其实我也还是做外贸就10月左右,所以经验什么的都不是很成熟,在总结自己的同时还希望帮到比我还新的朋友,前辈不要拍我板砖哦。

发开发信要先找到邮箱,至于找邮箱呢,我觉得至今用的比较顺手的是各国邮箱的后缀(自己搜一下,太长了不好发上来)和一些好的黄页,有些朋友反映用邮箱后缀找不到,那是因为你要分析一下你们的产品在哪里很畅销,用的比较多。比如我们的产品水井管在沙特等中东产石油的地方用的多,那么就那些国建的公共邮箱后缀,搜出来比较多。 其实我觉得开发信这个东西就像我们国内做电话销售一样,我想每个外贸人都很讨厌每天一大堆的网络推广电话,我想老外和我们应该是一样的心情。所以我觉得做外贸的不容易的,每天辛辛苦苦找邮箱发开发信息,而且还被人讨厌,看都没看就删了。有的说喜欢简短的开发信,有的喜欢有点专业性的比较长一点开发信,至于到底怎么样,我有两种版本经常换着发,要多多准备几封进行追踪,邮箱最好设上阅读回执,对有阅读回执的邮件进行追踪,几

周几个月时不时的骚扰一下。要用不同的版本,要不发一样的,看不看都删了,没什么新意。我开发信的内容很大众化就不贴上来了。呵呵

还有一点是开发信是主题,反正我不喜欢什么how are you, hi, my friend,什么的,就用产品名称,或者用RE:貌似比较有效果,呵呵,还有可以突发奇想,比如有一天我用的标题是your water need treatment,(我们做水处理过滤产品的)结果发过去一会就有人回复说介绍一下详细的catalog什么的。当然可能是运气什么的 发开发信需要坚持,不要没有效果就放弃后再抱怨怎么没效果啊没效果啊,因为开发信本身的是一个概率问题,成功率本身就比较低的。所以那句话叫什么来着广撒网才能网大鱼。前辈的话是有道理的。

大家都知道,做外贸业务员最常做的事就是写推销邮件。相信每一个业务员,无论是新人老人,都会遇到写了大量的推销邮件却石沉大海,回复很少。究竟怎样的推销邮件才能引起客户的注意,让客户回复,是我们大家共同面对的问题。就我个人的经验来看,一封成功的推销邮件从邮件的标题到内容,再到签名都是有技巧的。

第一, 邮件主题: 必须简单明了,并且一目了然。和我们一样,客户每天也收到大量的邮件,客户首先看到的除了发件人名称外就是标题。标题是吸引客户注意力的第一步,也是最关键的一步。一般尽量采用和产品相关的,比如\"Titanium Dioxide\"或者\"Titanium Dioxide factory\"或者\"20 years experienced Titanium Dioxide producer\" \"TiO2 supplier from Canton Fair\"等等。总之可以想很多种,但是避免雷同。需要注意的是还需要与正常给客户回复邮件的主题区别开。这样在整理删除推销邮件的时候可以清楚的分类,不会误删重要的回复邮件。

第二, 邮件正文: 目前大家采用的推销邮件大部分都是小推销邮件。就是针对某种产品写的推销邮件。具体内容在此就不多讲。在此指出一下新人刚开始写推销邮件时容易出现的小问题。

1,介绍的长但产品不够突出,缺乏关键词。很多人都习惯在第一段介绍公司,可能客户看了两三行还没看出你是做什么的。而且我们是中性推销,所以邮件内容最好突出产品性能,弱化公司信息。其实客户看每一封信,都会习惯先扫几眼,如果你的信无法在两三秒内让客户明白你是做什么的。那么你是客户的话,你会回这样的邮件吗?所以介绍的时候必须言之有物,简单明了,突出主题。此处可以和邮件的主题对应,突出你推销的产品。还拿钛白粉为例,可以说是二十年钛白粉工厂,先进的氯化法生产工艺,良好的遮盖力和着色力,经久耐用,已经得到全球三十多个国家上百个客户的检验,产品性能接近杜邦R902等等。另外,个人感觉邮件的第二行中间位置必须出现产品的关键词,用关键词吸引住客户去关注邮件的内容。整篇推销邮件中关键词可以加粗,换种颜色,甚至放大字号以达到醒目的效果。不过颜色上面注意不要选择红色。

