一是考查外贸操作知识,了解跟单流程的熟练程度如何.(这些资料可以在网上下载)
二是英语能力,包括口语和书面翻译能力.
口语主要是跟他们交流一下,让他们作自我介绍,然后模仿客户来几个较难的问题来问一下他们,看他们的反应能力.
书面翻译就可以让他们翻译一下公司的说明书,中英互译一下.这样就会很明了.
三是考查电脑操作能力,包括文档处理以及网页处理等.
当然,得先由人事部同事跟他们交流,看他们的性格是否适合做业务工作,以及其他普通的为人处事方式.
