【故障现象】在使用IE浏览网页的过程中，出现“Microsoft Internet Explorer遇到问题需要关闭„„”的信息提示。此时，如果单击“发送错误报告”按钮，则会创建错误报告，单击“关闭”按钮之后会引起当前IE窗口关闭；如果单击“不发送”按钮，则会关闭所有IE窗口。
【故障点评】这是IE为了解用户在使用中的错误而设计的一个小程序，不过我可不想当微软的“免费测试员”，更何况每天它都会面对成千上万的报告，谁知道有没有在意我的报告问题呢？！
【故障解决】
针对不同情况，可分别用以下方法关闭IE发送错误报告功能:
①对IE 5.x用户，执行“控制面板→添加或删除程序”，在列表中选择“Internet Explorer Error Reporting”选项，然后单击“更改/删除”按钮，将其从系统中删除。
②对Windows 9x/Me/NT/2000下的IE 6.0用户，则可打开“注册表编辑器”，找到
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE＼Software ＼Microsoft＼Internet Explorer＼Main]，在右侧窗格创建名为IEWatsonEnabled的DWORD双字节值，并将其赋值为0。

5.IE无法打开新窗口
【故障现象】在浏览网页过程中，单击超级链接无任何反应。
【故障点评】多半是因为IE新建窗口模块被破坏所致。
【故障解决】单击“开始→运行”，依次运行“regsvr32 actxprxy.dll”和“regsvr32 shdocvw.dll”将这两个DLL文件注册，然后重启系统。如果还不行，则可以将mshtml.dll、urlmon.dll、msjava.dll、browseui.dll、oleaut32.dll、shell32.dll也注册一下。
6.脱机却无法浏览本机上的网页
【故障现象】通过IE的“脱机浏览”功能，我们差不多能浏览所有已经下载到本地硬盘的网页内容，这对拨号上网的用户来说更是省钱的一大法宝。但有时，目标网页虽然在硬盘上，但是却提示“无法浏览”。
【故障点评】这多半是由于你修改了系统时间，引起了IE历史记录的错乱。
【故障解决】
①可用直接在“临时文件夹”中搜索的方法来激活它。按下Win+F，在“包含文字”处输入部分记忆中的关键字，在“搜索”处按“浏览”按钮选择IE临时文件夹的地址，如“C:＼WINDOWS＼Temporary Internet Files”，单击“开始查找”，在结果列表里双击目标页打开。
②可以尝试用腾讯的TE等浏览器来脱机浏览。
7.联网状态下，浏览器无法打开某些站点
【故障现象】上网后，在浏览某些站点时遇到各种不同的连接错误。

①对IE 5.0的重装可按以下步骤进行:
第一步:打开“注册表编辑器”，找到[HKEY_LOCAL_ MACHINE＼Software＼Microsoft＼Internet Explorer]，单击其下的Version Vector键。
第二步:在右侧窗格中双击IE子键，将原来的“5.0002”改为“4.0”，单击“确定”后退出“注册表编辑器”。
第三步:重启后，就可以重装IE 5.0了。
②IE 6.0的重装有两种方法:
方法1:打开“注册表编辑器”，找到[HKEY_LOCAL_ MACHINE＼SOFTWARE＼Microsoft＼Active Setup＼Installed Components＼{89820200-ECBD-11cf-8B85-00AA00
册表项目为：HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\Internet Explorer\\MenuExt下被新建了网页的广告信息，并由此在IE右键菜单中出现！
排除办法：打开注册标编辑器，找到HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\Internet Explorer\\MenuExt删除相关的广告条文即可，注意不要把下载软件FlashGet和Netants也删除掉啊，这两个可是“正常”的呀，除非你不想在IE的右键菜单中见到它们。
12、IE默认搜索引擎被修改的故障排除。

13、排除上网自动弹出的广告信息。
我们每次上网，经常有网页广告信息弹出！让人很讨厌啊。
排除办法：打开注册表编辑器，找到HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Winlogon这一个主键，
然后在右边窗口中找到“LegalNoticeCaption”和“LegalNoticeText”这两个字符串，删除这两个字符串就可以解决问题了。
14、浏览网页注册表被禁用故障的排除。

