企业翻译与企业文化
摘要：自中国加入WTO以来，我国的对外贸易蓬勃发展，越来越多的国内企业走出国门，
走向世界，不断吸收国外先进技术和工艺，大大增强了我国企业的国际竞争力。同时，随着
世界经济一体化进程的不断深入，国外客商、资本和企业不断进入我国境内投资，为我国企
业发展注入了强大的资本和技术，但也向我国企业提出了更高的要求。其中，对企业翻译和
企业文化等方面的软实力提出了更多的要求。为此，本论文在提出什么是企业翻译的基础上，
通过对几家国内外贸企业的调查和分析，得到了有关当前企业翻译的现状和重要性、企业翻
译存在的问题、企业对企业翻译问题的解决方法。最后总结性地提出企业翻译的发展前景。

一、什么是企业翻译？
1、企业翻译是在企业范围之内发生的，或为企业服务，或为企业利用，将一种语言信息转换成另外一种语言信息的活动，是促成操有不同语言的人们相互沟通了解或合作共事的有声语言或有形语言移植再现的媒介。（摘自刘先刚---中国呼唤企业翻译学）
2、企业翻译的突出特点：
①、广泛性：不等同于科技翻译，其范围囊括了科技、社会科学和文化艺术等各个方面，而科技翻译只是在其中所占比重较大而已。
②、目的性强：其宗旨就是服务企业，提高企业经济效益，创造财富，丰富企业文化。
③、学科、行业前沿性：这一点主要是针对情报信息的收集而言，企业能够吸收国内外最新信息，了解行业的最新动态。 ④、重复性：如对企业合同书、产品认证、企业及产品介绍的翻译都是重复性的。

三、存在的问题：
1、主观因素：总体概况为翻译人员的整体素质不高。 ①、深谙专业，但外语知识欠佳； ②、虽通晓外语，但专业知识很欠缺； ③、汉语文字表述能力差；
④、翻译观念落后，只会通篇1字不漏全译的观念，而不懂变译； ⑤、不熟悉现代化的翻译手段；
2、客观因素：
①、企业对翻译的重视度和投入不够；
②、很多企业技术和观念落后，无产品开发能力，跟不上市场发展需求，资金有限，经济效益每况愈下；
③、企业对翻译人员的重视度和认可度不高； ④、企业内相关翻译的图书和资料欠缺； ⑤、翻译设备落后； ⑥、翻译人员待遇低； ⑦、翻译人员编制不足；
四、解决方法：（针对以上问题，提出解决办法）
1、培养高素质的翻译人才：从大学外语专业教学角度，如教学方法、翻译技巧和实践、翻译教学内容多样化等；从翻译人员自身角度，应加强实践，刻苦钻研，开拓视野，懂得灵活变通；
2、加强硬件设施的配置：企业应对翻译提高重视度，加大投入，为翻译人员提供更好的待遇；充实图书资料和设备配置；充分合理编排翻译人员；组织翻译人员多参加各种翻译培训。
五、总结（结束语）：
只有让企业翻译的各个层面得到完善的提高，才能使企业的经济效益也得到提高，形成良性循环，才能让企业在全球化的环境中生存立足。
