电话沟通,家访,以及家长到学校。于学生之间可以采用单独谈话,在作业批改的后面写上一些话。
