合同中的支付条款
（一）汇付方式
The Buyers shall pay 100% of the sales proceeds in advance by T/Tto reach the Sellers not later than Jan.20 th.1.即期付款交单
Upon first presentation the Buyers shall pay against documentary draft drawn by the Sellers at sight.The shipping documents are to be delivered against payment only.
2.远期付款交单
The Buyers shall duly accept the documentary draft down by the Sellers at 30days sight upon first presentation and make payment on its maturity.The shipping documents are to be delivered against payment only.
3.承兑交单
The Buyers shall duly accept the documentary draft drawn by the Sellers at 60 days sight upon first presentation and make payment on its maturity.The shipping documents are to be delivered against acceptance.
（三）信用证方式
The Buyers shall open through a bank acceptable to the Sellers an Irrevocable Sight (at 30 days’ sight) Letter of Credit to reach the Sellers 30 days before the month of shipment, valid for negotiation in China until the 15 th day after the month of dhipment.
（四）部分信用证、部分托收
The Buyers shall open through a bank acceptable to the Sellers an Irrevocable Sight Letter of Credit to reach the Sellers 60 days before the month of shipment , stipulating that 50% of the invoice
valua available against clean draft at sight while the remaining 50% on Documents against Payment at sight (or D/P at 30 days after sight).The full set of the shippinng documents of 100% invoice value shall accompany the collection item and shall only be released after full payment of invoice value.If the Buyers fail to pay full invoice value ,the shipping documents shall be held by the iuing bank at the Sellers’ disposal.
