Dream for Ourselves
Honorable judges，dear teachers.
The topic of my speech today is “dream for Ourselves ”.In the first day of my oral English course ，our teacher asked us to think about what we would be doing ten years from now.“Go to America and many an America girl，”a guy student said .He thought it might be one of the best ways to learn English well.What beautiful dreams we used to have！But now all everybody is busy doing a double major，stuffing their heads with straight As，intern ships，exchange programs。It is said that dreams should be relevant to reality.If dreams are simply“reality shows“，can they still be called dreams？A couple of weeks ago，I read the story of Ma Yan，who had to drop out of school because of poverty .She said she wanted to go to school so that her family could live a better life.Steven Jobs，CEO of Apple Couputer，once said，“Our time is limited.So don’t waste it living someone else’s life.”I think it’s especially true with us twenty somethings，who are sort of feeling disoriented in face of dream and reality.The other night，my roommate complained to me what little memory she would have for her college days.true！
Today’s dream might become tommorrow’s reality reality and day after tommorrow’s memory.But if we are not dreaming for ourselves，where can the memery come from？And plus，if we can’t even master our own dream，how can we master the future of our society？teacher，with the
advances in science and technology，we are faced with more of a dilemma than ever；the controversy over surrogate mothers；the right way to treat animal；the pros and cons of the online pop cultur.There might never be definite answers to these questions，but how we judge and envision them to be will decide the future of us all Luckily， I want to be a bridge of this kind，and with this dream in mind，I know that I’ll have not only a future ahead，but also a precious memory behind.This is the end of my speech.Thank you very much.

１．选手在比赛过程中如果超时会得到提示，选手朗诵完毕后评委进行打分。

3．比赛分为两轮，第一轮，根据抽签顺序依次进行演讲，演讲完毕后宣布成绩，第二轮，每大组最高分进行再次PK（三名选手）,文章及配乐提前给出，确定出冠亚季军。
4．注意事项： １必须控制好时间，确定比赛顺利进行

一．活动背景
面对当前大学生对英语学习的热爱，以及英语学习的必要性，外语协会因此为了替我们广大英语爱好者营造一个活跃的英语交流环境，特举办此次的英文配乐朗诵大赛望给同学们更多的激情更大的英语学习空间。
二．活动目的：为了丰富大学生们的校园生活，提高在校大学生们的英语口语水平，同时也是为了给予他们更多地展现自我的平台，皖西学院外语协会特此举办此次英文配乐朗诵大赛，使得在提高同学们英文水平的同时，让他们感受英文诗歌的魅力和风采，帮助他们更多，更深层次地了解国外文化的与众不同，在全校范围内营造一个浓厚的英语学习氛围。 三．活动展开：
活动形式：英文诗歌配乐朗诵 参赛资格：皖西学院全体在校学生
活动环节：1该活动分为初赛和决赛两个环节，初赛竞选上的选手才有资格参加决赛，同时决赛整体分为两个部分，第一部分在初赛的基础上可配乐；第二部分是现场抽序号即兴朗诵。
2在活动安排上，外语协会各部门理事将在比赛开始的前一天进入赛场打扫现场卫生，同时检查投影仪、音响、话筒等硬件设备工作是否正常。
3在人员调度上，比赛前进行严密的人员分工，每个理事要清楚明白自己在活动当天的任务和责任，同时要严格自己，至始至终在自己的位置上完成好分配给自己的任务，尽可能的避免因为人员没有到位而造成的突发情况的可能。
4活动之后理事组织观众和选手有秩序退场，剩下的的理事们将会在负责人的带领下打扫会场
参赛时间
2：初赛时间2012年10月20日，下午3:00-5:00；决赛时间2012年10月24日19:00-21:0.参赛地点：初赛在外语协会办公室，决赛地点未定前期准备：宣传部
组织人员绘制宣传海报，与此同时响应外协会员积极参与活动；办公室人员开展报名，准确的记录每位参赛者的报名信息，整理信息成参赛选手表，确定参赛人数；科网部准备大赛配乐以及舞台灯光效果；学习部准备英文主持演讲稿。
举办阶段: 组织部安排人员维持现场秩序，可以安排四人前面两人后面安排两人，在入口处安排两人随时准备意外情况发生以作安排；安排好评委老师的座位，后勤人员随时准备评委的需求；大赛开始由主持人邀请会长宣布开始；大赛结束之后主持人邀请外协副会发表结束词；之后组织部疏散人员散场，会维部安排人员在外面准备收集会员对大赛的看法及意见。
评分标准：
a、去掉一个最高分，去掉一个最低分，其余评委的平均分为选手得分； b、评分标准：

