A:比赛分为上半场和下半场。上半场 由一到五号选手定主题演讲外加即兴演讲。下半 场由六到十号选定主题演讲外加即兴演讲
B:the competition is divided into two parts.At the first half,the contestants1 to 5 give their speeches in order.At the second half,the 6 to 10 selectkeynote speeches and impromptu speeches
A: 选手在演讲前需报自己的姓名和演讲题目。 B: Players need to quote your names and topics before the presentation topic A：演讲进行到4分30秒时，计时员举牌示意时间。
B:Every speechat 4minutes 30 seconds,the timekeeper reminds the time.A：每名选手定题演讲时间为5分钟（前后不得超过30秒）。
B:Every speech has 5 minutes(and not more than 30seconds)
A：每名选手即兴演讲时间为2分钟（前后不得超过20秒）。 B:Each player impromptu speech has 2 minutes(and not more than 20 seconds)
A：开场舞开始时，第一位选手抽取即兴演讲的主题。后面的选手依次提前为选手抽取。 B:When the dance began,the first player extracted the impromptu speech topic.And the following player extracted in order.
A：所有参赛选手可以在现场等候 , 结束的选手不可以离开，待比赛最终完成时方可离开。
B:All participants should be waiting at the scene.And the end of the players could not leave until the game ended.
