There were barriers still, it is true, but barriers that could in time be swept away.

一、教材内容分析：

春天里万物复苏，百花争艳、绿草如荫、一派迷人的景色。《春雨的色彩》意境优美，散文诗中绵绵的春雨，屋檐下叽叽喳喳的小鸟，万紫千红的大地，给人以美的陶冶和享受，与此同时启发幼儿通过简洁优美的语言以及相应的情景对话练习感受春天的勃勃生机。激发幼儿热爱大自然的情感，启发幼儿观察、发现自然界的变化，感知春的意韵，并尝试运用多种方法把春雨的色彩表现出来，以此来表达自己的情感体验。

2、演示法：在活动中我通过多媒体课件向 幼儿展示春天的勃勃生机，《春雨的色彩》散文诗的情景，也是通过课件中轻柔的配乐诗朗诵体现出来的。现代教学辅助手段的运用进一步强化了他的作用，使幼儿对春天、春雨更加了解和熟悉。

3、情景演示法：将幼儿置身于《春雨的色彩》散文情景中，通过角色表演，强化幼儿对春雨的色彩的感受。

此外我还适时采用了交流讨论法、激励法、审美熏陶法和动静交替法加以整合，使幼儿从多方面获得探索过程的愉悦。

七、学法：

1、多种感官参与法：《新纲要》中明确指出：幼儿能用多种感官动手动脑、探究问题，用适当的方式表达交流探索的过程和结果，本次活动中，幼儿通过观察发现自然界的变化，感知春天的意韵，并尝试引导幼儿运用多种方法把春雨的色彩表现出来，以此来表达自己的情感体验。

2、体验法：心理学指出：凡是人们积极参与体验过的活动，人的记忆效果就会明显提高。在活动中，让幼儿自己进行角色表演，说出小动物们之间的对话，

一定会留下深刻的印象，同伴之间合作表演的快乐，也将成为他们永远的回忆。

八、教学过程

活动流程我采用环环相扣来组织活动程序，活动流程为激发兴趣谈春天-----看春雨-------欣赏散文诗------情景表演-------经验总结-------审美延（绘画形式）

1、激发兴趣谈春天 “兴趣是最好的老师”。活动开始我利用谈话形式引导幼儿将自己已有的关于春天的经验进行整理，激发幼儿活动兴趣。

2、看春雨 观看课件《春雨的色彩》前半部分，到春雨姐姐欢迎的最热烈老师说：一天，一群小鸟在屋檐下躲雨，他们在争论一个有趣的话题，你们知道他们在争论什么问题吗？（幼儿回答）对他们在争论：春雨到底是什么颜色的？ 这样的设计自然合理，进而引出散文诗《春雨的色彩》

3、欣赏散文诗

（1）完整欣赏后请幼儿把不懂得地方提出来，由幼儿提出来，教师引导讨论，帮助幼儿理解散文诗的内容。

（2）寻找句子、加深印象

给幼儿提出要求，请幼儿找一找诗里描写春雨下到草地上、柳树上、桃树上、杏树上、有菜地里、蒲公英上各用那些词语，通过找，让幼儿学会“淋、滴、洒、落”并学会用小动物的话来朗诵、来回答，促进幼儿积极思维，锻炼幼儿的口语表达能力，强调了重点，理解了难点。

4、情景表演：分角色进行朗诵表演。

5、经验总结：

将本家活动内容的前半部分进行总结，给幼儿一个春天的完整印象。

6、扩展延伸、升华主题

引导幼儿运用手工工具，用绘画的方式将幼儿感受到的《春雨的色彩》散文诗的意境描绘出来，巩固和加深幼儿对春天及春雨的任认知。

客服人员是以服务为主，有时候是电话服务，有时则要上门服务，这时体现最多的除了

专业知识外就是良好的服务态度了，让客户认可。所以在应聘客服自我介绍时要注意的问题

很多，以下有几个问题提示，如果你全掌握了，就明白如何做应聘自我介绍了。

客服人员压力主要是受到顾客情绪的影响，时间长了会导致他对该公司的不信任。但是为了

完成自己的工作而有时候又不得不违心的维护自己所供职的公司或者单位。

原因是，所谓的客服人员就是对客户使用产品或者接受服务过程中遇到的问题作出相应的回

答。来维护产品或服务正常的销售。但是大多数的顾客是有问题或者说有情绪的时候才会找

到客服，客服首先就成了顾客的出气筒和发泄的地方。很可能会受到言语的伤害。甚至是精

神上的伤害。

解决办法是：

1、要有良好的心理调节能力，及时的调节自己的情绪。

2、要正确认识客服，这是你所从事的工作，你要知道顾客的不满和情绪并不是冲着你来的而是针对你的公司和单位。如果你能够及时有效的合理处理顾客的问题，顾客

会感谢你，并且你会有种成就感。

3、要对自己的产品和服务相当了解，这样你才更清楚的知道顾客产生的问题的原因。也有助于你更快的找到解决问题的方法。问题一：“请你自我介绍一下”