2011级本科学生英文朗诵比赛规程
为了促进教学，引导新生重视英语的语音语调，养成良好的英语朗读习惯，从而增强学生英语口语表达的信心，2011级大学英语教研室决定于本学期举行本年级学生英文朗诵比赛。
一、赛程及规则
1． 预赛：
参赛者：各班在本班组织预赛，然后推选出1-2名报到教研室。
形式：朗读材料由学生自选，形式不限，时长由任课老师掌握。
时间：第10～11周，即11月18日之前提交学生名单。
2． 复赛：
参赛者：在各班报上来的优胜者中选拔，然后选出20左右学生参加决赛。
形式：朗诵学生自选的材料，用PPT展示朗诵文本，可配乐等，时长不超过3分钟。 时间：第12周周二(11月22日) 16：00，地点待定。
评判方法：由评委评判决出选手。
3． 决赛：
参赛者：复赛决出的学生
形式：分两步进行，1) 与复赛形式相同 2) 即兴朗诵：现场抽取材料，准备两分钟后进行比赛。
时间：第14周周二(12月6日) 16:00，地点待定。
评判方法：决赛设7名评委打分，满分10分，评委打分的平均分（保留到小数点后两位）为选手的最后得分。如果出现相同分数，依各项小分作为评判依据。
二、评分标准
1． 语音语调（50%）：语音正确，语调自然、扬抑得当，会连读、弱读；
2． 流利程度（30%）：语速正常，语感好，流畅连贯，节奏控制自如；
3． 表现能力（20%）：仪态大方、自然，表情、手势等得体，富有感情。

数学系英文配乐朗诵大赛总结
为丰富学生的校园文化生活，提高学生学习英语的兴趣和水平，推动专业学习，我数学系于2011年10月30日晚上7点在F108组织了首届“英文配乐朗诵大赛”。本次活动主要由学习部负责筹备工作。虽然我只是学习部的一个成员，我们负责人交代我们什么任务，我们就简简单单的去完成自己的任务，而没有去想整个活动的策划应该怎样去做，所以活动中也存在不少问题。
本次活动中参赛的选手有32位，都是数学系的老生和新生。我们学习部的前期准备工 作有：1 通知各班鼓励同学踊跃报名参赛，而且效果还不错哦。2 拷贝音乐。3 邀请外语系的老师当任评委。4 会前准备即评委喝得水和评委用得笔等等。
这次活动的圆满举办离不开各个部门的配合，作为本次活动的学习部成员对各个部门参与帮助的成员表示感谢，当然这个活动还有不足之处，还存在一些客观上得原因，本来系里只接到举办“英语演讲大赛”的通知，但计划有变改为了“英文配乐朗诵大赛”时间不太充裕，然后我部门的通知工作还不到位，好多选手都没有下载到音乐，等拷贝音乐时很多人都没有拷贝好音乐，等等一系列问题。
但是，活动胜利地举办了还是值得自豪的，只是还需要改进，我觉得各部门在面临突发情况时处理事情还不够成熟，比赛那天，由于通知各个班的观众不够到位，只有临时通知三年制和五年制各派一个班来当观众，没有考虑到位置不够，好多系干都没位子，这些都是我们应该注意而没有注意的，在今后的工作中，我们将会吸取教训争取做得更好，从而得到全系同学的肯定。
