Abstract

With advancement of the basic education reform, it has become a common understanding of the whole society as well as a requirement of the whole society for education to promote the comprehensive development of students.Because of the common phenomenon of teaching in the form of cla, the important role of headteachers is un-replaceable.The level of the headteacher profeional development has direct impact on the implementation of headteachers’ work and also is the key factor during the implementation of the quality-oriented education.

First of all, the author focused on the study of the theories on the headteacher profeional development and has thus learned about the current situation of the junior high school headteacher profeional development in rural areas in Zaozhuang City by interviewing and conducting questionaire surveys among some headteachers, headmasters and students in junior high school in rural areas in the city; meanwhile the author had a further understanding of theories of the headteacher profeional development, based on which by analysis the problems in the the junior high school headteacher profeional development in rural areas.In the end, the author constructed three strategies for autonomous development of the junior high school headteacher profeionalization in rural areas:

1.to construct the strategy of autonomous consciousne of profeional development.

2.to construct the strategy of basic models of profeional development.

3.to construct the strategy of specific ways of profeional development.