在IE窗口中点击“查看”→“源文件”，发现“源文件”菜单已经被禁用。这是恶意网页修改了注册表，具体的位置为：在注册表HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Policies\\Microsoft\\Internet Explorer下建立子键“Restrictions”，然后在“Restrictions”下面建立两个DWORD值：“NoViewSource”和“NoBrowserContextMenu”，并为这两个DWORD值赋值为“1”。
在注册表HKEY_USERS\\.DEFAULT\\Software\\Policies\\Microsoft\\Internet Explorer\\Restrictions下，将两个DWORD值：“NoViewSource”和“NoBrowserContextMenu”的键值都改为了“1”。
通过上面这些键值的修改就达到了在IE中使鼠标右键失效，使“查看”菜单中的“源文件”被禁用的目的。要向你说明的是第2点中提到的注册表其实相当于第1点中提到的注册表的分支，修改第1点中所说的注册表键值，第2点中注册表键值随之改变。

据媒体报道，近日，在贵州省瓮安县全民健身中心举行的一场业余足球比赛中，主办方为凑人数，让球场坐得更满，便组织高中生到现场观赛。结果体育场上出现了极具讽刺性的一幕：万名高中生在足球场边不看比赛，而是忙着做作业。 万名高中生在球场边做作业的“壮观”，对应的是一些人的自大和自私。一场本就没有多大吸引力的业余足球比赛，有必要为了撑场面找人充数吗？即便主办方和当地部门领导固执地认为，只有炮制“万人空巷”的虚假繁荣才能彰显赛事的成功，也断不能让学生充当工具。
一场所谓的“空前赛事”，让孩子们身在球场、心在课堂，彻底体验了一把弄虚作假的把戏。他们忙着做习题的场景暗含多少无奈、多少不理解——教科书上提倡的求真务实哪里去了？
事实上，瓮安县的闹剧绝非孤例。今年9月，在四川成都举行的一场球赛也是这样，为了凑人数，当地把很多学生拉过去观赛，结果孩子们都在球场边写作业，一时成为公众热议的话题。教育的本质是爱，而不是折腾和强迫，更何况教人作假？道理都懂，一些人为什么还要这样做？说到底，还是对学生的工具化利用，不论是把学生弄到赛场制造虚假的繁荣，还是让学生在寒风中穿短裤排队欢迎领导视察，抑或叫学生淋着雨表演节目，都是拿学生当工具的表现，都是教育一次次向权力“鞠躬”。
现实中，要所有学校领导和教师都清高独立、不“摧眉折腰”，可能有些要求过高，但无论何时，都不能把学生当造假的工具，这是最起码的要求。如果连这一点都做不到，只顾面子，无视学生，又有什么资格站在教书育人的讲台上？当然，我们也必须看清，类似的情况大多出自一些地方领导干部的授意，学校领导和教师很多时候也是迫不得已。也因此，在全面从严治党的背景下，对这类热衷形式主义，充满官僚习气的领导干部，必须严加追究，否则不仅败坏了学风，更带坏了世风。
古人云：“身教重于言传。”学校领导、教师也好，与学生并不直接打交道的各级干部也罢，都肩负着言传身教的重要使命。培养足球兴趣有很多种方式，这种为凑人数强制学生观赛的行为，不仅不能让学生感受到足球带来的快乐，甚至会让他们因过多的形式主义而产生厌烦情绪。给学生多做一些务实、真诚、正直的示范，他们内心才能固守对美好的坚持，教育者也才能有为人师者的尊严。

