年产量6800万米印染工厂设计
摘要
本设计是关于一座建于芜湖的年产量为6800万米的印染工厂设计，其中棉织物3000万米，涤/棉织物3000万米，毛腈中长织物800万米。成品包括漂白布、染色布与印花布，其比例是1：6：3。设计的重点是染整工艺和印花部分，主要是介绍了各种织物的生产方法、生产工艺流程、设备选择、设备台数的计算以及半成品的印花工艺等。
本设计积极采用先进成熟的新工艺、新技术、新设备，把产品质量放在首位。同时贯彻节约能源，保护环境，节约用地等国家技术政策。从全局出发，综合考虑，统筹安排，注意能源的节约，环境保护。坚持实事求是的科学态度，做到技术上的可能性与经济上的合理性的统一。在选择染整设备时考虑到了实际生产中产品的多变性，以适应多变化的市场要求，便于发展生产。
我们必须树立正确的设计思想,力求做到设计方案技术上先进稳妥,经济上合理可行。综合运用所学的有关理论知识专业知识和实践技能,通过调查研究,搜集资料,从而确定最佳的设计方案。

The Design of Printing and Dyeing Plant with Annual Output of68 million meters
Abstract
This design is about a dyeing factory which can produce 68 million meters cloth per year in Wuhu city.It contains 30 million meters cotton fabrics, 30 million meters polyester-cotton fabrics and 8 million meters Wool/acrylic long fabric .The product includes bleach cloth, dyeing cloth and printed cloth.The ratio is 1:6:3.Dyeing and printing are the keys to the design.It contains the methods and the proce of the producing of cotton, polyester-cotton fabric.It also contains the choice of equipment, the number of equipment and the printing proce of half-finished product.
New crafts, new technologies and new equipments are adopted in this design.The quality of product is considered at the first.At the same time, some factors which contain energy conservation, environmental protection, economic use of land and other national technology policy are implemented.Proceeding from the overall situation, taking the overall situation into consideration, we plan and arrange, with the attention to energy conservation and environmental protection.Adhering to the scientific attitude of seeking truth from facts, we do it in the unity of technical poibilities and the economic rationality.The variability of the product is considered in the choice of the equipment.It can adapt to the changeable market and the development of production.
We must set up the correct design concept, making every effort to achieve proposal technology advanced available and economic in the design.The best design propsal is determined by two steps, one is investigating and studying, collecting material, the other is the synthesis utilization studies containing, theorical knowledge specialized knowledge and practical skill.
