My interest in busine in general, and management in particular, began when I was younger.My father is a general manager in one of the largest construction companies in China, so I grew up listening to discuions of a range of subjects and, of course, the company kept expanding so the range of topics also grew and became increasingly interesting and, as the workforce grew, and companies competed for labour, HRM was a frequent subject.As I became more knowledgeable myself, I was able to join the discuions and learn more about subjects that really interested me.This was where my ambition to work one day in a multi-national or large joint-venture began. I have been lucky enough to have regular work experience in the field, working in the HR/Personnel department of my father’s company every summer since 2003, which is about a year and a half now, added together.I’ve enjoyed this and learned a lot about organisation, responsibility and teamwork and how important good HRM is.I have even dabbled in the free market, leading a group of my friends to set up a net service company (www.sxcnw.net) in 2006.So far we have gained 170 thousand registered users by now and we average 60 thousands visits per day. Overseas study, at an advanced level in English will be a challenge – and, of course, I want it to be demanding – and I knew that my interest, background and career ambitions were important but probably not enough to ensure a good start and succe in my studies.That is why I entered the one-year full-time Pre-Master’s Programme, so that I would be occupied with academic English every day, learning and developing all the neceary skills.The PMP is not just about learning facts and theories, of course.It is also teaching me how to study and learn in new ways.It adds to my confidence and motivation.Over the year we also do an intensive course in Management, International Busine and the UK Economy so I expect to be well prepared not only for the language, but also for the subject content.Finally, I think Research Methods will be valuable: hard work and endle patience mastering skills such as referencing; but at the end I will have written an original, properly referenced 5,000 word diertation.In conclusion, I believe I have the academic foundation, the high level of motivation, and the clear focus on my career plans to ensure that I will do well at Salford if accepted for the master’s course in HRM.

本人于2012年8月考入内蒙古大学生命科学学院生物技术基地班，经过将近三年的努力学习发现我对生物方面具有浓厚的兴趣。通过本科期间对生物方面的实验研究，越来越对生物感兴趣。

为了更好的适应研究生的生活,提前对研究生期间进行规划很有必要。我对自己在未来三年内的规划大致如下:
一、研一阶段:
1、牢固专业基础知识,提升专业素养。通过广泛阅读专业文章和科学文献，了解他人的实验方法和思路，为自己的实验做准备。
2、学习理论知识的同时注重结合实际。可以尝试对相关专业问题做专题研究，并在导师的指导下对问题进行解决。
二、研二阶段:
1、跟随导师，确定实验方向。跟随导师进行科学研究是十分关键的，从最基本的收集资料到相关问题的独立构思，都需要在导师的指导下进行学习的积累。
2、培养创新思维，并进行学术论文撰写。创新主要来源于学习过程中不同实验者对一些问题的不同观点和所采用的不同试验方法。同时希望有机会可以直博，对本专业进行深入研究。
三、研三阶段:
1、完成硕士生毕业论文。把毕业论文当作研究生三年学习的结晶，把自己的所学所思运用在论文创作中。

逝者如斯，转眼间硕士研究生的生活已接近尾声，回顾自己两年多的工作和学习，有遗憾，也有欣喜，有不足，也有进步。总体来说，我实实在在的付出了，全力以赴地追逐了。于是，我在此郑重地向领导申请同济大学优秀学生称号，在这里，我将自己各方面的表现总结如下：
学习方面：一丝不苟、积极进取。

其次，一年级的时候还必须接触到更多的前沿知识，这对接下来一年半的研究也是至关重要，所以，第一年在学好课程的同时必须尽快进入到导师的研究组，接触导师研究的前沿专业领域，尽量做到对导师的研究理论有所了解，同时也要进行实践，参与到导师课题组的工作，如果条件允许，就尽最大努力完成一篇有水平的论文，这样可以大大减轻后面的研究压力。如果这些能够很好的完成，将为接下来一年半的研究工作打下了坚实的基础。
紧接着，二年级的开始将密切结合自己一年级的准备工作以及导师的研究，做到纵向与横向的有机结合，在这一年半的时间里，理论的应用与创新将是主题，所以我会通过大量的实践经验与资料查阅来完成这项工作，同时密切结合导师与其他专家的意见。
最后，完成好自己的硕士研究生毕业论文，顺利从母校毕业。
当然，以上只是攻读硕士期间的大体计划，很多地方可能还不完善，这些不足将在进入硕士学习之后与实际情况结合做出调整。如果以上工作都能够完成，那么我应该完成了硕士阶段的任务了，接下来的安排就是继续攻读博士或者参加工作了，我现在不能说一定选择哪一个，但是对于两者我都有一个明确的认识。
如果选择继续攻读博士学位，那么说明我在硕士阶段取得了很不错的成果，想将这个成果继续研究下去，学习更多的专业理论，使自己的专业素养与理论水平更上一个台阶；如果参加工作，那么进入与我的研究相关的行业将会是首选，毕竟学以致用才是学习的真正目的，所以我会优先选择进入一些优秀的大型企业，这对我能力的发挥将有很大的帮助，也会为我提供一个比较好的平台向更多的前辈学习。

