My name is Sun Shicai.I come from Qingdao city, which is a beautiful seashore city.
Now I am majoring in Thermal Engineering in Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
I will graduate next year.
From 2002.9-2003.7 I learned the basic curriculums of master’s degree at University of Science & Technology of China (USTC).
From 1999.7-2002.9 I worked at Haier Group as an air conditioner development engineer.
From 1995.9-1999.7 I majored in Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) at Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NJUST).
From 1992.9-19995.7 I studied at No.2 School of Jimo, Qingdao.
I love this major like my life and I am paying attention to it.(If you ask me what my weakne is, I think)
My great weakne is intensive sympathism, especially, for the weak.Because I come from a poor peasant family, I experienced a lot of difficulties and pain.They need most some help, even a warm word!
About the major, I think I not only understand the theory, but also have some perpetual knowledge.I clearly know that there is much to learn for me.

2.Work experience
1.As a project principal, I participated in the split, embedded and ceiling-floor type air conditioners including structures, cooling system and testing etc.
2.As a project principal, I participated in the prototypes and later types , mainly for the split, ceiling-floor and embedded types and so on, of Haier commercial MRV conditioners, including the structures, systems, especially general arrangements such as design, prototype, test, production organization, production documents and consultancy service for the market.

When Willis Carrier designed his first air conditioning system in 1902, his customer was a frustrated Brooklyn, N.Y.printer who couldn\'t print a decent color image because changes in heat and humidity kept changing the paper\'s dimensions and misaligning the colored inks.
For nearly two decades, Carrier\'s invention that allowed us to scientifically control the temperature and humidity of our indoor environment was meant for the comfort of machines or industrial procees rather than people.It wasn\'t until 1906 that Carrier, then employed by the Buffalo Forge Company, patented his first devicea company whose only product was a guarantee to achieve the temperature and humidity levels their customers required.
Carrier, the company, began manufacturing products in 1922 after the company\'s namesake developed one of the most significant achievements in the industry\'s historynearly every patron was carrying cardboard fans, just in case.The film that showed that night was soon forgotten, but not the appeal of air conditioning.Summer film busine boomed and by 1930, the 300 theaters Carrier had air conditioned were showing Americans they no longer had to settle for stifling indoor environments.
Owners of smaller businees wanted to compete with larger retailers so Carrier began developing smaller \"unit air conditioners\" in the late 1920s.It was a small step in 1928 to the development of a residential \"Weathermaker\" that heated, cooled, humidified, cleaned and circulated air in homes, but the Great Depreion quickly put an end to residential air conditioning
Carrier\'s \"unique\" igloo in the 1939 World\'s Fair attempted to give visitors a vision of how their futures and air conditionings futures would mingle, but it was not until after World War II that sales of these smaller units for businees and homes began increasing again.
Like many manufacturers, Carrier converted its production during World War II.Carrier systems were used in the vital production of synthetic rubber and in high-octance gasoline.Carrier chillers were removed from department stores (including Macy\'s), for installation in war production plants (they all got their chillers back after the war).Carrier air conditioning and refrigeration equipment was required for warships and cargo veels, for munitions plants and for factories specializing in the production of such eential war material as bombsights and other precision instruments.Carrier made thousands of refrigeration units for walk-in coolers used by the Navy to keep perishables.Special portable coolers were made to permit the servicing of airplanes in hot climates.Carrier also turned out airplane
engine mounts, sight hoods for guns, tank adapters and other military items.
Perhaps the greatest of all of Carrier\'s contributions to the war effort was something Willis Carrier called his own greatest engineering achievement.This was a system designed for the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics and installed in its wind tunnel to simulate freezing, high-altitude conditions for the testing of prototpe planes.In 1950 Dr.Carrier said, \"Once, I accomplished the impoible...and because of its succe, high officials in the Air Force told me that World War II was shortened by many months.\"

Was in charged of the National Natural Science Foundation “Research on the fast formation of gas
hydrates in the outfields”.Independently designed and constructed an experimental system and apparatus of the formation and diociation of natural gas hydrates with ultrasonics, and all the testing results meeting the requirements.A patent is being applied for on it;
Was in charged of the Major Project of High Tech Bureau of the Chinese Academy of Sciences
“ Research on the mechanism of formation and diociation of natural gas hydrates ”, including building the experimental equipment and testing corresponding data.
Investigated the formation and diociation of natural gas hydrates with ultrasonics to provide some
valuable references for exploiting resources and utilizing gas hydrates technology.
Participated the National Natural Science Foundation” Research on novel cool-storage mediums with
high efficiency ”to investigate the cool-storage technology for the air conditioning using the visual gas hydrate apparatusand to develop the cool-storage technology for the refrigerator ;