2,推销邮件写的过长,句子也比较长,用一些书面化的词。其实很多客户也不是英语系国家的,太长的东西不仅啰嗦,也会让人本能的不想去看,太复杂客户也看不懂。我们要做的是用最简单的词让客户明白我们想向他传达的意思就可以了。尽量写的简单些。突出重点。平时可以多看看客户的回复,多学习学习客户对问题的表述方法。

3, 邮件喜欢添加图片。这也不是不可以。带图片会使推销邮件显得更生动。只是图片插入尽量不要用附件的形式,并且插入的时候先把图片的大小调整下,太大的图片很可能被服务器屏蔽。

4, 对产品了解不详细。对产品的专业性了解非常重要,你卖一样东西,必须先了解才能更好的卖出去了。新人大部分对产品比较陌生,在推销某种产品的时候,最好对这个产品再深入了解下,比如原材料是什么,主流产地工厂在哪,市场价格,产能,生产工艺,主要市场。这样在推销的时候可以事半功倍。

5, 落款。因为是中性推销,下面不带公司名称。落款如果只留一个名字会显得比较单薄,可以带职务,邮箱,广告语,MSN等。虽然没有公司名称电话,但是也要看起来是一个整体。一封推销邮件写完之后,自己可以换位思考下,想想自己是客户,看到会不会回。也可以同部门之间互相看看。互相提提意见。毕竟众人拾柴火焰高嘛。

第三, 关于阅读回执的利用。推销邮件发的多了,会喜欢定阅读回执来判断客户是否读了邮件。但是也会发现很多客户虽然读了邮件却没有回复。这可能是多方面的原因造成的。比如暂时没有需求,比如你的推销邮件他不感兴趣。针对这种客户,可以再回访一遍给你\"READ\"的客户。这样也方便客户加深印象。我们部门以前就有同事的订单是在对READ的回访中跟踪出来的。回访的时候可以再换一种模式发封推销邮件。也可以问问客户看到了我们的邮件,近期有没有需求,此类产品的需求量是多少,采购周期是多久等等,甚至可以直接给客户报价。总之,一个客户资源要充分的利用。也没有客户是在第一封信后就下单的。

第四, 补充个题外话,经常有新人问怎么在网上开发客户。最简单也最有效的方法是每天发名片后,如果还有多余时间,不要急着换名片,把名片上有备注的客户邮箱放到GOOGLE中搜索一下,会有不错的收获.很多老业务其实现在也还是在用这种方法在找客户,与其去大范围去找国家黄页,大海捞针般的去找企业名录,不如踏踏实实利用好现有的名片资源。毕竟名片上的客户都是真实的,我们同事曾经交谈过的。由他们链接出来的客户大部分也都是有效的。

第一封外贸推销邮件在外贸业务中可能就如我们和陌生人交往时彼此之间留下的第一印象。有些人就能够给别人留下好印象,有些人给别人留下不好印象。这印象好与坏,其实我们每个人只要真正注意,也能够做到完满的结局。 那么,我们第一次和陌生人的买家邮件交往中怎样能给买家带来好的印象呢?我想,我们要做好这个最重要的准备工作:对自己的产品要百分百熟悉,特别是自己要推销的某种新产品,对其必须要做全方位的深入了解。我们不妨问这些问题:这次我们要给买家介绍的是何种产品及推销该产品的哪个卖点?我们的卖点会不会是很多同行都在推销的?我们的卖点是不是现在这个客人需要的?或会不会是客人未来需要的?然后再来电函写作。在知道这些问题答案后,我们下面来研究写第一封英文函电时要注意哪些细节,哪些是比较适用的,有效的方法。

