学情分析:

我所教的班学生的英语基础方面还有一定问题,经过上学期英语老师的不懈努力,学生的基础知识得到了加强,学习态度也有所好转。但是学生整体的惰性还是很强,自觉性很差。 另外,学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不注意知识的巩固和积累。

教学目标:

钻研新课标,提高教学水平,真正做到教学相长,努力达到学校规定的教学指标。 具体措施:

1. 每天背诵课文中的对话。目的:要求学生背诵并默写,培养语感。

2. 每天记10个生词,3-5个常用句子或习语。实施:利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查,保证效果并坚持下去。

3. 认真贯彻晨读制度:规定晨读内容,加强监督,保证晨读效果。

一、指导思想

2.具体目标:结合学生英语基础较差的实际,在教学刚开始的阶段,注意和初一知识的衔接,例如复习积累基础词汇、词语搭配、句型,熟悉不同单元呈现的语法规则,掌握实际用法。希望第一学期后,学生能培养学习的兴趣,养成较好的学习习惯,对基础知识有一定的掌握。

三、教学重难点

本学期的重点将继续学习词汇和习惯用语,学习的语法知识点有:频率副词、询问情况、方式状语、提出邀请、形容词比较级、最高级等。其中状语从句和形容词是本册的难点。

四、学情分析

优生培养计划

培养优生的意义是不言而喻的。一方面,“素质教育”并非是“一刀切”的教育,而是既面向全体学生,又针对每一个学生的个性特点的教育。尽可能挖掘并发展每一个学生的潜力,让尽可能多的学生在各方面都获得理想的发展,成为老师所期望的“优生”。另一方面,中考是选拔性考试,特别是一些名校更是优中选优,英语又是容易得高分的学科,因此在保证大面积丰收的前提下,如何在英语教学中培养优生就特别重要。下面我在优生培养方面的一些计划:

第一、及早定苗子,从基础抓起

优生培养是一项系统工程,不是一朝一夕就可以搞好的,所以应及早定苗子,及早培养。上学期就通过学生平时的作业、听课情况,观察学生学习习惯、心理特点、智力水平等情况,再结合大小考试的成绩选拔培养对象。

第二、引导优生树立远大理想

一般说来,优生智商较高,即使不那么刻苦,他们的学习也会在班上名列前茅。这就往往使一些优生不求上进。因此,要让这些学生真正发挥出自己的潜力,老师应从引导他们树立理想,明确志向,真正做到“志存高远”。要让优生意识到,成绩比别人好,就意味着将来比别人多一份责任,从现在起就应比别人多一份努力。

第三、激励优生超越自我

激励优生超越自我的要点,一是尽可能多地让他们在各个方面实践,以发现并发展自己以前没有意识到的潜质;二是鼓励他们在日常一点一滴的小事中战胜自我;甚至可以有意识设置一些难题去“折磨”他们,让他们在一次次自己与自己“过不去”的过程中,体验到人生的乐趣与辉煌正是从战胜自我到超越自我。

第四、训练优生受挫心理

长期处在“金字塔尖”的优生们,很少品尝失败和被冷落的滋味,这就使他们对受挫的心理承受力相对较弱,容易滋生一种高高在上的心理。一旦遇到各种“打击”,往往情绪低落、悲观失望,个别学生甚至对前途失去信心。因此,优化优生的心理素质特别是受挫的心理承受力,是优生培养的一个极为重要的内容。训练并强化优生的受挫心理,首先不可将优生在班上特殊化,而应与其他学生一视同仁。其次,我们可以针对优生设计一些较难的训练题,让他们经受一定的磨练,以后才会坦然面对人生路上的各种失败、挫折和各种意想不到的打击。

第五、优生培养的途径

我对优生采取平时关注与专题辅导、分散与集中相结合的原则。要充分利用上课、辅导、作业批改等途径对优生加以关注,要针对他们学习、生活过程中的一些问题及时解决,。平时的作业练习有必做题和选做题。必做题是本节所学知识的直接运用,要求每一位学生做的。选做题是学有余力的学生做的,是把知识进行内化、转化、提高能力,训练学生的思维能力,是优生的必做题,长期坚持,优生的学习能力就会不断提高。另外培养优生仅仅依靠课堂教学是远远不够的,还应该引导学生充分利用课外时间进行学习,看一些课外资料,以开阔视野,扩大知识面,拓宽知识的深度和广度,使学生的数学兴趣获得开拓性发展,产生自觉探求数学问题的强大动力。主要针对教学内容进行适当的拓展延伸,总结一些规律性东西,或进行一些学法指导。