据媒体报道，近日，在河北霸州煎茶铺镇荣乌高速北，几名志愿者驾车拦截一辆运狗车。拦截造成志愿者所驾轿车被运狗车撞行10余米，3名志愿者受伤。目前，警方已对此事展开调查。
高速拦车救狗早已不是新鲜事。据媒体不完全统计，近5年，同类事件至少发生过15起。虽然职业救狗者以及潜藏其后的灰色利益链已被媒体揭掉了面纱，但笔者依旧愿意相信此次拦车救狗者内心的真诚。只是，真诚归真诚，但不能“抱必死决心驾车拦截运狗车”，罔顾更多人的生命安全，无视法律。 爱狗无错，但爱要合法。保护动物不能逾越法治的边界，不得侵犯他人的合法权益和自由。在历经多次民间“救狗”事件后，这一点正逐渐成为全社会共识。如果自认为在“动物保护”的正义光环之下，可以肆意对别人实施语言以及行为暴力，凌驾于法律之上，那这种以暴制暴的所谓“动物保护”，毋宁说是一种发泄的借口。更进一步讲，如此绝对地捍卫自身“伴侣动物”的价值观、理念，与其说是关心动物，不如说是关心他们自己。
对拦车救狗者该给予怎样的惩罚，有待于更多事实细节的查证。但可以预见的是，调查的结束并不会带来“救狗”争论的终结。不仅非野生动物保护与管理法规“千呼万唤始不出”，无法为“救狗”提供解释和规范，狗被救下之后的一系列善后问题，至今也无法得到民间“救狗”志愿者及组织的妥善处理，这也是其招致公众“行为艺术”指摘的原因之一。更重要的是，作为社会文明的伴生物，如何对待猫狗以及如何冷静地把握、引导由此引起的争论，是更多的人必须面对，也亟须解决的问题。
工业革命以来，随着技术的进步以及人类对自然支配能力的增强，人类的主要生产活动从农业逐步转向工业，在生活场景方面，城市与农村也日渐分离。正是在这个过程中，人类对自然的态度从实用主义转为浪漫主义，包括动物。更多人，尤其是城市中爱狗的人把狗视为家庭成员。
圣雄甘地说：“一个国家的伟大及其道德上的进步，可以从其对待动物的方式来衡量。”近些年，社会舆论对虐待动物的剧烈反应，确实折射出一个社会的进步。但要求所有人对动物的态度“同步”，显然是不现实的。我们无法，也不能忽略人性的复杂与社会的多元差异。当原有的价值参照系坍塌，固有的伦理界限变得模糊，激烈的舆论撕裂也就不足为怪了。
动物保护将作为人类社会的一个长期议题而存在，但矛盾的解决和共识的达成，在激烈对立和自说自话中注定无法实现。关于该不该吃狗肉、要不要救狗，各方不妨给予异己价值观更多的尊重和包容，共同寻求在现有的法律和政策框架内开展动物保护的可能性。相比高速拦车的高危险，积极投身动物保护知识的普及与宣传，领养流浪狗等“救狗”手段，更容易得到法律与道义的认可。
对于高速拦车救狗，执法部门不应踏入法不责众的泥沼。严肃执法才是对动物保护行为边界最有力的廓清与引导。也只有在此基础上，拦车救狗事件才能在文化碰撞中释放正效应，而不是让舆论场在喧嚣中走向进一步的撕裂。
3.全国性公共场合控烟功夫在罚单之外

