I am the Counselor of Cla of 2006 in the Depart of Marketing, School of Busine, I have known Mifor more than five years since her enrollment here in 2006.Generally speaking, she is an active student with outstanding learning ability.Also, she has strong leadership with good team spirit, enjoying her prestige among peers.With such qualities, she used to act as the cla monitor through students’ voting and teachers’ recommendation at school.She did play an important role and help me a lot in cla organizing and aisting teachers with cla affairs.
The most important measuring standard of a student is his or her learning ability.In this respect, Zhang is absolutely a leading example: she is among the best in every term exam, ranking in the Top 5 of her major when she graduated with several times of scholarship award.With limited time and energy, she still minored in Finance.Likewise, she achieved great results and actively participated in her adviser’s research project as well as the relevant paper writing work.Besides, she actively participated in practice, integrating the practice with her own profeion know-how and her cognitive ability.These all showed her high self-requirements and excellent learning ability.
As to the student management work, our university adopts autonomous methods.Many student affairs, including the scholarship aement, implementation of cla activities, and so on, are supervised by the counselor, with joint discuions and implementation by the cla monitor and cla leading members, which, undoubtedly, is quite challenging.Thus, things, like a little detail out of consideration or a cla member without being cared about, will affect the unity and the overall atmosphere of the cla.That means those who are selfish, carele, and incompetent are not qualified.From the aspect of actual results, Zhang did a great job.With her joint efforts with cla leading members, they had organized abundant, funny and meaningful cla activities, like autumn outing, chorus, various competitions, voluntary labor and volunteer activities, etc.The cla had formed strong cohesion with active participation of the clamates, becoming a big family.At that time, both the students and teachers were quite satisfied.I still remember their cla won the title of Outstanding Cla and awards of various activities for many times.I should say Zhang had done excellent job for that.
As a teacher, I am so pleased to see my students grow more and more mature.I learned Zhang