In 2009, when everyone in China was saving money for real estate investments, I was putting money away so that I could come to the United States and study.This was not a popular decision among my family and friends.Why would I give up a great job and life to travel half way acro the earth and become a poor college student again? 大三暑假的实习中，我们一组四个同学对LM3485芯片的版图进行提取，根据老师提供的版图照片对芯片进行整体标注分块，划分芯片各功能区。一人负责一个功能区进行提取、整理电路并用电路绘制软件绘出，分析并整理成电路图。再对电路进行功能仿真验证，根据新的工艺调整电路，调整后再进行验证。在这个过程中体会并学习自下而上的逆向集成电路设计方法。
我深知从事任何学科的科研工作者除了需要具备耐心和专注外，更需要健康的身体、乐观的生活态度，以及团队协作、沟通交流等综合素质。因此我也注重培养自己全面的个人素质，不做只会死学习的\"书呆子\"。本科期间，我除了保证有充分时间进行专业课程的学习以外，还将部分课余时间用来积极参加各类校园活动。在学生会xx部工作的一年中，我和同学们一起组织并主持xx和xx等活动，并在换届竞选中成功成为xx部长。我还参与了学校团委和各院主办的各类活动，例如xx大赛，xx大赛等，并获得了许多奖项。这些经历都很好的锻炼了自己的组织能力和策划能力，并且通过参加各类活动，激发了我的兴趣和潜能，丰富和充实了我的大学生活。 我的研究生学习计划分为以下几个阶段：

研二阶段，听从导师分配，跟随导师对某些课题进行学习研究。通过广泛收集相关资料尽可能提出自己的想法与见解，通过与导师的沟通重新对该问题进行重新思考，尽可能设计出自己的解决办法，在导师的指导下决定办法的可行性。在阅读其他学术论文时，尽可能在里面融入一些自己的想法，摆脱惯性和陈旧思维，进行创新。另外在这个阶段可以尝试下发表文章，通过发表文章提高自己在在方面的整体素质。
研三阶段，认真完成导师布置的硕士毕业论文。在毕业论文实践操作过程遇到问题主要是通过自己思考和收集资料进行解决，自己实在解决不了的再请教导师，在毕业论文中通过把两年所学的知识与实践结合而融入自己的思想，在导师的指导下进行创新。
上面是本人研究生阶段主要的学习计划，除此学习，在课余时间通过运动、参加各种活动，阅读非专业书籍，使自己永远保持快乐的心情、健康的身体！

作为一名中国高中毕业生，我希望在留学英国时申请金融学专业。
我出生在商人家庭，受父母经商的影响，我从小便对经济方面的 知识抱有浓厚兴趣。上个世纪 90 年代，中国大陆有了股票交易市场， 父母随着汹涌的人潮投资入市，而我也开始认识股市，进而发展到对 金融领域兴趣浓厚。从小学到高中，我利用课余时间去了解、学习金 融的历史和知识，初步的涉猎让我受益匪浅。1997 年亚洲金融风暴， 我惊讶于索罗斯财团利用金融市场呼风唤雨的强大力量； 巴菲特的财 富之路，我了解到金融市场让人一夜暴富的神话；美国次贷危机，我 意识到金融市场的利与弊。

2004年6月5日，无意中在电视上看到了世界环境日的宣传片“海洋存亡，匹夫有责”。这是第一次了解环境日，第一次被片中所讲述的事实震惊，第一次深刻感受到环境问题的严重并不只是书本中的只言片语所能表达的。时值填报高考志愿表，于是在志愿专业那栏就有了“环境工程”四字。
2004年9月，来到了华南最高学府——中山大学，开始了难忘的本科生活。
或许贪玩是大一男生的通病，第一学年，可怜的成绩只拿到了优秀学生三等奖学金。第二学年，开设了画法几何与工程制图、化工原理、物理化学以及环境化学等专业课，这些课程引起了我的学习兴致，随之产生的学习动力，使我在第二学年末获得了优秀学生二等奖学金。第三学年，相继开设了水污染控制工程、大气污染控制工程、噪声污染控制工程、水与废水的污化处理、工业废水处理技术、环境监测、环境工程微生物学、环境工程初步设计、给排水管网设计、给排水CAD等课程，让我对专业有了进一步的认识和理解，尤其是对处理技术方面有浓厚的兴趣。
同时，大三这年，我先后申请了本科科研项目“从天然植物提取除臭剂”（指导老师：魏在山副教授）和“白腐菌的筛选及其对木质素降解能力的研究”（指导老师：王国惠副教授）。后者由于时间问题，在王国惠老师的意见下将“白腐菌”课题更改为“产油酵母菌的筛选”。目前这两项项目均快结题。近一年的实验室经历，使我的实验室操作更加熟练，相关知识也得到巩固。在不断地遇到问题，分析问题，解决问题的过程中，提高了自己分析判断和动手的能力。更为重要的是，让我感悟到团队合作和协调能力的重要性。个人能力再强，若只是孤军奋战，也总有力竭之时，而团队的潜力则是不可估量的。在一个团队中，若只是有兵无将，最终也只是一盘散沙。只有一个懂得调动众人积极性的将领，才能引导团队正常地动作，达到共同的目标。

