兹证明朱辉出生于一九八零年六月七日，中国公民，毕业于武汉大学，他被政府授予奖学金公费出国留学。此奖学金为期两年，将负担他的全部生活费用，将要去的大学学费以及来回机票和其他学杂费。
这笔资金将直接寄给到时负责替该生向校方付学费的人。该生在国外学习期间，向该生提供的任何帮助和建议都是极为受到欢迎的。
