什么是电子商务，这两年电子商务被说的越来越神奇。说实在的，我不太愿意参加IT的论坛。人家一说马云是IT的业内人士我就慌了，阿里巴巴不是一家IT企业，阿里巴巴是一家服务公司。我们以网络为手段帮助我们的客户，把客户变成电子商务公司。如果明天发现有一样东西比互联网更好，我们就会用那种方法。我们不要成为高科技公司，那是为了拿优惠政策。跟客户将的时候你越低越好，你跟客户说你是高科技，客户会崇拜地看着你，不会买你的产品。高科技太远了。我们将高科技是说给别人听的，你自己都相信了，那就麻烦了。所以我们说我们不是高科技，不是IT企业，我们是商务服务公司，互联网不是什么高深的东西，互联网是一个工具，电子商务就是一个工具。

It has been made increasingly mysterious in the past couple of years.Honestly, I’d rather not going to those IT forums.I am streed when people call me IT insider.Alibaba is not an e-commerce company, we are a service company.We are trying to help our clients turn into e-commerce players with the use of internet.If some day we find a better tool, we will go for it.Alibaba is not becoming a hi-tech company, which is of course favored by the policies.When talk with your clients, make yourself low, the lower, the better.If you are hi-tech, you might be admired, but your products would hardly be sold.Because it’s too far away.And hi-tech is just for talking, if you believe it even yourself, then you’ll be in big trouble.So, we are not hi-tech, we are not IT company, we just offer busine services.Internet is not something academic, it’s the tool, and so is the e-commerce.电子商务只是一个工具，你拿回去之后，拿这个工具，自己解决自己的问题，这才是真正的电子商务。电子商务这个工具，跟传真、电话没有什么区别，它只不过是把传真、电话、网络、电脑、报纸、媒体结合在一起的工具。所以我们不要把电子商务看的太神秘。
