(二)树立信心

(三)养成良好习惯

七年级学生刚进入中学,仍沿用小学的学习方法,教师让做什么就做什么,不会积极、主动的去获得知识;不少学生没有预习和复习的习惯,上课也不会记笔记,光靠死记硬背是很难提高学习效率的因为中学的课程比小学多,难度也比小学大得多。因此必须养成良好的学习习惯。

1.课前预习

课前预习能够使学生对所学知识有一个初步的认识,对课文中出现的新单词、短语以及语言点有初步的了解,在听讲时会容易接受得多。预习课文可采用发现问题法和排除障碍法等等。

5、9 试卷讲评课是英语教学中的一个重要课型。它要求课前做好试卷分析准备,重视和优化讲评过程,适时进行点拨,延伸和拓展。让学生在巩固知识与掌握解题思路和技巧的基础上,能够做到举一反三,触类旁通。单县教研室组织老师经过精心准备,给我们呈现了一节非常精彩的讲评课。它体现了教学上的启发式教学,这是一大亮点;另一大亮点是通过归纳总结,让学生温故而知新。

一、本堂课优点吧:

1、教学目标明确。上课开始时,老师就把本堂课的教学目标给予明确。老师的基本功较好,能够在讲课时自然大方,语言流畅,能够给学生一种清新的感觉,学生易于从内心接受她。老师知识梳理鲜明,难易适中,新旧知识结合,强化了新知识,复习了旧知识。能够很快接触重点,由某个知识点拓展、总结、以点带面、以面带全的进行总复习。

2、对试卷上分析。老师可以说做到了抓住重点、难点,做到了精讲、精炼并具有针对性。并且对试卷归纳、分类,由词、句、篇3个方面,串讲试卷。打乱了试卷的顺序,重、难点清楚,从易错入手,由点到面、以面带全进行讲解。

3、教学程序老师设计的很好。根据学生的实际情况,从最基本的词汇讲起,通过分类、归纳,总结出规律,然后用多种方法讲解了句型篇章。并根据学生实际情况,对一些试题类型先讲解,然后进行

拓展训练,使学生能够举一反三,让学生立足于试卷,又不局限于试卷,体现了教学的启发式教学原则。课堂结构严谨,环环相扣,突出了知识的系统性、连贯性、整体性。

4、教学方法和手段发挥了教师的主导作用,并积极的来调动学生。例如在动词的讲解中,让学生相互讨论,创造语境,运用词汇,加深对动词时态的理解。最后归纳总结。能够从做题的方法思路上进行引导,体现了教育的循序渐进的原则。

(1)能够运用现代化的教学手段,呼唤现代化的教育。通过PPT的运用,这样就更加高效的提高了课堂教学容量和质量。

(2)英语口语非常好,口齿清楚,快慢适度,学生有不懂的地方,及时的补充,让学生易于理解。

(3)老师教态大方,庄重,举止从容,态度热情。

5、教学落实较好,效果显著。可以说让大部分学生都有收获,学生当堂提出的问题,基本上都得到了解决。不同程度的学生在原有的基础上都有所进步。

二、主要问题和缺点

1、教学方法。没能重点突出学生的主观能动性,大部分学生处于被动状态,学生的积极性没有充分调动起来。同时,给学生的时间少,没有照顾到差生,对差生存在的问题没有解决,当然,他们不会的问题,仍然不会,我想我们应注意差生的转化。希望再改进教学方法,提高学生的学习兴趣,让不同层次的学生都有事可做,有饭可吃。

2、课堂板书有点乱,缺乏层次性。

3、英语教学重在交际性,我们要想体现交际性原则,必须尽可能多的在为学生创造运用英语的情景上下功夫。指导学生积极地运用语言,而不是单纯传授语言知识。老师课堂用语较少,汉语相应较突出,对于很简单的英语,我们不能再说汉语了,如说“why”,不能再用汉语说“为什么”了。多创设情景,多让学生说英语,这样就能更好的锻炼学生了。同时,老师对学生的激励语言较少。在课堂上,我们应该用多种方式来激励学生,如口语、手势、鼓掌等,给学生一个激励,他们就有一次成功的机会。

4、具体讲题目时,可能是因为时间关系,老师在阅读理解和写作题时没有给充足的指导,稍为欠缺一些。

三、针对上面一些问题,我想提如下一些建议:

1、多用激励性的语言或其它方式,充分调动学生的积极性,充分体现老师的主导作用。

2、在教学中,应该把更多的时间留给学生,让他们自己多思考,多讨论,然后帮他们归纳总结,

3、学英语重在模仿,对阅读理解和写作题,老师要重点讲解与引导,让他们多阅读多模仿英语的文章。

4、多注意学生的反馈,注意学生的反应。通过反馈与学生的反应,及时的改进教学方法,并恰到好处的进行点拨, 这样就能更好的调动学生的积极性与参与性。这就需要更好的教学机智。 当总结结束时,突然想到了一个故事,这个故事是这样的:我是家中唯一的男孩,父母从小对我呵护有加。在我上小学的时候,我的

