您好！我是来自华东理工大学化工学院卓越101班的杨帆，来自山东省济南市，于2010年进入华东理工大学化工学院化学工程与工艺（材料化学方向）学习，于2011年度被卓越工程师班选入，成为卓越101班的一员。经过大学前三年紧张充实的大学生活，我的成绩达到了保送研究生的资格，并且获得了2014年免试保送研究生候选人的名额，现将个人的部分情况列于下文，供各位领导参考。
1.学术背景
大学大一到大三的三年学习中，本人学习目标明确，学习态度端正，勤奋刻苦、孜孜不倦，综合成绩一直名列年级前茅，曾获综合课程2等奖学金、综合课程一等奖学金、国家奖学金、综合课程特等奖学金各一次，在学院保研候选人中名列前10。学习之余，我也没有忘记课本之外的其他辅助技能的学习，软件上能熟练使用包括office在内的很多软件，如AutoCAD、Aspen Plus、Matlab、ProII、Hextran、Smart Plant 3D等，外语上通过了CET

我于2012年下半年度报名参加了全国大学生创新实践活动，采用的是学生自拟课题“超临界二氧化碳发泡环氧树脂及表征”，该课题申请到了上海市级资助，目前我们小组已经完成了实验中环氧树脂的溶胀实验，正在通过调整溶解时间、溶解压力、固化时间、固化温度等参数来筛选合适的发泡条件。在2013年的“华东理工大学-亚什兰”杯化工创新实践大赛中，我们小组抽到了“乙醇-乙醇钠溶液制备”的任务书，经过详细的实验规划和实验操作，我们小组采用精馏塔，对乙醇和水的混合蒸汽通过外回流并利用3A分子筛通过选择性吸附除去反应中水分的实验最终获得了一等奖。在化工设计领域，参加了2013年“中石化-三井杯”化工设计大赛，虽然在比赛中没有获得较好的名次但是通过这次比赛学到了很多有关化工设计方面的知识，比如利用软件模拟工厂流程、绘制PID和PFD图、精馏塔的详细计算和安全性能校核等。除了以上的内容，作为卓越班的学生，班级还组织过很多工厂的参观活动，对一些化工厂的布置、企业文化有基础的了解。另外，在2012年底的科训活动中，我在金山的一个专科学校学习了一些工厂工人的基本技能如法兰的连接、泵的调整等。
2.研究生阶段的打算
研究生阶段，我想首先是要把一开始的基础课程知识都学好，建立合理的知识结构，尽量广泛的涉猎学科知识，深入的了解所学领域的历史，掌握独立的研究方法和技能，学习更多的研究方法，并且要强化自己的规范意识，训练自己写论文的表达能力。其次研究生阶段必不可少的就是要做一些研究，跟导师做也好，自己做也好，把知识应用于实际，最后要有总结自己所做研究的能力，写好自己的毕业论文，为以后的博士生阶段做好准备。
无论是本科生还是研究生，外语的能力都是很重要的，所以研究生阶段也不能放弃英语的学习，学好英语，提高自己的四六级成绩或是考一下托福等语言等级测试，有机会的话可以选择出国进行一段研究工作，了解一些国际前沿的化工知识，回国后有更多发挥所学知识的余地。我对于煤化工、石油裂解、反应器等方面比较感兴趣，希望能够从事相关领域的研究工作。研究生阶段除了学习之外，还要培养自己的外语能力、团队合作意识、领导意识等相关社会技能，在将来进入企业工作之后能够做到独当一面，带领科研小组完成科研任务。

再次，我来介绍一下我的毕业之后的工作情况，我大致工作了两年的时间，第一年是在福建迪特工业设计公司，担任工业设计师，主要从事产品设计工作，曾在设计总监的带领下为参加多个设计项目-泉州佳乐集团开发的可视门铃设计和辉煌水暖08年的新产品开发设计。其中为辉煌水暖开发命名为龙的水龙头已投入生产并获得了好评。第二年是在福建文创太阳能有限公司工作，担任设计师，主要的工作为太阳能灯具和音响的产品设计，公司画册的设计；为公司的设计的多款太阳能灯具已投入生产，并受到了客户的好评，在工业设计小组共同努力下设计的太阳能音响已进入了产品的测试阶段，在公司的期间曾多次到车间深入了解材料工艺模具加工和产品生产过程，多次到广交会顺德工业设计博览会了解市场的产品信息。
最后，我想谈一下，我考研的原因和研究的方向，我喜欢做设计，当看着自己的创意和产品得到别人认可的时候是一件无比兴奋的事情；还有就是两年的工作经验让我认识到我专业知识的局限，感觉在设计方面还有很多东西要学，自己的知识和能力还远远不够，特别是在经济快速发展的今天，更需要通过系统的复习来提高自己的能力，来最大化地实现自我价值，想通过3年的学习来对工业设计有个更加深入的了解，我很喜欢学校的感觉和体现出来的学习氛围，到处充满着青春活力，有很多的机会让你去实践和尝试，让人可以深入思考和进行学术的研究。
如果我有机会在这所学校学习，我计划把自己的研究方向定为工业设计，因为我发现设计在社会的发展中发挥了越来越重要的作用，特别在国家由制造业大国转变为创新型国家的时候更是如此，虽然现在中国整个社会对设计的认可还不是很高，特别是在一些中小型企业中，但是纵观一些发达国家的发展过程，不难发现，工业设计将会在社会发展起到不可替代的作用。
随和，自信，乐于助人，副有责任心，是我的优点，有着广泛的爱好，在空闲时间，我喜欢听歌，看电影，看书，打篮球，来使我更加健康，如要有机会在学校学习，在三年中我会更加努力地学习，为将来的职业打下坚实的基础，好的，我期待着我的研究生学习和生活的开始。

