通知类公文写作
通知类公文是申论式公文测试考查的另一主要类型。通知包括会议通知、指示性通知、批转性通知、转发性通知、任免通知、发布性通知等多种类型。通知的写作形式多样、方法灵活，不同类型的通知使用不同的写作方法。
1.标题
标题由常用的写法有两种：一种是发文机关、事由、文种三要素俱全，如《国务院关于严格控制农业生产资料价格的通知》，这种标题使人一目了然。另一种标题是只有发文事由和文种两要素，如《关于春节放假的通知》。正式行文的通知，其标题不能只用“通知”二字。与其他公文标题相比，通知的标题一般语句长、字数多，特别是发布(印发、颁发)、批转、转发性通知，标题要体现其不同通知的性质，因而标题比较难定，需要认真推敲。
2.正文
正文由缘由、内容、要求等部分组成。缘由要简洁明了，说理充分。内容要具体明确、条理清楚、详略得当，充分体现指示性通知的政策性、权威性、原则性。要求要切实可行，便于受文单位具体操作。
(1)一般事项性通知
一般事项性通知的正文，要写清什么事情，如何处理等；任免通知，要写任免与聘任人员的具体职务既可。有些不涉 1
及本单位的任免通知，只是知照性，并无执行要求，不需要办理和执行。
(2)指示性通知
指示性通知的正文，一般由三部分组成，即发文的缘由(或目的)、通知的具体事项和执行要求。发文原因，一般来自两个方面：一是上级或本单位的领导部门的指示或决定，也就是说明为什么要发该通知，或因存在什么问题，为达到什么目的，等等，在与通知事项之间常用“现通知如下”、“特作如下通知”、“现将有关事项通知如后”等承启语，其后用冒号。通知事项，是通知的主体部分，一般是分段或分条叙述，因为是要执行或办理的，所以务必要写得明确、具体、切实可行，不能模棱两可，含糊不清，只有条理清晰，才能使受文对象便于迅速理解和执行。执行要求，这是通知正文的，一般多是“以上通知，望认真贯彻执行”、“特此通知，望认真贯彻执行”、“本通知自下发之日其实行”等结束语，但也有些通知的执行要求不用上述结束词语，对于如何执行提得非常具体有力。除了篇段合一结构的通知外，执行要求一般在撰写时均须另起一行写出，或作为具体事项中的最后一项，单独列项写出。
(3)批转、转发性通知
批转、转发性通知的正文，即是对被批转、转发的公文所写的按语。这种按语，旨在表达上级机关的意图，体现方针政策，因此具有很高的权威性和指令性。按语大体分为三种：一是说明性按语，即对原文的材料来源、行文目的、印发范围等加以说明。二是指示性按语，即对原文内容进行概
2括、分析，提示基本精神，阐明重要意义。这种按语往往较长，主要作用是帮助读者抓住重点、掌握实质。还有一种是批示性按语，即对重要意义的文字材料表示意见、态度、以及提出措施和方法。这种按语具有较强的权威性和指令性，对其所批示的公文持有鲜明的态度，对下级机关的执行有具体的要求和措施。
(4)发布性通知
发布性通知的正文，一般由通知的根据和对所发布的行政法规、规章的贯彻实施要求组成。这类通知的正文较为简短。
3.结尾
通知的正文结束后还要将发文机关名称写上，然后再写成文日期，最后要加盖公章。
