董:OK, after introducing our judges, now let’s see the rules and grading standards.
苗：本次比赛共分为两个环节, 在第一个环节，每位选手将围绕指定主题进行演讲，演讲时间为三分钟。定题演讲结束后，会由提问评委进行提问两个问题，请选手进行简要回答。第二个环节为即兴演讲，演讲结束后，提问评委会给每人一个问题。
董：This competition will be divided into two parts.Part one is a prepared speech, every contestant has 3 minutes to finish your speech.After speech, there will be two questions for you raised by our judges.Part two is a
3-minutes impromptu speech, after that, our question-master will give a question.
苗:本次比赛将评选出一等奖2名，二等奖4名，三等奖6名，优秀奖9名。今晚比赛的前12名选手将参加下月在河南师范大学举行的2011年河南省硕士研究生英语演讲比赛的决赛。
