1 .What a muggy day, isn’t it? The weather is so hot, and very wet.There is hard little breeze and it’s no sign of the end of the month.The weather forecast says this weather will see out end of this month.I hate this weather very much.I like the weather nice and cool.I like outdoor exercises, but the weather it’s not fit for it.So I only can go to the swimming pool, I think this is the best choice so far.
2.The week
It was Sunday and I didn\'t have to go to school.I finished my homework the day before.So I decided to help mother do housework.I washed some clothes after I got up.Then I went shopping with a basket.I bought some meat, eggs and some vegetables in the market.After I came back, I started to cook dinner for the whole family.In the evening, I sat at the table and began to write down on my notebook what I had done during the day.
3.I went to the Forest Park with my old friend this Thursday.Although it was hot, we had a wonderful time there.We played a lot, such as corsair, bumper cars, Arabian Flying Blanket and so on.We felt excited indeed.That day was also my friend’s birthday.I bought a comic strip for her because she likes
cartoon very much.She also invited me to her new flat to play.At last she gave me a heart made of crystal.She really moved me.
4.My favorite book is Harry Potter.It has 7 books in all.It\'s a book about magic and other wonderful things which we can\'t find in real life.I love reading those books because they make me feel like I\'m inside the book with the characters.I always feel excited while reading the books.I also appreciate the author, who is J K Rowling.She uses beautiful words to describe things that we can only imagine.She can make it real and hard to forget.All in all, Harry Potter is my favorite book and I\'ll read it again and again.
5.Today is Friday.I went back to my former school.When I saw so many old friends, I was very happy.In the claroom, I saw a new student.I found she was very happy in the school! I want to see them as soon as poible.Though I like my former school, I like the new school too.I have many new friends here.I feel happy too!I used to playing in the weekend, but this weekend was
special.I did a lot of work and I played with my tortoise only in the morning.On Sunday I went to my violin cla, I got a lot of fun, but I have to stand there for a leon.And you see how difficult playing violin was.That was my weekend.
6.Do you mind being called a bad student? Of course not.So far as I know, everybody intends to be (become) a model student.
However, to be a model student is by no means an easy thing.First, he must do his best to obtain knowledge.A man without sufficient knowledge will not
succeed.Secondly, he must remember to improve his health.Only a strong man can do great tasks.Thirdly, he should receive moral education.If his conduct is not good, no one will consider making friends with him.
7.If you want to ask me why we should study English, my answer will be simple and clear.Now let me enumerate the reasons one by one in the
following.In the first place, English has become an international language.If you know English, you van make a trip round the world without being
misunderstood.In the second place, most valuable books, newspapers and magazines are written in English.If you wish (hope) to get knowledge, you must learn English.
8.Some of us always spend Sundays aimlely.We can seldom derive profits from the valuable hours (time) of Sundays.This is indeed a great pity.Though Sundays are set aside as a day for rest, we must make good use of them.We know that our school leons are usually not sufficient.We should often utilize Sundays to read reference books.In this way we will increase our knowledge.Besides, we must be engaged in sports or outing so as to strengthen our bodies.