后进生转化方案

为全面贯彻党的教育方针,落实学校的一切为了学生,为了一切学生,为了学生的一切的教育思想;因材施教,使素质教育落到实处,根据学校工作安排,为做好我班的后进生转化工作,特制订本计划

一、指导思想

树立“转化一个后进生和培养一个优生同等重要”和“教师不应该选择自己教育的学生,而应当创造适合于不同学生的教育”这一正确观念。面向全体,因材施教,加强后进生转化工作,使素质教育落到实处,让学生得以生动、活泼、健康的发展,全面提高教育教学质量。

二、工作措施与方法

1、动之以情,消除戒备心理

消除戒备心理的唯一途径,是教师对后进生要爱得真,爱得深,将严格要求渗透在爱之中。当学生体验到老师对自己的一片爱心和殷切期望时,他们就会变得“亲其师而信其道”。

2、尊重信任,唤起自尊心

自尊心是人的自我意识的重要标志之一,是进步的动力之一。教师应当尊重、信任后进生,唤起他们的自尊心,培植自信心。所以教师应特别注意以下几点:

(1)对后进生要求要适度。要求过高,他们会认为高不可攀,望而却步;要求过低,不利于培养后进生的学习毅力和克服困难的能力。

(2)让后进生获得成功。只有当他们真正体验到经过努力而获成功的欢悦时,才能树立起进步的信心和愿望。教师可以布置一些他们力所能及的任务,在完成之后给以适当的鼓励。

(3)让后进生充分发展自己的才能,充分展示自己的长处。在挑选班干部时应加以考虑,让他们也能担任一定职务,在集体中发挥作用。

3、晓之以理,增强后进生分辨是非的能力

教师应晓之以理,提高后进生的道德觉悟和上进心,培养后进生是非观念。坚持正面诱导,以理服人,切忌简单粗暴,以势压人。对他们说理要透彻,一定要结合榜样教育和具体事例,利用集体舆论,辅之以分明的奖罚。

4、创设情境,锻炼后进生的意志

针对学生不良行为,光*说理还是不够的,所以教师应凭借一定的手段有意识地创设特定的与之相宜的情境,如为培养学生的意志力,教师应该适当创设一些带有一定困难的情境, 4 锻炼他们与各种诱因勇敢斗争的意志力,培养他们战胜困难,战胜自我的顽强毅力。

5、持之以恒,反复教育,巩固后进生良好行为习惯

后进生的转化不可能一蹴而就,一般要经历醒悟、转变、反复、稳定四个阶段。因此,在转化过程中,后进生故态复萌,出现多次反复,是一种正常现象。对这项十分艰苦的工作,教师一定要有满腔热情,必须遵循教育规律,“反复抓,抓反复”,因势利导,使后进生保持不断前进的势头。

6、贯彻“兴趣贯课堂”,让课堂教学“活”起来。在课堂教学中,教师要始终遵循“主体性原则”,激发学生以极大的兴趣参与教学活动的全过程,主动的去体验,获取。对一些后进生,要给他们创造积极参与学习活动的机会,教师要引导学生在课上有所思,有所情,有所收获,以情入境,真正从思维上参与,从情感上参与。从而在学习上有所进步,变厌学为乐学。

三、主要工作安排:

1、针对后进生行为习惯差,进行日常行为习惯专题班会教育。

2、针对后进生心理情况,选择适当的时机和方式进行心理沟通活动---谈心。

3、针对后进生学习目标不明确,进行学习目的性教育;学习习惯不好,则常抓学生日常学习习惯---作业检查等。

4、针对一部分后进生家庭教育薄弱,进行专题家访活动。取得家庭的配合,达到家校合一,共同教育的目的。

四、加强管理,努力提高后进生转化工作的实效性

1建立健全后进生转化工作档案,确定帮带对象,不使任何一个学生掉队。对每一位后进生的思想和学习状况和学习状况,性格特点,爱好特长,家庭情况等做记录。

2、对后进生坚持“四个不”、“五个先”原则。“四个不”即:(1)不定性,(2)不歧视,(3)不溺爱,(4)不加压。“五个先”即:表扬鼓励优先,关心帮助优先,作业批改和学习辅导优先,家访优先,参加群体活动优先,邑努力提高教育效果。

