solving and Heuristic algorithm research.Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design.My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format.Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic
Algorithm.By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively
prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations.It proved more efficiently than
SGA in experiments, too.In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant.The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making proce that covered not only discrete but also
continuous circumstances.To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets.The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale.I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea.Recently, I am doing
research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system aisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel.I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite
Predictive Problem.This project is now under construction.
Besides, In July 2000, I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC)
which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation.In my senior year, I met Prof.Xiao-Song Lin, a visiting profeor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside, I learned graph theory from him for my network research.These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.
I hope to study in depth

一、针对少儿年龄特点、兴趣爱好选择教学内容
少儿3--6岁的这一年龄阶段，为学前期，学前期是少儿语言发展和身心等其他方面发展的关键时期。少儿英语教学的内容可选择少儿感兴趣的主题，由近及远，由易到难，循序渐进地进行。其内容可包括：动物、玩具、颜色、数字、食物等等，可先在3—4岁年龄段教简单的单词，到4—6岁的年龄段再进行简单的口语教学，如先学习Pear(梨子)、Cat(小猫)、Banana(香蕉)等单词读音后，再由易至难，提升至短语及口语对话：Give me a pear，please!(请给我一个梨子)、It is a dog(它是一只小狗)，让少儿在这一年龄段中得到适宜的阶段性学习。
二、让英语教学充满趣味性
游戏是少儿生活中不可缺少的一部分。对少儿年龄特点及爱玩的天性，教师可有针对性地、灵活地将—些新颖、有趣的游戏与教学内容结合起来。“兴趣是最好的老师”，教师可以充分利用英语游戏、歌曲、童谣、绘画等多种形式动静结合，激发少儿想学英语、喜欢英语的兴趣。如：学习颜色单词。让参加游戏的学生头戴一种颜色的头饰。两位学生碰面用“Yellow yellow/Blue blue„„，you are mine„”猜拳，错误者必须做正确者的“小尾巴”。游戏继续进行，最后成为长龙的“头头”者为游戏的胜利者。这样，将趣味性融人教学中，让少儿高兴地投入到游戏中的同时，既学到了口语的交流对话，又培养了少儿开朗的性格和主动团结他人的品格。
三、打破传统的母语原则
在英语教学中，用母语教外语是当前比较常用的教学方法，但这种方法使少儿在用英语时，往往先要在脑子里进行一道翻译程序，这样，少儿听说英语就跟不上正常的语速，影响其英语水平的提高，如“西瓜”用英语怎么说?少儿在理解英语时都先介入汉语，所以，教师应尽量使用英语来教学，借助手势、表情、动作、情景帮助幼儿理解，并坚持同样的手段，使少儿习惯这些手势加英语的意思。
四、及时纠正少儿的语言错误，并进行表扬鼓励
少儿在学习语言的过程中，由于少儿的发音器官发育不够完善，听觉的分辨能力和发音器官的调节能力都比较弱，还常常不能掌握某些音的发音方法，因而产生语言错误是很自然现象，有时口形不对，有时发音不准。在教学过程中，当少儿出现错误时，教师不要重复幼儿的错误，不要给予强化，以免引起少儿错误的模仿，也不能直接打断幼儿思路，苛求纠正语言错误，应该细心观察，找出导致语言错误的原因，用委婉、间接的方式启发幼儿自己来区别发音的正确与错误，及时纠正口误，鼓励少儿大胆发音，而平时教师也应多表扬，多鼓励幼儿，让少儿体验成功带来的愉悦，从而，增强他们的自信心和学习英语的积极性。
五、注重趣味性，将复习贯穿于一日教学活动中
不管什么人学英语，学过之后不复习就会忘记，这就要求教师在日常教学生活中，在学过之后，及时让他们复习。通过复习，既提高少儿听觉的感受能力，使之辨别出语音的细小变化，区别正确和错误的发音，又训练少儿发音器官的协调性，经过复习让少儿掌握单词的发音，同时可将随机提问、师生问答、角色表演、游戏等多种有趣味的形式，贯穿于复习中，以减少复习的机械与乏味。
六、日常生活中的语言培养
少儿在学习的过程中获得的多数知识和技能与他们的日常生活密切相关。因
此，教师应不失时机地利用日常生活中的各个环节，让少儿说出使他感兴趣的事物的单词 (教师可适当个别指导)，如：吃饭时说出碗、菜的单词，以及各种周围事物的名称，将随机教育渗透到教学中。但是少儿的认读能力与口语水平各不相同，有的能大胆发音读词，有的则不敢张口发音，这就要求教师对于能力较弱的少儿，多一些关心和亲近，有意地请他们发言，创设情境，鼓励他们大胆发音，而对于能力较强的少儿，可以向他们提出更高的要求，如请他们领读儿歌，领唱童谣，让他们表演英语情景剧等。
总之，英语教学必须遵循少儿语言学习的规律，注重少儿为主体，教师为主导的原则，并开展具有针对性、趣味性的英语教学活动，让少儿真正积极地参与到活泼、生动的英语学习中来，体会到学习的快乐!