近日，国家卫生计生委宣传司司长毛群安说，中国目前已经有近20个城市制定了公共场所无烟的法律法规，全国的公共场所控烟条例正在立法进程之中，有望今年公布实施。
在北京、上海等地已执行的“最严禁烟令”将有望推广全国。规定在公共场合违法吸烟行为将承担法律责任，是立竿见影的禁烟手段。立法之后，立案和惩处随即跟上。群众也普遍认为，具体到执行，那一纸为禁烟而开出的罚单，不啻是执法公器的威力显现。
用罚单来对禁烟令进行量化参考，是大众化的口径。相关部门也以此来现身说法。今年4月，北京市卫计委在《北京市控制吸烟条例》实施快满一年之际，发布数据展示禁烟成果。成绩单显示，有376家单位因整改不到位被行政处罚，劝阻违法吸烟3322人次，有1331人被处罚，共计罚款105.47万元。
罚单数量并不能等同于整个北京市在这一阶段违法吸烟者的真实数量，公共场合依然故我的吸烟者，远远不至于千人。其中原因，有执法监督力量的人员不足，也有信息对称和宣传引导的边际效应，还有烟民素质的有待加强。“最严禁烟令”公布之后，市民的抱怨之声也时有泛起。他们在“有盖、有顶”的公共场合还是被尼古丁滋扰，而惩处吸烟者的罚单却迟迟未到。
地方在进行专门的控烟立法之时，也考虑到执法难的问题。吸烟在我国具有庞大的人群基数，很多烟民对此产生了明显的生理条件反射，使得禁烟令的政策执行存在极大难度。在教育层次和年龄结构来看，顽固性烟民和尝鲜性烟民都呈现大跨度的现象，也使得禁烟令的执行存在很大的反复性。现在看，给吸烟违法者真金白银的罚单，已被认为是最有效和最直接的惩处方式。但即便如此，很多城市还有多年未开出一张禁烟罚单的尴尬。
这使得观望禁烟令政策的人产生认识的误区——除了罚单，关于禁烟其他办法实在不多；即便有罚单，禁烟的效果也不尽如人意。现在，全国公共场所控烟条例有望今年出台，不看好的大有人在。但在现实阻力面前，不妨看到积极因素。禁烟令并非一纸空文，北京市卫计委数据久显示，控烟条例实施一年来，公共场所吸烟人数从11.3%下降到3.8%，控烟投诉举报数量也在下降。
如果单靠罚单未必有此成效。公共卫生领域的保障，靠惩戒只是治标，要治本还是要靠公民素质的养成。而当禁烟立法成为契约精神的首要，一种正能量随即产生，就有可能对吸烟者产生压力。就这点而言，禁烟令的全国性出台，实在是太有必要。
4.“字多不看”让你失去什么

“字太多，不看了。”现如今点开微博、微信上一篇长文，评论区十有八九会出现这样的留言。不知从何时起，“字数太多”“文章太长”成为指摘的对象。 “快餐式阅读”是互联网时代的产物，信息更新速度太快，导致人们急于抓住每一段碎片时间，快速获取更多信息。地铁里、餐桌上、排队中，我们拿着手机迫不及待地上下滑动，生怕一秒钟会错过“几个亿”。
快字当头，遇到长文章，自然不耐烦。细读不可能，太“麻烦”“费事”，不如直接得到现成的“结论”来得痛快，他们更喜欢“简单粗暴”的告知方式。所以“字多不看”的下一句往往是“直接说结论”，这背后缺少的正是“思考”与“好奇心”，而这正是连接读者与作者最重要的那一环。
事实上，一篇文章如果“直接说结论”往往并不具备足够的说服力，于读者更有益的恰恰是论述的过程和逻辑。阅读一篇长文，如果按照作者的行文架构，顺着文章的逻辑逐层次阅读、理解、思考，这是一个读者与作者互动的过程，读者用自己的思维与作者的思维碰撞，由此得出的见解才真正是为自己所有。
恰恰很多人买椟还珠，仅限于了解“现象”，对其背后的运行机制选择了无视，久而久之便丧失了思维的乐趣，乃至持久发展的潜力。
“长”不一定有营养，“短”也未必没深度，但不爱读长文或许折射出浮躁的心态和阅读修养的缺失。人们更强调“快”，哪怕结果是乏味无聊的，却不能静下心来享受“慢趣味”带来的延迟满足。须知，碎片阅读获取的信息，如果不加以串联，仍旧构建不起一个人的知识体系。叔本华曾说，不管你学识如何渊博，如果不能反复思维、咀嚼、消化的话，它的价值，远逊于那些所知不多但能予以深思熟虑的知识。
快节奏的忙碌生活需要碎片化的八卦和段子来解压，但这并不意味着长文章已被时代的海浪“拍在沙滩上”。王蒙说过，“我主张读一点费点劲的书，读一点你还有点不太习惯的书„„除了有趣的书，还要读一点严肃的书。”阅读媒介的转变或许让长文章显得有些“不合时宜”，手机和平板电脑的屏幕也并没有“完美适配”长文阅读，但严肃而深度的阅读却是每个时代都需要的。
因此，切莫让“抖机灵式”的阅读占据了我们生活的全部，毕竟还有更多的未知需要我们静下心来，慢慢探索与思考。
5.乐见免费公交成为治霾标配

