Job Description:Aembly planning including the demand of forecasting and aembly scheduling, layout of the workshop etc.Set up of production line.Setup and/or update relevant owned proce flow.

Qualification:3 yrs working experience with manufacturing of gears components and gearboxes aembly.Working principle and maintenance knowledge of engineering machinery.Be able to accordingly analyze product technical parameter to make the product design more reasonable.Have no difficulty of communication in English.

Job Title: Staff Engineering Manager Location:Pu Landian (Dalian) Responsibilities · Drive for and audit safety, environmental and other regulatory compliances required on plant equipment and systems · Manage, track and analyze engineering expense and capital budgeting to ensure compliance · Manage resources to ensure the proper design, installation, modification, and maintainability of new and existing plant equipment, buildings and facilities.

· Manage the neceary engineering and maintenance support to the production organization in order to promote the production of the highest quality product at the lowest poible cost · Ensure safety, environmental and other regulatory compliances by working with appropriate aociates on EHS iues, following the implementation of MSR\'s, and continually improving the communication acro all relevant departments · Manage multidisciplinary engineering services, equipment selection and procurement; provide administrative services, program coordination, budgeting and control of operating expenditures in support of plant engineering.· Manage cost estimates, financially justify project, prepare budgets, review design, and manage resources to ensure proper installation and commiioning of equipment.· Continuously drive solutions that reduce costs including: labour, parts, contractors and operating items.· Facilitate contractor management proce and periodically audit contractor’s work to ensure that safe work practices and standard operating procedures are followed Requirements Education BS- Manufacturing or Engineering MBA degree Experience · Minimum of five years engineering / maintenance management in an industrial environment · Experience in leading multidisciplinary technical aociates to achieve cost effective goals · Equipment design experience, along with project engineering or project management role is required.Knowledge & Skills · Requires the ability to direct cro-functional work groups to achieve Operations Centre and Facility equipment operational objectives, goals and timeline.

· Computerized layout, spreadsheet and database management.

· Requires strong communication, busine, technical, analytical and planning skills.

· Ability to understand plant layouts, capital estimating, aociate-man computations, tire cost structure, manufacturing equipment procees.

· Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.

Job Description

Optimize storeroom inventory levels to sustain plant maintenance activities while minimizing inventory costs.Requires utilization of SAP-PM and SAP-MM Reduce surplus and obsolete storeroom stock, upkeep physical inventory accuracy and report on out-of-stock items.Maintain the overall orderline of the storeroom area and ensure parts are maintained according to manufacturer\'s recommendation while in storage Responsibilities

 Develop, implement and maintain commodity inventory strategy that supports the company\'s supply chain initiatives.This includes obsolete reviews, inventory management practices, repair & return policies, supplier services, consignment and system capabilities.Utilize SAP PM & SAP MM   Manage and oversee overall supply chain operations, including receiving and inventory of maintenance materials, supplies and capital spares, where applicable.Recommend and implement improvements to maximize operating productivity, quality and efficiency while minimizing total cost of ownership.Coordinate efforts with purchasing to continuously procure cost effective supplies. Implement and sustain best practices in storeroom orderline and housekeeping initiatives, organize, categorize and standardize required items while eliminating all unneceary items.

Manage direct reports by determining and adjusting workloads and schedules, aes staffing level for capacity effectivene, request resources as deemed needed.Requirements Education

Engineering or busine Bachelor\'s degree MBA Experience

2-3 years of experience working in a storeroom environment.Past purchasing experience is desired.Skills Requirement