在进行口语交际的时候，同学们都作了自我介绍。这次习作，根据自己说的和同学的评价，写一写自己，向别人展示一个真实的你。写完以后再加个题目，如《我给自己画张像》《这就是我》《爱哭鼻子的女孩》。还可以把习作读给了解你的人，听听他们的意见，并认真改一改。
本次习作的目的要求：
1、介绍自己的性格、爱好,优缺点;
2、抓住自己的特点写清楚完整；
3、以自己特点的某方面为主来写;
4、通过人物的外貌、爱好等来反映特点。
教学过程：
一、回顾口语交际，明确介绍自己的内容。
1、让学生说出自己最希望介绍给同学们听的特点是什么？学生边说，教
师边有意识的分类板书。
2、教师引导学生根据板书，归纳出：介绍自己可以从自己的性格、爱好、
品质、优点或缺点等方面来介绍。
二、导入习作要求，指导审题。明确习作的内容和要求。
三、组织讨论交流，突破指导重难点
1、可是如果你只用一句话概括地告诉别人你的特点，是很难给别人留下深刻印象的。有什么办法通过你的介绍让别人一下子就记住你的特点呢？根据学生
的回答，板书：举一个事例
2、围绕某一个方面，分层次请几个学生就相同的特点用一件事例来介绍自己，从而引导学生认识到，同一个特点可以用不同的事例来表现。
进而讨论：
（ 1）你们觉得刚才几个同学当中，哪个同学的事例能够突出自己的特点呢？引导学生认识到这个事例还要恰当。板书：恰当的

这次习作让我们来写一写自己，通过自己的介绍让别人认识了解一个真实的“自我”，一个完完整整的“自我”。怎样才能更好地完成这次习作呢？
首先，简介自己的基本情况。习作开始可以用三言两语对自己的基本情况进行介绍，即用简短、清楚的语言把自己的姓名、性别、年龄、在哪里上学写出来，使人对你印象深刻，语言要活泼，写法灵活多样，突出自己的特点。
其次，描写自己的外貌特点。外貌是给人留下的第一印象，而外貌有特点的人往往能给别人留下深刻的印象。描写外貌之前，可以先照照镜子，认真观察一下自己的容貌、身材特征，也可以问一问父母或同桌对自己外貌的描述，然后加以整理。描写外貌要抓住特点，就是从五官容貌、身高、体重、穿着打扮等几方面挑选最有特点的来写，不要不分轻重主次，什么都写；而语言要生动活泼，幽默风趣一点儿，这样给人的印象一定深刻得多。
然后，介绍自己的性格、爱好或特长，优点或缺点。习作中要写一写自己的性格。有很多词语可以形容自己的性格，比如，活泼开朗，天真无邪、勇敢无畏、稳沉、大方……而只有这些词语是不行的，必须借助具体小故事来展示自己的个性风采。介绍自己的爱好、特长，是自我介绍的重要内容之

分析自己姓名来突出个性风采
思路5──优缺点列举法。这种写法是在介绍了自己的基本情况后，重点通过分析自己的优点和缺点来达到介绍自己的目的。
4、你准备举一个什么事例来说明自己的特点呢？自己先想想，然后和同桌商量一下，是否恰当和把经过说清楚了。
四、学生习作，教师有针对性地有困难的学生进行指导。（先让学生用一句话说说自己的特点。然后指导学生记叙一件事情，突出自己的特点。）以上归纳不知道是否准确，期待着进一步的验证和讨论。

大家好，我是余瑞雪，很高兴今天能和大家一起分享心里的话。今天的话题是介绍自己。我这几天想了很久，我到底是一个什么样的人。我发现，要用几句话介绍自己真的是太难了，因为每一个人都是复杂的，都是很有个性的的，都是在不同的环境里表现出不同的自己。
我这个人兴趣十分广泛，我想那是因为我热爱生活。我喜欢唱歌，唱歌的时候，特别是在难过的时候，我会唱一些让人安静的歌，唱完了心情就会快乐一些。在高兴的时候，我也会唱歌，唱一些欢快的歌，这样的话，心情就更加开心了！我还喜欢画画，自学的，没有受过专业的培训，自己随便画，因为在画画的时候，感觉自己特别平静，还特别有耐心，看着一副画慢慢在你手下完成，充满了成就感。不过说到兴趣爱好，很多人喜欢的运动我却一直都不喜欢，可能是太懒吧，也有可能是从小体育一直不好，对运动不太自信，所以一直不敢去跑步游泳打球，我觉得自己体力不行，肯定会做不好。
现在来说说我的性格。基本上来说，我是一个乐观积极的人，在生活、学习中遇到困难，会努力去解决问题，而且相信未来会越来越好。性格也比较开朗，不太内向，喜欢交朋友，也喜欢和别人聊天。有时候会很粗心，而且经常忘记事情，给自己带来很多麻烦，这点和我弟弟不太一样，他是一个非常细心的人。我的直觉不太好，逻辑也不够强，所以从小到大，理性一直很差。我看上去很温和，但是其实脾气不太好，甚至有时候会有点暴躁，可能是因为缺少耐心吧。