各位评委老师，您们好，我是来自>自动化0801班的xx,非常感谢各位老师从百忙中抽出时间来面试我们。
08年入校进来时，我对大学怀揣着美好的梦想，我以为大学毕业后，即使现在此时此刻我们必将有过人的专业本领。然而大一读完后仍让我感觉还是像在读高中一样，每天背英语单词，每天上课听讲下课写作业，努力学好高数和英语。我时常想去知道我们自动化以后具体该做什么，我们现在该如何早点准备，于是我留心我身边动手能力强的同学，其中有两个同学对我影响比较大，他们在大一接触单片机，并且十分精通电脑，于是，我便视他们为我学习榜样，大二上学期有了自己电脑后首先专攻电脑，尝试电脑的各种操作和解决电脑的各类问题。电脑用的比较熟练后，我又感觉电脑不会是我们专业的终点。
大二下有幸进了电工电子实验室，并且同贺义方开始做我们的第一个项目——智能移动机械手。我们从项目实践中去不断的弥补自己的不足，提高自己的单片机C语言的软件编写能力和硬件设计能力。在其中学到不少经验，并且感觉十分快乐。
自从进实验室，我们的目标就是参加全国大学生电子竞赛，我们也一直朝这个方向不断去做东西，参加各类比赛，我们在机器人比赛中获得最佳创意奖，在全国大学生节能减排大赛中获得国家三等奖，在第四届电工电子竞赛复赛中我们获得校特等奖并取得参加国赛资格。每次比赛都让我们更加知道自己在哪个方向的不足，还有哪些地方做的不够好，我们也从实践中不断获得经验，争做更好，更稳定，更准确。在今年这个暑假，我们三人定下严格的计划和作息时间表，明确分配任务，在自己的方向方面加强技能>培训，做各种控制类比赛题目，从赛题中体会比赛要点，经过暑假两个月的历练，国赛来临时，我们认真对待努力做好，最终在国赛中取得较好的成绩，获得晋级国赛资格。也算圆满实现了自己在大学期间的一个目标。在这个过Kids North Face Down Jackets程当中指导老师和李老师对我们帮助很大，每当我们遇到难题时，老师都会细心帮我们解答和指明思路。
比赛完后，我感觉个人能力特别欠缺，最初我给自己定的方向是汽车电子，自己以前做的东西都不是很专业，面太宽泛，所以我希望通过此次保研机会争取读上研究生，在汽车电子方向上学得更多专业技能。

早上好，各位老师：
非常荣幸能够参加这次面试。首先，我先介绍下我自己。我xxx，来自浙江绍兴，大家都知道的，这是鲁迅的故乡。
当初选择自动化专业主要是觉得自己对这方面比较感兴趣，不过我真正喜欢上这个专业还是因为大三的几次实验，我突然发现我对有涉及具体对象(单片机和机器人）的编程挺感兴趣的。谈到这个我还是有一个遗憾的，嵌入式课程的由于自己当初不怎么重视，结果需要求助于别人。但这件事刺激我在这方面奋起直追结果找到了自己的兴趣所在。当然程序调试的过程还是会很枯燥的，不过我有耐心和毅力，曾经在科研训练中，由于软件有一些Bug，在仿真电路中去掉一根线才恢复正常，这个过程花了我3个小时左右。程序结果出来的那一刻我都会感到感觉非常兴奋。
实验课锻炼了我的动手能力，我的理论知识也不差。我具有钻研精神，自学能力也很好。很多知识点老师上课可能一笔带过，但我课后特别喜欢把整个推导过程理清楚。

我是一个爱好比较广泛的人。我喜欢打篮球、爬山、看书、骑自行车等等。我觉得爬山和骑上坡是很有意思的事，虽然挺累的，但我喜欢那种一步一步的踏实感，我曾经骑着我那辆小破自行车上过长江大桥，也爬过很多次紫金山。听着电台，看着书，是我觉得特别享受的一件事。我比较喜欢挑战自己，心理极限和生理极限。以前我挺怕跑步的，不过现在跑1000米是没什么压力了，今年还参加了校运会5000米长跑，最后冲刺的感觉让我热血沸腾。
在大学三年期间，我参加了校心理协会和年级学生会，目前作为年级助理帮助主任一同管理年级。这些都锻炼了我的社交能力，我和同学们相处都相当融洽，大家对我的评价都还不错。
总而言之，我各方面都发展的比较均衡。我对自己的要求是既然决定去做，那么就竭尽全力。
