stands under the Southern Gate to Heaven ,so hence the name.In fact, every single
rock of Huangshi Village has its unique beauty.The scenes will let you surprised
and want to knowwhy the nature is so fantastic?
According to geologists,\"This area used to be a part of the ocean.3 00 million
years ago.Thereused to be a part of ocean.About 100 million years ago ,the
concretion of sands deposit transformed to layers of stone.About 500 metres thick.
In the proce of geological movement, some part rose up become the mountain .For
the constant effect of water, wind, and gravity, the sandstone layer developed into
all these imposing peaks and crags, and finally this picturesque landscape came into
view.

This man-made pavilion is calledSix Wonders Pavilion .Why it is named \"Six Wonder
Pavilion\"? the\"six wonders\" refer to special mountains, springs, rocks, clouds,
plants and animals.