二、明确口语交际要求
1.师：请大家翻开书P47，自读《说说我自己》，理一理本次口语交际的基本要求。用笔在关键处做记号。（巡视过程中表扬有孩子用不同的符号做记号的好习惯）
2.请大家说说这次口语交际要求我们做什么？怎么做？
生：这次口语交际让我们介绍我们自己。
生：自我介绍时，要抓住自己的特点来说，还要说真话。（板书：说真话）生：听别人介绍时，要注意听，看看有哪些补充。

三、介绍自我，抓特点：

四、秀出我自己

五、游戏活动──掀起你的盖头来
师：孩子们，我们稍作休息好吗？李老师教大家唱唱歌吧。——掀起了你的盖头来，让我来看看你是谁？歌唱会了，我们做一个游戏，名字就叫“掀起你的盖头来”

1.他个子不算太高，皮肤很白，虽然是个男孩子，却比好多女孩子都白。圆圆的脸上有一双炯炯有神的眼睛。上课时，他有些好动，坐在座位上老爱和前后排的同学说话。他参加乒乓球院团学习后，手里经常拿着乒乓球拍，球技也提高了不少哦。
学生听后猜出是描写的哪位同学？并说说能猜出是因为抓住了哪些标志性特点？

2.他的座位在班上是第一排，可想而知他的个子有点矮。不过他并不因为自己个子矮感到自卑，反而说“浓缩的才是精华”。每当老师提问时，他那一双机灵的眼睛就会更加活跃，高高举起的小手中总会有他那一支。老师和同学们都感叹他的能说会道。不过，这能说会道可不是白来的，无论哪个时候，我们总能看见他手捧一本课外书津津有味地阅读。有时候，老师在上面讲，他就把书藏在书桌在偷偷读，他真是一只名副其实的“小书虫”。
学生听后猜出是描写的哪位同学？并说说能猜出是因为抓住了哪些标志性特点？师：谁愿意来说出一个同学的特点，让大家来掀开他的盖头？
全班学生唱歌，抽生说，大家猜。（当某学生描述完大家却猜出不一样的人时，老师引导学生发现是因为他所描述的特点不够具有标志性）
六、回顾梳理
孩子们，今天的口语交际有意思吗？你都收获了什么呀？（在说清楚、声音响亮、有礼貌等的基础上，我们学会了说要抓住特点，注意听后要做恰当的补充，这样做点评的时候才能有针对，有启发。）

教学反思：
1、兴趣是最好的老师
一直以来，都在努力追求让自己课堂充满生命活力。活力从哪儿来？有老师的，更多的则在于学生在课堂中的参与表达。因此，如何让课堂教学充满趣味？让孩子们乐学、易学、学有所获？这是我一直在思考并努力付诸实践的。今天上的这堂口语交际，从开课到结束，全班孩子都在兴趣盎然中学习，这可谓乐此不疲。比如开课时孙悟空的自我介绍，一下子让孩子们喜欢并在脑海里马上反应出孙悟空降妖伏魔的的形象；而当猪八戒也用这段文字来进行介绍时，孩子们忍不住笑了，在笑的背后却轻松明白——向别人作介绍时，应该抓住标志性特点，不然就要闹笑话。课堂中的游戏“掀起你的盖头来”又一次让孩子们在快乐中尝试了如何“掀起盖头”看到“真人面孔”。别说孩子们了，就连听课的老师们都说这样的课好好玩哦。
2、落实学习目标并非板着面孔
本次口语交际的目标有三：培养学生会以介绍自己为题，进行口语交际；抓住自己的特点来说，要说真话；听的同学要注意听别人介绍，并能进行评价。教学重点在于培养学生抓住自己的特点向别人介绍，介绍时说真话。教学中，我让孩子们自读教材中的要求，明确交际内容、交际方法等。梳理出了说的要求、听的要求、评的要求，整堂课都紧扣这三方面要求推进。当学生做介绍时，特别强调“抓住关键词用实事说话”，落实了“抓特点说真话”的重点。
3、理想的课堂是充满生命的