尚属西部欠发达城市的甘肃省会兰州，连日来，免费公交成了市民口中的“热词”。而在这“福利”的背后，则是受大气环境严峻形势所迫，官方为保“兰州蓝”所表现出的决心与态度。无独有偶，“机动车限行+公交免费”，这项针对重污染天气的应急措施并非首次出现，仅11月中旬就在河北、河南等多地相继推行。（11月23日中国新闻网）
空气坏了，限行来了；私车难行，公车免费。这里隐喻着两个温暖的逻辑：为治霾，市民私权受到限制；为限私，公共品供给蓄势发力。因为有了免费的救济，前者才显得“情非得已”；也因为财政在限行上有所担当，治霾才真正成为风雨与共的事。
重霾不能靠“风局长”解围。不过，面对隔三差五的重污染“回马枪”，仅有痛斥的一腔热血显然不够，还得有感同身受的行动与痛觉。就在刚刚，最新版的《北京市空气重污染应急预案》发布了。京津冀也统一了空气重污染标准，各种颜色的预警有了共同的准星。这对于重污染地区来说，起码不至于因语出多门而产生舆情上的恐慌或失信。
不过，标准非关键，关键还是行动和决心。
实践证明，治霾这件事，要唤醒公共自觉，仅仅在“市民端”发力，既有失偏颇，也于理无据。重霾之下，安有完卵？这是一枚硬币的两面：私权要限制，公权更须谦抑。具体到限行政策上来，私家车上路的门槛抬高了，公共交通自然要为民生出行及时补位。
补位在两个层面：一是提高频次、增加班次。比如去年12月7日至9日期间，北京为应对重污染天气，在配备最大运力的基础上，再增配2%的运力，日增配机动车200部，日增发车次3600余次。二是绿色出行、免费分流。尤其在雾霾天，公交更要“以身作则”，优先选派纯电动、双源电动等清洁能源公交车辆投入运营，最大限度减少尾气排放。更重要的是，财政要“该出手时就出手”，以免费等姿态培养市民公交出行的习惯。此外，补齐“最后一公里”短板，让公交的末梢神经活泛起来，亦是保障免费政策山呼海应的关键。
雾霾频仍，有些常识已经路人皆知。比如分析发现，燃煤、机动车排放、工业排放、扬尘和周边输送等是城市雾霾或PM2.5的污染源。于此而言，一方面，城市固然要限行、要敞开免费公交为蓝天指数拼一拼；另一方面，免费的成本恐怕也不能让财政当了冤大头，还得拨云见日地将雾霾后死不悔改的污染源找出来，该痛下杀手的不能手软，该罚到腿软的不能心善。只有在这种动态平衡中“奖优罚劣”，好天气才不至于成为公共治理的包袱。
此前，王健林在参加活动时表示，由于空气不好，城市的商业价值在逐渐流失。“如果持续不好，优秀的人才和公司就走了。”这话虽有偏颇，却也非杞人之忧。公众自然乐见免费公交成为治霾标配，不过，穿梭在云遮雾罩中的免费公交再好，恐怕也不如蓝天白云更叫人心心念念。
6.交通违法抄告单位何以引发争议

