各位考官、各位同学大家好。很高兴能在这里为各位自我介绍。开朗、随和、自信，这就是我。我叫李雪，2010年毕业于西北师范大学经济管理学院金融专业，同年考入甘肃省统计局工业处工作至今。
上大学时，我曾是优秀的学生干部，经常负责组织一些学术活动。在这些活动中既锻炼了自己的组织协调沟通能力，也提高了自己对社会的认识。工作以后，我从事工业财务统计与文秘综合工作，通过财务报表整理和撰写综合稿件，专业能力和文字水平都得到锻炼和提高。由于工作认真出色，我在2012年被评为全省联网直报优秀工作人员。但作为一名在职人员，对知识和技能的需求是迫切的，所以我如果能够幸运地成为兰州大学MBA研究生，我会向各位老师和同学虚心请教，努力学习并在工作中认真领会，提高自己在组织管理、沟通等方面的能力，为未来事业打下更加坚实的基础。
Good morning! I am very gald to be here.My name is lixue,26-years
old.When I was a student in North West Normal University,I always liked to join in varities of activities and became a student cadre of the Student Union.In addition, My major is Finance,the undergraduate education gave me a wide range of vision and taught me how to cooperate with others.
After graduating from school ,I worked in Gansu Provincial Bureau
Statistics.The following theer-year working experience offered me a good chance to give full play to my creativity and intelligence.In my work, I found
communication and management is very important.I always believe that one will easily lag behind unle he keeps on learning.So I choose MBA! if I am given a chance to study MBA in this famous University, I will stare no effort to master a good command of communication and management skill.