思路：

1、这是 面试 的必考题目。

2、介绍内容要与个人 简历 相一致。

3、表述方式上尽量口语化。

4、要切中要害，不谈无关、无用的内容。

5、条理要清晰，层次要分明。

6、事先最好以文字的形式写好背熟。

问题二：“谈谈你的家庭情况”

思路：

1、况对于了解应聘者的性格、观念、心态等有一定的作用，这是招聘单位问该问题的主要原因。

2、简单地罗列家庭人口。

3、宜强调温馨和睦的家庭氛围。

4、宜强调父母对自己教育的重视。

5、宜强调各位家庭成员的良好状况。

6、宜强调家庭成员对自己工作的支持。

7、宜强调自己对家庭的责任感。

问题三：“你有什么业余爱好?”

思路：

1、业余爱好能在一定程度上反映应聘者的性格、观念、心态，这是招聘单位问该问题的主要原因。

2、最好不要说自己没有业余爱好。

3、不要说自己有那些庸俗的、令人感觉不好的爱好。

4、最好不要说自己仅限于读书、听音乐、上网，否则可能令 面试 官怀疑应聘者性格孤僻。

5、最好能有一些户外的业余爱好来“点缀”你的形象。

问题四：“你最崇拜谁?”

思路：

1、最崇拜的人能在一定程度上反映应聘者的性格、观念、心态，这是 面试 官问该问题的主要原因。

2、不宜说自己谁都不崇拜。

3、不宜说崇拜自己。

4、不宜说崇拜一个虚幻的、或是不知名的人。

5、不宜说崇拜一个明显具有负面形象的人。

6、所崇拜的人人最好与自己所应聘的工作能“搭”上关系。

7、最好说出自己所崇拜的人的哪些品质、哪些思想感染着自己、鼓舞着自己。

问题五：“你的座右铭是什么?”

思路：

1、座右铭能在一定程度上反映应聘者的性格、观念、心态，这是面试官问这个问题的主要原因。

2、不宜说那些医引起不好联想的座右铭。

3、不宜说那些太抽象的座右铭。

4、不宜说太长的座右铭。

5、座右铭最好能反映出自己某种优秀品质。

6、参考答案——“只为成功找方法，不为失败找借口”。

问题六：“谈谈你的缺点”

思路：

1、不宜说自己没缺点。

2、不宜把那些明显的优点说成缺点。

3、不宜说出严重影响所应聘工作的缺点。

4、不宜说出令人不放心、不舒服的缺点。

5、可以说出一些对于所应聘工作“无关紧要”的缺点，甚至是一些表面上看是缺点，从工作的角度看却是优点的缺点。

问题七：“谈一谈你的一次失败经历”

思路：

1、不宜说自己没有失败的经历。

2、不宜把那些明显的成功说成是失败。

3、不宜说出严重影响所应聘工作的失败经历，

4、所谈经历的结果应是失败的。

5、宜说明失败之前自己曾信心白倍、尽心尽力。

6、说明仅仅是由于外在客观原因导致失败。

7、失败后自己很快振作起来，以更加饱满的热情面对以后的工作。

问题八：“你为什么选择我们公司?”

思路：

1、面试官试图从中了解你求职的动机、愿望以及对此项工作的态度。

2、建议从行业、企业和岗位这三个角度来回答。

3、参考答案——“我十分看好贵公司所在的行业，我认为贵公司十分重视人才，而且这项工作很适合我，相信自己一定能做好。”

问题九：“对这项工作，你有哪些可预见的困难?”

思路：

1、不宜直接说出具体的困难，否则可能令对方怀疑应聘者不行。

2、可以尝试迂回战术，说出应聘者对困难所持有的态度——“工作中出现一些困难是正常的，也是难免的，但是只要有坚忍不拔的毅力、良好的合作精神以及事前周密而充分的准备，任何困难都是可以克服的。”

面试被问到的问题

（一）、综合素质问题：

1、与上司意见不一致，你会怎么办？

2、与同事出现矛盾，你会怎么办？

3、你的上司脾气很不好，经常不分原因发脾气，作为员工，你会怎么做？

4、你对“一着不慎满盘皆输”的理解。

5、有这样一种情况，你有个同事病了，在家养病，你带东西去看他，碰巧有个领导也住同一栋，上楼过程中碰到领导妻子，她以为你是来看领导，就收下了礼物，还致谢了，这时候你该怎么办，怎么样告诉她你是来看同事的？

6、如果同事竞争上岗拉选票，你会怎么办？

7、对联通的认识。

8、招聘你的理由？

9、对领导与被领导的理解。

10、如何理解你报的职位。
