2、细节听力法：刚才我们所说的是对大框架的听力训练，主要练的是速度及注意力，现在我们要练的是提高我们的理解能力以及对信息的捕捉能力。使用这种训练法时，你可以结合刚才十分钟内听到的那篇文章，或者是有稍高难度的考试对话文章，尽量选择更多的语音及音色，针对自己听不懂的环节来提高相应水平。如果是发音问题，就不断的听同一段对话进行模仿；如果是单词问题，就在同一段对话中练习听抄能力。当然，我的建议四就是在选择文章上，能尽量选择比自己水平稍高点的，这样才能有提高的空间，否则只能止步不前。这就需要考生在方法1的基础上来逐步提高自己的雅思听力水平，抓取文章信息。

3、模拟考试心态。做到日常的训练是远远不够的，要想我们是处在一场考试中，这种考试环境的紧张心理也是要训练的。因此，模拟考场考题的训练是必不可少的，很多考生就是缺少这一方面的紧张感，从而在雅思听力考试中出现有由于过于紧张导致考试时间不够，从而遗憾离场。这个训练很简单，只要以考场的纪律来严格要求自己，掐准时间，训练的目的就到了。

4、其他：除了上述的几种我经常在做的训练，其实还是有很多方法来提高自己的，比如说看影片，但我不像别人所说的看电影或美剧，我认为过于轻松，可能导致重心的转移，我所看的多为纪录片，严谨的发音及语句组织，让我更有听力考试的感觉，并且能更加开拓我们的眼界。另外，听英语歌我认为是大可不必的，因为雅思听力考试不可能出现类似于歌词一类的文字出现，而且歌曲的意义也不在考试的范围内，当然，我也并不是完全反对，听歌可以在你休息的时候来放松自己，这还是可以的。

在雅思听力考试方面，除了老师上课介绍的对实际应用很有帮助的心得之外(如：遇到不会写的单词往简单处想，已经读过去了的题目要放弃等)，我认为还有：

1、雅思听力考试时一定要保持平常练习时的紧张感，但又不能过于紧张，免得发挥失常。

2、在每一个seion前一定要有适当的时间来了解这个seion的内容，切不可一次性看完全部的内容，以防思绪的混乱。

3、在听到与答案相关或相近的内容时，不管是不是真正正确的答案，一定要用笔记下来，以防自己遗忘，记下来总比忘记的好。

4、听的时候要注意单复数词，写完答案后要记得简单的检查拼写是否正确，大小写是否注

5、一般来说雅思听力的出的题目答案都是按照顺序出的，按照题号来走的，如果在一些天目题听的时候出现思绪混乱的haunted，按照他们对话时候出现的顺序，再按照各自的题号对号入座，按顺序填，通常对的几率还是挺高的。
