小学英语作业规范化要求
英语作业的布置与批改是英语教学环节中一个重要组成部分，是课堂教学的继续和延伸，它能及时有效地反馈教师教学效果和学生学习的情况。通过对作业的布置与批改，可以帮助学生进一步巩固并运用所学知识、养成良好的学习习惯，同时能进一步优化教师的课堂教学，是提高教学质量的重要保证，要认真进行作业的布置和批改。现制定《小学英语作业规范化要求》，希望各位教研员、教干认真落实，各校小学英语教师严格遵照执行。
一、作业设置
学生作业要针对各年级、各学科教学的实际，科学设置。三年级上学期以口头和听力作业为主，三年级下学期出现字母书写、口头作业，
四、
五、六年级布置书面作业。各年级可根据不同话题布置一些任务性作业，如收集生活中的字母，调查同学们的生日，制作菜单，配画作业，制作英语小书，制作英语小报等。各单位可结合《英语基础训练》及《配套练习册》来布置作业。
二、作业布置
1、作业形式要灵活多样，能够激发学生的学习兴趣，既有利于基础知识的巩固、基本能力的培养、又要有利于培养学生的动手实践能力和创造性思维能力。作业既要注意深度，又要注意广度，如教学中既要有专项基础训练的作业，又要有灵活综合性作业。尽量避免机械重复、单调乏味的作业。
2、作业布置要紧扣教学重点，份量要适量，尽量当堂完成。要针对学生的差异提出不同的要求。
3、教师可布置一些图文并茂，具有一定实践性、综合性、创新性的作业，也可以鼓励学生自己设计作业，教师加以指导，对有创意的作业进行表扬和奖励。
4、除书面作业外，各教师可根据需要设计阅读、背诵、实践等方面的作业，开展丰富多采的实践活动（如制作卡片、英语手抄报等）。另外还要严格按照《山东省普通中小学基本管理规范》规定的小学各年级家庭作业的时间，控制学生的家庭作业量。严禁惩罚性作业。
5、具体要求如下：

五、六年级书面作业每单元4次，每次作业量不超过十分钟。布置的作业可分口头、听力和书面等不同形式。适当增加听说和模仿录音作业，如英文歌曲演唱、英文诗歌朗诵等趣味性比较强的作业。
三、作业要求
1、英语三年级不要求书面作业，涉及字母书写可用铅笔；四年级书面作业可用铅笔；
五、六年级一律用钢笔书写。
2、对学生作业要严格要求，使学生养成良好的书写习惯。姿势要端正，做到“三个一”；格式要整齐，书写要认真，按时完成，认真检查、按时收交，有错就改，不懂就问。对不认真完成作业的学生，要认真分析原因，耐心教育，促其完成。
3、簿本要整洁。学生要养成爱护薄本的良好习惯，作业封面在学期初由教师指导学生用蓝色或黑色钢笔统一填写上学校、班级以及学生姓名。做作业时，写错的字、词，低年级可用斜线划去，高年级可用删改符号删除，不准涂黑，不准使用涂改液和改字纸。严禁学生在作业本上乱涂乱画。一题或一页中改动多处时，应注明作废，重新抄写，不准随便撕作业纸，不允许在老师写批语的格上书写作业。上次做错的题要在下次做作业前，在上次作业批语的下面写上“Correct!( 订正)”，及时订正,必要时教师进行面批。
4、格式要正确
（1）每次作业要求学生用英语写上单元课题、日期，课题要写在第一行的正中。
（2）每次作业要求左右留下适度的空格。作业题目的序号一律写在作业左边的空格内。
（3）书写一律采用教科书上的手写体字型。
（4）字母大、小写要求按字母的笔顺和在四线格中应占的位置书写。单词书写时，词与词之间要求留有一定的空隙（以一个字母的宽度为宜）。
（5）句子书写可根据句子的长短，每行一至两句。要求大、小写及标点符号书写规范。
（6）填空或画线字母读音的要把线画在四线格的第三线上。
四、作业批改
(1)教师批改作业时一律用红笔批改，批改符号大小要适中（不超出两个四线格）。
(2)教师批改要认真、及时，评价要恰当，提倡使用激励性、启发性、指导性批语，批语要规范、端正、清楚、正确，要使学生认得出、看得懂，对学生要具有示范作用，鼓励教师写个性化评语。
(3)作业批改要使用A、B、C、D进行等级评价，或给予“Good!”、“Very good!”等表扬用语，还可以用带有激励性质的标志(如小红花、小五星等)进行评价。批改后要求教师用英文写出批改日期。
(4)作业批改要及时反馈，对作业特别好或有进步的学生要及时当众表扬鼓励；对作业有错的同学要指导他们认真改错。并定期进行作业展评，使每个孩子都能在赞扬和榜样的激励下养成良好的作业习惯。
(5)对作业中出现频率较高的错误，教师应及时分析原因并在课上讲评。
(6)对学困生的作业要有计划地“面批”、“面导”，在教师的指导下可以组织优等生帮助学困生。
(7)多元评价的组织。提倡教师引导学生对自己、同学的作业或作品进行自评或互评。
口语考试要求
1、老师在测试时对考生态度要亲切耐心，要帮助考生消除紧张心理，让他们发挥出应有水平。
2、说话音量、速度要适中，要保证每个考生听清楚。如考生听不清楚，可将提示或问题重复一遍，但不重复两遍。对每个考生的测试时间不超过3分钟。
3、严格执行评分标准，要坚持“严肃、认真、公正、客观”的原则，偏紧、偏松或时紧时松，更不允许随意送分。
4、测试结束后，提醒考生不得带走试题，并提醒考生带好个人物品离开学校。
5、要正确、清楚、无误地填写考生的测试成绩。由主考老师分别评分并汇总填写好《成绩记载表》，不得随意涂改成绩，不得当场公布测试结果，不得将评分情况外传。