我是安徽省铜陵市第一中学高三理科实验一班的一名学生。我以保送生的身份向中国科学技术大学提交材料，希望能够实现我进入中国科学技术大学进一步学习的梦想。
一直以来，中国科学技术大学对我来说都有很大的吸引力。她拥有坚实的科研基础，是全国唯一同时拥有二个国家实验室的高校，同时又隶属于中国科学院，科研实力可见一斑，中科大拥有良好的学术氛围，丰富的教学资源，深厚的文化底蕴。本科生毕业出国深造比率在全国名列前矛，充分说明了科大学生在科大良好的学习氛围中学习的勤奋刻苦，这也正是我所深深向往的。

我是同济大学06级经济与管理学院物流管理专业的本科生。2006年夏天，我以优异的成绩从江苏省栟茶高级中学考入同济大学，并在充实的学习和社会活动中愉快地度过了大学三年。在同济大学“严谨 求实 团结 创新”的校训下，在其优良的学术传统和深厚的人文底蕴中，我完成了一个大学生应有的文化基础知识和综合素质。
前三年中，我们的课程设置是这样的：大
一、大二时主要为公共基础课，如大学英语、高等数学、大学物理、大学计算机基础、思想道德修养和法律基础等，和部分专业基础课如管理学概论、西方经济学、生产运作与管理、市场营销学、国际贸易理论、概率论与数理统计、工程项目管理等；大三则系统地学习专业主干课程，包括现代物流管理导论、供应链管理、运输与配送、信息系统分析与设计、货币银行学、管理建模与仿真、经济管理理论与实践、进出口业务、采购管理、财务管理等。另外，学院还安排了丰富多彩的实习教学，包括军事训练、公司实习等。

硕士阶段，我想重点培养我在供应链管理及物流管理、运作管理等方面的研究能力，做到理论与实际应用相结合，为将现代物流理论更好地运用到国民经济发展中去做出自己应有的贡献，尽毕生精力帮助我国物流业发展到世界领先水平，这是我最终的目标。为了达到我的预期目标，我觉得我在研究生阶段的研究计划必须围绕我的目标展开。首先，研究生一年级是巩固我本科阶段所学知识、丰富更多专业领域认识的阶段，因此对整个研究生的研究学习至关重要，不能有半点松懈，学好一年级的所有课程是研究生阶段最基本的任务。其次，一年级的时候还必须接触到更多的前沿知识，这对接下来一年半的研究也是至关重要，所以，第一年在学好课程的同时必须尽快进入到导师的研究组，接触导师研究的前沿专业领域，尽量做到对导师的研究理论有所了解，同时也要进行实践，参与到导师课题组的工作，如果条件允许，就尽最大努力完成一篇有水平的论文，这样可以大大减轻后面的研究压力。如果这些能够很好的完成，将为接下来一年半的研究工作打下了坚实的基础。二年级的开始将密切结合自己一年级的准备工作以及导师的研究，做到纵向与横向的有机结合，在这一年半的时间里，理论的应用与创新将是主题，所以我会通过大量的实践经验与资料查阅来完成这项工作，同时密切结合导师与其他专家的意见。当然，以上只是攻读硕士期间的大体计划，很多地方可能还不完善，这些不足将在进入硕士学习之后与实际情况结合做出调整。
如果以上工作都能够完成，那么我应该完成了硕士阶段的任务了，接下来的安排就是继续攻读博士或者参加工作了，我现在不能说一定选择哪一个，但是对于两者我都有一个明确的认识。如果选择继续攻读博士学位，那么说明我在硕士阶段取得了很不错的成果，想将这个成果继续研究下去，学习更多的专业理论，使自己的专业素养与理论水平更上一个台阶；如果参加工作，那么进入与我的研究相关的行业将会是首选，毕竟学以致用才是学习的真正目的，所以我会优先选择进入一些优秀的物流企业或者是供应链方面做得比较好的大型企业，这对我能力的发挥将有很大的帮助，也会为我提供一个比较好的平台向更多的前辈学习。
最后，当我面对为什么选择继续在同济大学完成我的硕士学习时，我想，首先是我对母校的感情与热爱；其次是对振兴中国物流行业的迫切愿望，母校具有国内一流的专家、学者，具有严谨的科研精神，具有一流的科研设备，这些都给我的硕士研究提高了很好的平台，我将尽我的最大努力，在母校认真完成硕士阶段的学习，为中国物流业出一份力。三年前，我有幸进入母校同济大学学习，三年后，我希望母校能够再次实现我怀揣已久的梦想！
