We are so greatful that receiving your letter,and attaching great importance to the unpleasant incident occured during you had stayed our hotel.Now we sincerely reply you for the incident in the following:
1.The Duty Manager reported to the General Manager, Mrs.Li Yang, immediately.Mrs.Li required the Duty Manager that notifying the police of the incident at once, and expreed our deepest regards.We also cooperated fully with the police for investigating the incident.In the proce of investigating, Mrs.Li contacted the police personlly and followed up the progre.
