一、加拿大邀请方应提供以下材料：
01.工作合同或聘书；
02.加拿大人力资源和社会发展部提供的劳务市场意见，或说明因何种情况免劳务市场意见正在申请之中的文件，或说明此职业允许劳务市场意见和工作许可同时进行申请的文件。
03.如果加拿大人力资源和社会发展部提供的劳务市场意见中注明需要某专业社团的成员资质，请提供有关此资质证明。
二、国内申请人应提供以下材料：
01.护照原件及复印件，有效期至少要持续到申请人计划从加拿大离境后的一个月
02.三张两寸的白色背景的彩色照片
03.护照的原件及首页和尾页的复印件！！！！。
04.两份用中文写有申请姓名，地址及邮编的粘性贴纸；（我们单位出具）
05.填写完整的“工作许可申请表” (IMM 1295)；（我们单位出具）
06.一份家属表表格；（我们单位出具）
07.一份教育和就业细节表格；（我们单位出具）
08.两份身份证复印件
09.一份由目前中方雇主出具的在职证明原件，其中包含以下信息：申请人的姓名，职务及目前薪金。此信需用中文注明雇主的名称，地址，电话及传真号（如适用）
10.所有与在加工作相关的职业及专业证书（（尽量提供，对签证有所帮助））
11.无犯罪记录证明的公证件。申请人年满18 岁后，若在中国以外某国家或地区曾连续居住六个月或以上、均必须从此国/地区获取警方无犯罪记录证明。
12.两份完整的“代理人信息表”（IMM5476表）。(我单位填写)
三、注意事项：

1、加拿大签证没有领事区域限制，我们可以接收全国的客人申请；（加拿大签证无任何区域限制）0
2、如果10年内曾去过美国或加拿大的申请人，再申请加拿大签证时准备的材料特别简单；（只需要邀请函+工作证明+护照+身份证复印件+申请表+照片）
