1、基本步骤
● 让学生一个接一个站成两排，老师离学生10米开外。● 老师转过身，面对墙壁 (“家”) ，背对着学生，大声喊：“One，two，three，stop!”（尽可能的说快）
● 同时，学生向老师奔跑过来，尽可能接近老师。当老师说：“Stop!”时，学生必须站住不动。
● 老师一说Stop的时候，立刻转过身来，看是否还有人在跑。