6.合理提示重要信息

4.选择便于阅度的字号和字体

收到他人的重要电子邮件后,即刻回复对方一下,往往还是必不可少的,这是对他人的尊重,理想的回复时间是2小时内,特别是对一些紧急重要的邮件。

对每一份邮件都立即处理是很占用时间的,对于一些优先级低的邮件可集中在一特定时间处理,但一般不要超过24小时。

如果事情复杂,你无法及时确切回复,那至少应该及时的回复说“收到了,我们正在处理,一旦有结果就会及时回复,云云”。不要让对方苦苦等待,记住:及时作出响应,哪怕只是确认一下收到了。

如果你正在出差或休假,应该设定自动回复功能,提示发件人,以免影响工作。

2.进行针对性回复

当回件答复问题的时候,最好把相关的问题抄到回件中,然后附上答案。不要用简单的,那样太生硬了,应该进行必要的阐述,让对方一次性理解,避免再反复交流,浪费资源。

3.回复不得少于10个字

对方给你发来一大段邮件,你确只回复“是的”、“对”、“谢谢”、“已知道”等字眼,这是非常不礼貌的。怎么着也要凑够10个字,显示出你的尊重。

4.不要就同一问题多次回复讨论,不要盖高楼

如果收发双方就同一问题的交流回复超过3次,这只能说明交流不畅,说不清楚。此时应采用电话沟通等其他方式进行交流后再做判断。电子邮件有时并不是最好的交流方式。

对于较为复杂的问题,多个收件人频繁回复,发表看法,把邮件越RE越高,这将导致邮件过于冗长笨拙而不可阅读。此时应即是对之前讨论的结果进行小结,删减瘦身,突出有用信息。

5.要区分Reply和ReplyAll(区分单独回复和回复全体)

如果只需要单独一个人知道的事,单独回复给他一个人就行了

如果你对发件人提出的要求作出结论响应,应该replayall,让大家都知道;不要让对方帮你完成这件事情。

如果你对发件人的提出的问题不清楚,或有不同的意见,应该与发件人单独沟通,不要当着所有人的面,不停的RE来RE去,与发件人讨论。你们讨论好了再告诉大家。不要向上司频繁发送没有确定结果的邮件。

点击“回复全部”前,要三思而行!

6.主动控制邮件的来往

为避免无谓的回复,浪费资源,可在文中指定部分收件人给出回复,或在文末添上以下语句:“全部办妥”、“无需行动”、“仅供参考,无需回复”。

回复B: 先写邮件问清情况。本人觉得先写邮件问清情况,简单的询问,如HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY P/I, IS THERE ANY QUESTION OR PROBLEM WITH YOU? 再问何时开L/C 或汇订金过来.....如客户没回复,那你应该(很有必要)打个电话过去问清情况。是价格问题还是临时发生改变? 客户是中间商,还在等最终客户的确认?还是其它问题?然后根据情况做一些措施看能否挽回这一张订单。

类似询盘的回复逻辑:

1.一套能做吗?具体他要的这个产品,一套工厂能提供吗?如果可以,就直接提供一个报价单表示一套的美金价格。同时告诉客人如果是下单前的样品,请告知并可能告知今后大货的订单量,到时会更新大货的价格给他。

2.在中国买值得吗?主动告诉客人他的这套产品不同用途可能产生的总共费用:如果一套家用,用国内的快递运输可能会产生多少的运费,加上产品费用,总的会需要多少费用得到这么一套产品。可以让客人考虑像你买是否划算。同时如果这个产品或类似产品刚好有出过给他们国家的某个客户,你也可以介绍他到你的客户那里购买。 如果是下单前的大货样,工厂要收的样品费用及其他费用是否和家用不同?告知客人。让客人选择就可以,同时客人会根据你的提议回复邮件。

第17篇:教你如何解读导师的回复邮件

楼主偶去年注册至今,在论坛上也发了几个贴,当然,也在论坛上交到了了一两个朋友……由于最近比较忙,很少在论坛里逛,今天上来一看,针对导师的回复问题不少,那么导师究竟是什么意思呢????