父母会亲自到学校接我,看到别的孩子对我羡慕的眼光,我感到非常高兴。就这样一直持续到上初中。上初中就得到镇上去,因为那是我们镇上唯一的初中。虽然离我的家有

五、六里远,但我却更高兴了,因为我的父亲就在镇上工作,这样我就能和父亲经常一起回家了。但他每天得等到我晚上搭过灯之后再接我一起回家。因为我家在山区,我和父亲都是走着回家的,父亲属于那种内向不善表达的人,每天接到我之后,便只说一句:“走吧”。然后他在前面,我跟在后面,两人一直默默的走着。有时他会给我买一些好吃的,那时我最高兴的时候了,这也是我愿意跟他的最大原因。走在崎岖的山路上,翻过几道山梁,还要经过一片树林,有时累得我直喘气,但我从没埋怨过和害怕过。就这样过了一个月,突然有一天晚上还没放学,父亲来到学校找到我说:“家里有急事,我先回了,放学后你自己回吧”。说完,就匆匆忙忙的走了,我也没有担心什么。放学了,我就独自往家走,开始,我没有害怕,但走着走着我感觉越来越不对劲,有些地方不像我平时经过的,但有的地方又像是。我给自己壮着胆,往前走呀、走呀,感觉像是过了很长时间 ,仍没有到家,但感觉路越来越不像,我想我可能迷路了,怕以后再也见不到爸爸妈妈了,便开始哭起来,想我的父亲,但在茫茫的黑夜里那有我的父亲呀?不知过了多长时间,突然发现远方有灯光向我走来,不时的伴有父亲母亲的呼喊声,我大哭着迎了上去。原来,父亲回到家之后,处理完家里的事,仍然没等见我回来,我奶奶、妈妈开始埋怨爸爸:“那么小的孩子,你怎么把他一人丢下不管呢?你不怕他迷路了。”他们便分头找我。

这个事虽然过了很多年,但我仍然念念不忘,忘不了父母对我的爱。

但当我读过这个故事之后,我就想,假如“我”的父亲不是让“我”跟着,而是让“我”在前面走,父亲跟着,一个月之后,“我”会不会还迷路呢?

平时我们教育学生给学生上课是不是也在学那位父亲呢?我们走在前面,学生在后面跟着呢?我想这也是我们需要教改的重要原因之一吧,那么我们又应该如何引导学生,如何实现学生为主题、老师为主导的这种作用呢?俗话说:教学有法,但无定法,贵在得法。这就需要我们灵活的运用一些教学方法和教学机智,遵守人类认识的基本法则:有浅入深、有已知到未知的循序渐进的原则,通过对已学过的内容进行温故而知新,然后归纳总结,使新的内容成为已学过的内容的合乎逻辑的发展。一堂好课应该是教材资料与学生的学法完美结合。我们应利用学生的信息,及时调整教学方法,做到因材施教,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,从根本上改变学生的被动接受,到引导学生去主动思考上去。我想,如果那位父亲懂得这个道理的话,那么“我”也不会有那一次惊魂的迷路了。

如何进行初中一年级英语音标教学

如何才能搞好初中英语语音教学呢?我认为,七年级第一学期应把英语教学的重点放在语音教学上,所有教学项目都应紧紧围绕这一重点进行,使至少90%以上的学生在第一学期期末基本做到:能正确读出48个国际音标;能正确熟练地读出符合读音规则的单词;能借助音标正确读出单词。这样可以使学生为以后的学习打下基础,从而使老师在单词教学上少用点时间,学生就可以拼读单词了。

一 让学生开始逐步接触音标

在教学26个字母的同时,从归纳字母读音入手,讲清字母和音标的区别,讲解一些简单的发音要领;结合所学的单词,对其音标进行分解,或进行单音素拼读;让学生初步分清开、闭音节和长、短音。在教学过程中,随时总结各种读音规则以及字母组合、重读、连读、浊化、失去爆破、音节的划分等有关语音知识。

二 适当应用英汉对比学习英标

比如说,很多辅音很类似汉语拼音,/p/ /b/ /k/ /g/ /h/ /d//s//f/ d

等 。元音中也有很多这样的音,如,/ ei/,/ai/,/i:/,/u:/ 等。利用学生已有的拼读知识学习新的知识较为容易些。而且我深有感触在假期里用这种方法教了自己孩子的音标,他能很容易的拼读初一上的单词了,记忆也很快。利用汉语来教英语也不失为一种有效的方法。

三 及时巩固,反复练习。

1、保证时间:在教室里张贴音标挂图,要求学生每天早读必须大声朗读音标,时间为15分钟;在教室里张贴音标挂图

2、要求学生备有一台录音机、一盒音标磁带、一盒课本录音磁带、一本英汉小词典。多跟读单词的读音。当然只有一部分人会去准备。

3、对音标的掌握要求学生必须人人达标,教师要利用时间逐个检查。

4、及时帮助、辅导差生,消除他们对音标学习的畏难情绪,使之尽快跟上同学。

5、每节新课之前都让学生查词典或词汇总表,让他们给生词注出音标,并预习试读。

6、举行小组或全班学生强记单词比赛。如:把生词、音标、汉语意思(一般10个)写在黑板上,让学生拼读强记10分钟,擦掉之后看谁记得最多。这样做使学生改变死记硬背单词或在单词下注汉语同音字的不良习惯。

8、在教音标时,既注意趣味性,又贯穿知识性。

经过以上强化音标教学方法,“激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生自主学习能力”,学生的拼读能力将明显得到加强;教师不再占用课时进行单词教学,而只对预习效果作一些必要的检查;学生基本不再靠机械重复记忆单词。这样,学生自学能力提高了,有了学习成功的喜悦感,学习积极性大为提高,最终实现新课程目标要求,这正是抓好音标教学重要性之所在
