1.锅炉本体结构合理,运行安全可靠1.Reasonable structure in boiler body makes its reliable operation.
①锅筒底部布置了“八”字形水管； ① The water tube on the bottom of drum laid in a shape as Chinese character ‘eight’ ；
②锅筒迎火面设置隔热层；
③锅筒内部设置了吸污器；
上述技术的采用，从根本上消除了锅筒底部直接受火产生的鼓包现象。

According to above discuion, these technologies help our boiler avoid bulge that caused by direct fire on the bottom.
合理调整高温烟气流向与传热方式,高温火焰采取水冷壁传热,中温烟气采用单回程的高效换热的螺纹烟管管束传热,合理控制高温管板热流强度,减少管板的温度应力,消除了焊接管孔桥“鼻”开裂。
Adjust the direction of high-temperature flue gas and the mode of heat transfer.Heat of high temperature flame is transferred by water wall,and heat of medium temperature flue gas is transferred by one-pa thread flue gas tube bundle.Control thermal current intensity of high temperature tube plate to reduce temperature stre of tube plate, thus eliminate the cracking of welded pipe opening edge.

主要技术特点
Features of Main Technologies
1.炉拱设计采用国家重点科研成果(西安交大火床炉拱科研成果)和国外学者的射流理论,对两千多个炉拱方案和数据经计算机优选而成.燃烧着火迅速和燃尽率高,自身除尘效果好.
1.The state‘s key scientific research results(Fire bed furnace arch by Xian Jiaotong University) and jet theory are used in the design of furnace arch,more than 2000 furnace arch scheme and data are selected by computers.It has has a number of advantages, such as rapid combustion ignition , high burnout rate and good performance on dust removal.
2.炉排面积相对加大,燃烧区增设松渣系统,燃料在炉内的停留时间延长,燃烧充分,灰渣含碳量较低,煤种适应性广.
2.Relative large area of grate, slag-loosing system, is newly set in combustion area to extend the residence time of fuel in furnace.Thus, fuel is burned more abundantly, carbon content of ash is lower, and wide adaptability of coal is used.
3.设置多个密闭式独立风室.双面进风,分段送风;炉排布风横向均匀,纵向可调。
侧密封由迷宫式改为接触式结构,有效的解决了侧密封普遍存在的易烧坏现象.
3.Several sealed independent wind bam stagingly supply air from two sides; grate distrubute uniform air transversely, vertical air is adjustable.
Side sealing is changed from labyrinth structure tocontact structure to solve the easily burning out problem that usually caused by side sealing.
4.采用分层燃烧给煤装置.燃烧均匀,燃料燃烬速度快,火床热强度高.
4.stratified combustion coal feeders are used to improve uniform combustion and thermal strength of fire beds.
5.配备了飞灰复燃装置。提高燃烧效率，最大限度地减低了锅炉烟尘初始排放浓度,符合国家环境保护标准.

Main Features
1、等压统仓送风，微区调节配风，减少炉渣含炭量
