办理外国人居留签证流程及所需资料
Proce of applying residence permit and employment permit
一、Applying alien employment permit which iued by GZ Municipal Public Safety Bureau(5 working days)办理外国就业审批
1．公司证明（聘用外国人的原因）, 2．公司营业执照副本和组织机构代码证副本复印件
3．填写好《聘用外国人就业申请表》一式两份，并加盖公章； 4．就业者护照首页及签证页复印件； 5．就业者学历证书及简历复印件；
6．公司租赁合同和公司章程复印件（已办过外国人就业审批除外） ；
1.the application report or the letter of intention for employment with company stamp (including the situation of applying unit、reasons of employment、position engaged in and duration of contract etc)；
2.copy of busine license or register certificate and organization code certificate； 3.filling out “Application For Recruiting Foreign Worker In China” ( in duplicate with company stamp)；
4.copy of foreigner’s paport (the first page and the visa page )；
5.copy of diploma and personal resume of the foreigner to be employed 6.copy of the company’s lease contract and the articles of incorporation
二、Applying alien employment license which iued by the GZ Labor and Social Safety Bureau(5 working days)就业许可证
1．已获通过的就业审批；
2．就业者护照首页及签证页复印件； 3．就业者学历证书及简历复印件；
4．公司营业执照副本各组织机构代码证副本复印件；
1, Application For Recruiting Foreign Worker In China（under approval by Guangzhou Municipal Public Safety Bureau）
2.copy of foreigner’s paport (the first page and the visa page )；
3.copy of diploma and personal resume of the foreigner to be employed 4.copy of busine license or register certificate and organization code certificate
三、Applying letter or telex of visa notification which iued by GZ Trade Economy Corporation Bureau (5 working days and the charge is 500RMB)办理邀请函
1.营业执照副本(登记证)复印件； 2.国税副本复印件； 3.地税副本复印件；
4.组织机构代码副本复印件； 5.就业许可证书；
6.公司信纸的申请证明（信纸需有公司的中英文、公司地址、电话、邮编）； 7.申请人的护照首页
8.一式三份的表格要盖章；
9.如是家属请提供亲属关系证明和护照复印件
1． copy of busine license or register certificate and organization code certificate 2． Copy of the Tax Certificate with National Taxation Bureau stamp 3． Copy of the Tax Certificate with Local Taxation Bureau stamp 4． Copy of the Organization Code Certificate 5． Alien Employment License 6． Application report written with company’s letter paper with stamp (including employee’s name, position, nationality, paport no., and his company’s addre, telephone no.code) 7． Copy of foreigner’s paport (first page and visa page)
8． Filling out Alien Disembarkation Form in quadruplicate(in triplicate) and stamping them with company seal 9． If the proposer is the employee’s dependent , you should provide copy of his or her paport and Relationship Certificate
四、Applying “Z” visa from the Chinese embaies, consulates and visa offices办理“Z”签证
1．就业者护照首页复印件加盖公章； 2．邀请信； 3．就业许可证
4．如是就业者家属，需提供家属护照、就业者护照、就业许可证书（或就业证）复印件加盖公章，户籍证明、体检记录；
备注：获得工作邀请函后到境外的签证处申请“Z”签证。

4.if the proposer is the employee’s dependent, he or she should also provide copy of his or her paport with the Chinese company’s stamp, as well as employee’s paport copy, copy of employment permit or employment license, and stamping all of these documents above with Chinese company’s seal ，relationship certificate, physical examination record.Remarks: taking all these 4 documents above to apply for “z” visa at employee’s country or HongKong
五、Applying employment permit at GZ Labor and Social Safety Bureau(5 working days and the chare is 118RME per year apiece)办理外国人就业证
1．需先取得“Z”签证入境，就业者护照首页及签证页复印件； 2．填写好《外国人就业登记表》； 3．就业者学历证书及简历复印件； 4．就业者劳动合同原件； 5．公司营业执照副本各组织机构代码证副本复印件； 6．公司证明。
7．就业者体检表一份； 8．大一寸彩色相片两张； 9.就业者住宿证明复印件。

8.2 pieces of photos 9.copy of “Registration form of temporary residence for visitors”(iued by local police station of foreigner’s resident place at china )
六、applying for residence permit which iued by GZ Municipal Public Safety Bureau(5 working days and the charge is 800RMB per year apiece )办理外国人居留许可签证
1．填写好《外国人签证、居留许可申请表》；
2．就业者护照首页和签证页以及就业证的复印件； 3．公司营业执照副本和组织机构代码证副本复印件； 4．公司证明；
5．就业者体检表一份； 6．大一寸彩色相片一张； 7．就业者住宿证明原件。