从11月20日开始，河南省开展河南文明交通安全月主题活动，在为期一个月的活动中，河南省将对各类交通违法行为进行集中整治，并实行交通违法抄告制度，个人交通违法信息将被抄告至所属单位。该举引发争议，有分析指出，此举存在合法性和可行性两大问题，“抄告单位有点于法无据”。（11月23日《新京报》）
对交通违法的公职人员“抄告单位”，并非河南首创。成都、杭州、泰州等地早已实施。作为文明创建的一种手段，想必有其独特的作用，不然各地也不会纷纷效仿，并呈扩大之势。不过，这种举措自出台之日，就引发了外界的广泛争议，至于其能否得到延续，也有待于进一步进行观察。不过，从抄告制度的合法性、合理性来看，此种做法却有待商榷。
首先，从法律的角度来说，抄告制度于法无据。无论是道路交通安全法，还是其配套的其他法律，都没有规定交通管理部门，对道路交通违法的行为具有抄告的权利。按照“法无授权不可为”的原则，抄告行为缺乏法律依据而不应得到提倡。反之，个体也不应为此受到权利上的损害，更无信息被披露的相应义务。从法治的角度来说，权力恪守边界同属于基本要求。
其次，从实际效果来看，抄告制度难有作为。如果单纯从管理的目的来说，有更多的管理主体介入，尤其是“单位人”制度得到了发挥，那么对于遏制违法行为，确实具有“共治”之义。然而这种单位化管理模式，只有在人身依附的年代，其才会发挥应有的作用。问题在于，交通违法行为分为恶意和无意之别，单位也没有追加处罚的权力，所谓的引导也很难实现。
再次，从行为性质来说，抄告制度涉嫌连坐。此种做法，有“职工犯法，单位受处”的用意，目的在于，把违法员工同其供职单位捆绑在一起，让行为当事人在付出法律代价之时，额外承担其他行政、纪律和道德的代价，使之后果处理存在某种不确定性，并增加个人与单位共同承担的风险。即便从诚信体系建设的角度来说，交通违法纳入黑名单也好，都有相应的实施主体，而不是由个人供职的单位来承担，存在责任转嫁的嫌疑。
最后，从社会公平来说，抄告制度难获支持。法律讲求的是公平，公职人员也是法律平等的主体之一，若无其他规定，不应承担额外的违法代价。在倡导法治建设的今天，若不是重大的违法犯罪行为，依据法律规定的情形应当抄告，除此之外通报单位的做法属于法外施罚。虽然其意在于通过单位来加强管理，然而由于没有顾及当事人的隐私和自尊，反会引发诸多不适，既令当事人心中不满，也会让单位感到无所适从。
更重要之处在于，类似于“抄报单位”式的做法，在现实中还有大量的案例，权力越界的行为相对普遍，比如以文明创建的名义，在法律规定的处罚原则之外，又追加了其他附带处罚，而一些地方所实施的“随手拍”或者“电视曝光”，也极大的侵犯了个人的隐私。某种意义讲，交通违法抄告单位的做法，属于这些“越界行径”的延续，并引发了公众对于权力滥用，以及对权利被伤害的忧虑和恐惧。自然，若是执法者无视权利者的权利诉求，那么“权力主导”的抄告举措，终归会陷入形式大于内容的管理尴尬。
7.对学生零花钱与其禁带不如教育疏导

日前，广东珠海金湾一小因拟禁止学生带零食、玩具、零花钱到学校引发热议。有家长和老师支持，也有人反对，并质疑已接到的短信通知中包含“不定期检查孩子书包”的做法涉嫌侵犯学生隐私。对此，校方相关负责人回应，经召开家委会征集意见，家长代表都同意禁止学生带零食等到学校，但也有个别家长代表对强制检查有异议，所以学校将通过家长自查等更柔性的方式来执行。（11月22日《南方都市报》）
对于学校外的一些商铺、快餐店、玩具店，许多人并没有好感，因为时常有曝光称，这些店里面的产品，不少都存在一些问题。无论是食品没有相关许可证，还是玩具没有合格证，都会危及孩子的健康。在这样的现实境况下，广东珠海一小学“积极作为”，出台规定拟禁止学生带零食、玩具、零花钱到学校，虽然尚未进入强制阶段，但也引发不少争议。
看起来，这样的规定有些霸道，但不少家长却给予了支持与点zan。在这些人看来，这样的禁带，可以更好地呵护孩子们的成长环境，对他们的身体健康，对他们的发育等来说，都是好事。对于一些家长这样的心理状态，我们可以理解。但理解并不等于zan同，更不等于认可。
必须看到，当前珠海一小学“禁止学生带零食、玩具、零花钱到学校”的规定，有着不少的现实问题：一方面，学校检查的方式，是搜查学生的书包，这有侵犯小学生隐私权的嫌疑，而且，还把孩子预设成“违反学校规定的学生”，戕害了他们的自尊；另一方面，学校一刀切地禁带，也有“懒政”的嫌疑。更甚的是，这样的做法，并非治本之策，毕竟，孩子们一般都有逆反心理，越要禁止的，他们越要去尝试，一离开学校，所有的禁止都没用了，甚至还可能会反弹。
不可否认，孩子用零花钱买三无产品、垃圾食品等，的确有危害。而学校作为监管方，的确应该作为，但作为不等于乱作为。保护孩子是必须的，但如何更好地，更治本地保护，则是值得思考的。如今学校的“禁带”，看起来有种斩草除根的感觉，但只是“头痛医头脚痛医脚”的办法，因为其并没有让孩子们树立起正确的消费观、财富观、健康观，只是人为地让他们远离这些东西，显然不是最优选择。
因而，就学校来说，对孩子们的零花钱、零食、玩具等与其一刀切地禁带，不如加强教育与疏导。毕竟，培养正确的消费观、理财观、健康观等观念，理应从小抓起，学校不应该放弃这样的好机会。此外，监管部门也应加强对校外三无产品，不合格食品的监管。唯此，学校才能更加放心地进行消费观、理财观、健康观等方面的教育。而这，才是最优选择。
8.快递员“过劳死”是看得见的警醒