,让我们来试着解读解读……

首先,先根据导师的回邮件情况可分为三类:第一种:不回邮件型;此类导师比较忙,又或许没有每天check e-mail的习惯……总之,一句话,对于所有学生的邮件一律不回;第二种:选择性回复型。顾名思义,即对学生有选择性的回复,这类导师,一旦回复你的邮件,即表明他or她对的情况比较满意,也就是说,有希望哦……最后一种,当然是全部回复型,即出于礼貌,对每个学生的邮件均一一回复,当然,措辞委婉客气……

好了,分完类我们就试着解读解读导师的邮件吧。在这之前需要明白,几乎很少有调剂的学生可以从导师的邮件中得到明确的接受调剂的话语(至于原因嘛,你懂的,当然,有些情况例外,原因么,你也懂滴)。言归正传,开始吧~~~~~~~~~

(1)恢复中有“由于国家线尚未划定……”,“请和研究生院联系……”诸如此类云云。如果此类邮件是第二类导师发出的,那么恭喜你,导师对你有“兴趣”,愿意和你进一步接触了解,当然,有些导师也会主动让你加他QQ,和他聊几句,视频,发成绩单之类的……以进一步了解,具体结果如何,看你的表现咯……话说回来,如果邮件是第三类导师回复的,怎么理解我就不多说了……

(2)回复中含有让你“好好复习,准备复试”,“尽快填写调剂信息,办理相关手续”……这类回复,不管是哪一类的导师,都或多或少地对你表现出兴趣了……可以有下文。如果是第二类导师,哈哈,恭喜你,导师对你比较满意,有戏哦,如果没意外的话,应该……

(3)这类回复比较少见,但是也有,即包含“如果……,你联系我。”…………(省略号的内容可以是多样的,例如,如果你过了国家线……)。这类回复么,还用我多说吗,已经明显地不能再明显了……

(4)这类么,就是没导师回复……即使这样,不要着急,也别灰心,可能是你发的导师恰好是第一类的呢……哈哈,谁知道呀,不过,可以确定的是,这样也不是没机会:我寝室一哥们去年给每一个导师都发了,结果没一个回,结果,人家还不是进来了……

分析完这几类你也许不禁要问,我怎么知道导师是第几类的,好吧,这个的确是难题,这就要多查查,多问问了,比如你问另一个也发给这个导师的同学,如果他也没收到回复,那么,这个导师很可能是第一类的了……以此类推。

PS:这几天有好些同学问我这个导师怎么样,哪个导师怎么样,其实,这个我真的不好回答,原因很简单,我了解到的,也是从其他人那里知道的,是真是假,谁知道呀……另外,复试时还要问服不服从调剂导师呢,你不服从??好吧,如果你撞车了撞得厉害,而且处于劣势,那么,你很可能就没戏……所以,个人认为,现阶段还不是过于纠结导师的时候。好了,今天就说到这吧,希望对大家有帮助……

一般客户不回复时,我用到第二个,客户都会或多或少回点内容的。 个人感觉很有用,希望对你们也有用。

第19篇:外贸新手首次回复邮件的误区

不管是哪一个外贸员,你有多么资深的资历,或者是才开始的外贸新手,都会接触自己外贸路上的第一封邮件;

但是往往我们首次回复很容易陷入误区,这里我说几点自己的看法:

1.收到客户邮件,不要马上盲目的回复!—应该先搜索客户信息

当然,对于我们刚开始入手的外贸业务员来说,首次收到客户的询盘,心里还是有点小兴奋的!但是不要急于马上回复,想着客户看到了也能马上回复你!

我们在收到客户首次询盘的时候,可以先搜索客户信息。

我们公司做付费平台,我个人也做免费的平台,做的“好的”几乎天天有询盘,我依然会先去goole或者用其他的方式去搜索客户的信息。但是仔细一看,一分析,发现那些客户做的产品和我们公司没多大联系,好吧,因为我们的产品可以当礼品,我也就抱着一丝希望回复,当然我这里的回复,只是简单的介绍我们公司,不会给出实质的报价!后来要么没得回复,要么有回复就是钓鱼的,事后,我仔细分析,我就开始怀疑这些询盘都是网站内部发的,这里我就不说明是哪个B2B网站了!

