内容摘要：社区信息化建设是城市信息化建设的基础，是信息化成果惠及广大居民群众的主要依托，也是整个城市跨越数字鸿沟、提高国民信息化素质的重要途径。本文在我国大力推进社区信息化建设的大背景下，以社区信息化的专业知识为依据，以笔者的实习经历和一系列调研为基础，并借鉴发达国家社区信息化的发展经验，阐述了天津市社区信息化的现状尤其是面临的问题，分析了政府的公共政策如何调整以帮助其实现良性健康的发展，从而带动社区的整体发展，方便社区人民的生活。针对天津市社区信息化建设存在的问题,文章提出了应该从提高全民信息化意识，建立政府推动、企业运作、社区管理的新机制，加强政策法规建设，大力引进和培养人才等几方面进行探索。

Abstract: Community informationalization is the basis of city informationalization construction.It is also the part of drive to enable the maes to profit from informationalization, as well as a vital way for the city to eliminate the digital gap and enhance country informationalization awarene.In this paper, in the background of China vigorously promoting community-building informationalization, the author analyses the status and problem of Tianjin community informationalization.She also bases on profeional community information knowledge and a series of herpractical experience and research.How to adjust the government public policy to help to achieve health development, thereby promote the overall development of the community and convenience of the people in the community.Quote for the iues about Tianjin community informationalization, the author reckons the government should raise people\'s awarene of information, construct the new mechanism including government promotion，enterprises operation，community management, strengthen policy and regulation，introduce and train personnel.
