一、激趣导入：
1、小朋友，今天赵老师为大家请来了一位动画明星，他是谁呢？你听！（多媒体播放录音：一（3）班的小朋友，你们好！我是你们的好朋友大头儿子。我今年六岁了。我的头大大的，所以爸爸妈妈就叫我大头。大头大头，下雨不愁，人有雨伞，我有大头。怎么样，这个名字有趣吧？）

二、指导说话：
1、今天我们教室里来了许多客人老师，他们可想认识我们一（3）班的小朋友啦！我们一（3）班的小朋友也肯定很想和他们交朋友。那谁愿意向客人老师介绍介绍自己呀？
2、指名学生介绍，教师相机点评引导：我听出来了，你向大家介绍了自己的名字，噢，你把自己的爸爸妈妈也介绍给了他们„„还有谁跟他介绍得不一样？
3、老师知道很多小朋友都想和客人老师交朋友，来，勇敢地走下去，选择一位客人老师，把自己介绍给他，好吗？说得好的小朋友客人老师还会在你的手心画上一个五角星呢！看看谁能得到客人老师的五角星。
4、反馈：刚才谁得到了客人老师的五角星？客人老师跟你说什么啦？
5、短短的几分钟，很多小朋友已经和客人老师成为了朋友。不过赵老师还发现有些小朋友说得时候很难为情似的，声音小得连自己都听不到了。还有的小朋友边说边摸头，一说完就跑下去了。这让老师想起了一个小故事，想听的小朋友坐端正。教师讲故事：有这么一个人哪，他还挺又学问的。有一天，他去一家大公司找工作。公司的经理说：“你先作个自我介绍吧”。这人可害怕了，他扭扭捏捏地走上去，就叽里咕噜地讲起来了，讲得乱糟糟的，谁也听不清楚。一边讲还一边抠鼻子，讲完后扭个屁股就走了。最后这个人没有被公司录取。
小朋友，你们知道这是为什么吗？结合学生的回答，教师引导出上台发言应该做到：
1、有礼貌。
2、要大方。
3、声音响亮。
4、说话通顺完整。