(一)学情分析

本学期我所带的班八年级一班:31人,八年级二班:26人。经过七年级的学习体会,我所教的班,大部分学生学习目的明确,学习态度端正,掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法,能够积极主动认真地学习,学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的,缺少学习的热情和主动性,自觉性和自控力都较差,相应的学习习惯也差。主要原因是没有激发学生学习英语的兴趣,学生觉得英语学习是一种负担,而不是一种乐趣。一部分学生没有掌握记忆单词的方法,连基本的单词听写也不过关,导致看不懂,听不懂,学不懂。学生的听力也还有待提高,在这方面失分也较多。主要是听的时间太少,接触英语的时间不多。针对种种问题,在本学期的英语教学中,教师一方面应加强基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练,让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型等基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能,为进一步学习英语打下坚实的基础;另一方面,又要采取多种措施,注意培养学生对英语的兴趣;让学生掌握记忆单词、听力、写作等英语学习技艺,培养良好的学习习惯和自主探索,合作探究能力。

《go for it》八年级下册共10个单元,全书采取任务型语言教学模式,融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构,形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标,主要的功能项目与语法结构,需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为a、b两部分。a部分是基本的语言内容,b部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有self check部分,供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识之用。通过确定language goal,采用听、说、读、写,自我检测等手段,有效提高语言习得者的学习效率,有利于习得者的语言产出,体现了以学生为主体的思想。

为全面提高自己的教育教学能力和个人专业素养,成为一名德才兼备、富有科学理论和创新能力的英语教师,并能适应新世纪教育发展的需要,实现促进教育质量和办学水平全面提高的目的,在本学期制订教学计划,并能充分利用进行教学。

一、教材情况分析

教学教材是由国家免费提供的“义务教育教科书,北京市仁爱教育研究所编著,2013年4月第一版,2014年7月第六次印刷,这套教材零起点,针对性强;,体例,体系新颖,以Kang kang, Michael, Maria等四位主人公相识,相知,成长,生活的故事情节为主线贯穿教材始终,生活气息浓厚,所学内容符合学生实际需要。本书每个单元都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目与语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为A,B, C和D四部分。A部分是基本的语训练,B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。C部分是语言学习的补充,单元语法的再现,结合练习训练。D部分是写作部分,根据单元所学的内容,完成相关话题的作文。我认为,这套教材是基于城市学生的状况编写的,单词量大,学生学起来的确有些吃力。尽管如此,我必须知难而上,为了提高农村的英语教学成绩而努力。本册教材的重点是一般将来时用法,反义疑问句,过去进行时的用法,表感官和直觉的系动词的用法,动词不定式的用法,情态动词may might must can的用法。

二、学生情况分析

本学期我担任八年级(3)班英语教学工作。在七年级学段已经掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法,能够积极主动认真地学习,学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的,缺少学习的热情和主动性,自觉性较差,相应的学习习惯也差。主要原因是没有激发学生学习英语的兴趣,学生觉得英语学习是一种负担,一部分学生没有掌握记忆单词的方法,连基本的单词听不懂,学不会,但是学生整体的惰性还是很强,自觉性很差。应加强基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练,让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型等基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能。另外,注意培养学生对英语的兴趣,让学生掌握记忆单词、听力、写作等英语学习技能,培养良好的学习习惯和自主探索、合作学习能力。充分调动学生的学习积极性和主动性,使每一位学生都能在学习中有所收获、有所进步。学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流,大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性,不善于发现和总结语言规律,不注意知识的巩固和积累。

三、确定教学目标

1.总体目标:激发学生学习英语的兴趣,树立自信心。在整个教学过程中,让学生有丰富的生活常识、多文化背景的积累,并形成正确人生观、价值观,有积极的情感态度和跨文化的交际能力。同时培养自主学习能力,积累学习方法。

2.具体目标:结合学生英语基础较差的实际,在教学刚开始的阶段,注意和七年级知识的衔接,例如复习积累基础词汇、词语搭配、句型,熟悉不同单元呈现的语法规则,掌握实际用法。希望第一学期后,学生能培养学习的兴趣,养成较好的学习习惯,对基础知识有一定的掌握。

四、教学指导思想

以校领导对英语工作的要求为指导,以“抓常规、创氛围、辅学困、搭舞台、抓速成”的方针为主线,以全面提高英语教育教学质量为目标。突出两个侧重,即侧重隐性效应,即苦练内功,转差培优。进一步创设我校的英语特色教育,在全校创造浓厚的英语氛围,使英语教学工作不断推向深入,为我校英语成绩的提档升级而努力奋斗!