2.客户国家很重要,针对不同的国家回复:要知道欧美那边对产品质量要求高,信誉度好;中亚非这边则很强调价格的实惠,信誉度弱;当然这只是个大体,不能代表所有!还的具体情况具体分析!

3.不要所有的回复都是模式版回复,要分析来盘;

我再懒的时候,也只会机械性的发开发信,而且发的内容不会每一篇都一样,当然也不会每一篇都不一样,要知道每天有那么多开发信要发,人毕竟还是人,不是机械,但是我也绝不会群发。但是我身边有的外贸员,就怕麻烦;先写好一篇回复,结果不管客户仍什么,都复制粘贴发过去了,这样没回过去的,多半是一场空,所以要偷懒,也要懂得偷懒的方法!来了询盘,最好先分析,再回复,做到自己心里有数!

4.不要只回复强项的产品,每个询盘都是有价值的;

5.不要老是详尽的自我介绍,只要别人知道你家卖什么都就OK了!尽量突出自己的优势;

6.写邮件,也不要太客套,纠缠了,应该专业,结合重视;

7.不应积极主动多渠道的联系,应该关注客户感受;

有得外贸员老是急于求成,今天想尽办法加了客户的MSN,明天想办法加了客户的SKYPE···生怕客户逃走了一样,然后就开始MSN上问下,SKYPE 上问下,这样很容易让客户反感的!我们换位思考下,如果是你,你会有何感想?

8.不要轻易报价。

1.过分简约型

无头无尾,简单及至.可气的就是连称乎都不写,连署名都不写.给客户的感觉就是一点儿也不乎他,而且你还表现的很忙,不耐烦的样子.

2.喋喋不休型

如:Per your information, you would like us to quote you the prices as blow.Please kindly check.Thanks

Now we would like to introduce our company to you ..our company founded in 1999.Its headquarters at foot of beautiful XXX mountain……..

……..

客户只要几个报价而以,你介绍公司不是在画蛇添足吗?真的是在扯淡.

3.非常天真型

如:thanks for your email.But I would like to know your customer’s opinion at first, how about their target prices?

要说这样的业务员真的是天真的可爱,没有做过生意还是怎么的,这是商业机密,他怎么会告诉你呢,对于一个专业的客户来说,他们让你这么一问,一下子就不原意和你做生意了,原因很简单的,你太不专业了.他们敢和你合作吗?

4.管理混乱型

如:I have deleted a lot of email last week to save hard disk space.I will ask XXX to check that for you tomorrow morning, is that OK?

哈哈,直言不讳,这是一个很牛B的业务员,竟然把客户的邮件给删了,还直言的告诉人家.就是犯了这样的错误也要有技巧的和客户说明.

即然你这么牛B还等客户给你下单干嘛,你直接给客户下单算了....哈哈

5.自以为是型

如:Orders are now coming in every day, so we have attached our price list in which you can fill the quantity you want to order…..

你们公司一年产值是不是中国总收入的20%,这么忙的?询价都要DIY.真牛,采购商都很懒的.遇到这样的情况,一般都会走人.

6.反客为主型

如:can you sent me the photo ?

如果客户清楚的列出你们的编号了,而且是根据你们的目录,怎么让他再给你发照片呢?

7.强人所难型

如:the switch we can’t revised, we shipped many goods to our clients like this, please note!! 其它客户可以接受的,不一定这个客户可以接受的.这个语气就是说,同样的产品我们售给其它客户都没有异议,你们最好也闭嘴!!

8.模模糊糊型

如:Thanks for your email; we will send the samples as you asap.

请问这个ASAP到底是什么时候呢?没有具体的内容,无法确定.你要知道在商界时间就是金钱....