二、八年级英语教学的目标及地位:

本班共有13名学生,英语在听力和写作方还很薄弱,,学生的基础知识有待加强,学习态度还算认真,但是学生整体的惰性还是很强,自觉性很差。 另外,学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不注意知识的巩固和积累。

四、本学期的教学重点和难点:

本学期的重点将继续学习词汇和习惯用语,学习的语法知识点有:频率副词、询问情况、方式状语、提出邀请、形容词比较级、最高级等。其中状语从句和形容词是本册的难点,将重点学习。

四.教学目标与个人奋斗目标:

让学生掌握一般将来时与一般过去时,复习现在进行时;掌握形容词与副词的比较等级;学习宾语从句;掌握简单句的五种句型。

钻研新课标,提高教学水平,真正做到教学相长,学习“洋思教学模式”,努力达到学校规定的教学指标。

新的学期开始了,本学期我担任八年级的英语教学工作。为了顺利完成教育教学任务,在教学中贯彻新目标教学的要求,我将结合学校工作计划要求,规范常规教学,提高教学质量。

一、指导思想

在本学期的英语教学中,坚持以下理念的应用:第一要面向全体学生,关注每个学生的情感,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心,培养创新精神;第二,目标设计要以学生技能,语言知识,情感态度,学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础:突出学生主体,尊重个体差异:第三,要注重过程评价,促进学生发展,建立能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的评价体系。

总之,让学生在使用中学习英语,让学生成为Good user而不是Learner。让他们在使用和学习英语的过程中,体味到轻松和成功的快乐。

二、教材分析

八年级上册英语共有十个单元,每个单元都列出了明确的语言目标,主要的功能项目和语法结构,以及需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为A和B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容,B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用,还有SELF CHECK部分,学生可用来自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。本教材各个单元活灵活现,贴近生活实际。

三、学生基本情况分析

学生虽经一年的英语教学,对英语有了一定的领会,但在听说读写各个方面的基础仍有些薄弱,另外,学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。有的同学不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习

英语的目的在于交流,有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识,有些不敢开口,或者声音太小。通过初中一年的英语学习,很多学生已经能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事,能与教师或同学就熟悉的话题交换信息,总的来说,本班的英语具有挑战性,需要耗费不少的时间和精力。

四、目的要求

1、根据学生的特点以及英语学习的规律,采用有效的教学手段和教学方法。创设生动活泼的语境,让学生运用所学语言开展活动。

2、本学期要着重注意培养学生良好的学习习惯,以保证课堂大容量、高密度、快节奏训练的展开,还要注重培养学生的自学能力,指导及鼓励他们多使用工具书。

3、从学生实际出发,充分发挥学生的主体作用,进一步加强对学生的学法指导。

4、充分利用直观教具和现代化的教学手段,注重现代技术与学科之间的整合,多设计教学情景,以练为主的原则,抓好基础训练,注重培养学生直接用英语表达思想的能力,扩大课堂容量,提高课堂效率。

5、认真钻研教材,掌握每单元的教学目的和要求,正确地把握教材的重点和难点,根据学生年龄特点及班级的实际情况,精心设计教学程序,选择适当的教学方法,认真备课。

五、具体措施

1、在课堂和作业布置上体现知识的梯度,扩大照顾面。

2、引导学生找出适合自己的学习方法,把握好学习的各个环节,让他们能养成自觉学习英语的习惯。

3、突出学生主体,尊重个体差异,让学生在老师的指导下构建知识,提高技能,磨练意志,活跃思维,展现个性,发展心智和拓展视野。

4、实施“一帮一”活动,让成绩好的同学带动差生,同时亦监督差生每天的作业完成情况和背诵情况。

5、建立英语学习小组,并以小组为单位开展各种活动。同时,整合家长的力量,让家长在周末期间监督学生听磁带、读课文。

6、通过听、说、读、写等形式,进行大量的语言操练和练习.

7、每天利用固定时间进行阅读训练,使学生能尽快掌握阅读技巧,培养阅读兴趣,从整体上提高学生掌握语言知识的能力。

8、以上几条,坚持每天落实,由组长负责,老师抽查,对于完成较好的组给予鼓励表扬。同时,对不同层次的学生要求也相应的不同,能让其渐渐对英语产生兴趣,慢慢加大要求。尤其是对后进生,每天的任务不是太重,及时完成就立即表扬。

六、教学中应注意的问题:

1、在英语教学过程,应注意教养学生综合运用英语的能力。在培养学生阅读能力的同时,注意加强听、说技能的训练。能过听、说、读、写技能的综合训练,促进学生综合运用英语的能力。逐步具有运用英语进行交际的能力。

2、在设计教学活动的过程中,教师应考虑活动目标明确、简洁,活动形式避免单一,注意广度和深度。

3、活动资源的选择要适合学生,资源的利用要合理化。

day I went to the park with my parents yesterday.we got up very early and then ate our breakfast.we go there by bus at 8 o\'clock .when we arrived the park ,we took some photos .then we play very much games .we are happy.

The Mid-Autumn is a very important Chinese festival.It falls on the 15th day of August.A few days before the festival, everyone in the family will help to make the house clean and beautiful.Lanterns will be hung in front of the house.