11月20日下午5时40分许，湖南一名快递员工尹某猝死在株洲合泰大街上。临死前，他坐在地上，告诉路人，他好累。有人称，快递员从事的是高风险、高强度、高负荷的“三高”行业。也有人称，快递员是一个自由而又有高收入的“美差事”。那么，他们的工作状态究竟是怎样的?(11月23日《华商报》)
快递员“过劳猝死”的悲剧再次上演，几多悲怆，难以言表，带给我们的不应该仅仅是养家糊口的不易和对生命逝去的同情，还有对快递这个行业危机的警醒。
众所周知，快递员实行的是“底薪+送件提成”的绩效薪酬制——要想多赚钱唯有多送件，用“风餐露宿、披星戴月”来形容他们的工作状态，可谓再贴切不过。有的快递员为了多赚钱，且不说“起早摸黑”365天连轴转，而且是“风里来雨里去”;有的快递员为了抢时间、多送货，不惜将电动三轮车驶上交通“快车道”„„从某种意义上讲，快递员的高薪，是用高强度劳动和高风险运转“拼”来的。
快递员是怎样走上“过劳猝死”之路的?表面上是因为工作时间过长、劳动强度过大等原因所致，但实际上与用工环境不优、劳动权益保障不力等大有关联。应看到，当下快递业整体尚处于低端水平，甚至低到“一间出租屋、一张桌子、一部电话、几个亲戚朋友”就能上路。当快递员所需要的条件也不过是腿脚利索、干活勤快、心性谦和，不仅“双11”期间的高工资有着不可持续性和不稳定性，而且当生命意识、健康意识占据主导时，在缺少职业尊严、发展机会、人文关怀的语境下，快递员随时会跳槽走人。众达朴信今年3月发布的物流行业薪酬福利调研报告显示，快递行业的快递员涨薪幅度最高，与此相对应的是，快递员也是离职率较高的岗位，平均主动离职率在30%以上。

正义可能会迟到，但绝不会缺席。近日，备受关注的侮辱革命烈士邱少云事件，终于要画上一个句号：微博大V孙杰(微博名称：作业本)与加多宝凉茶公司自11月21日起，连续5天在人民法院报刊登致歉声明。
这一致歉声明，刊登日期距北京市大兴区人民法院做出一审判决已过去了整整两个月零一天;而距为“维护烈士名誉”愤而起诉的原告邱少云烈士之弟邱少华过世，也过去了一个月零一天。道歉虽然姗姗来迟，但不可或缺。正义前进一步，黑暗就会后退一步，致歉声明意味着英雄的尊严得到了捍卫、民族的良知得到了守护。
有人说，英雄的业绩、他们的精神，就是那个时代的精华。确实，英雄是一个民族的脊梁，一个有前途的民族不能没有英雄。有一部二战电影，讲述了这样一个故事，斯大林格勒保卫战中，苏军一度节节败退，上阵的指挥官焦急地询问，有什么办法没有?一位军官建议，我们需要英雄!果然，当一位英雄的事迹被广为流传后，苏军士气大振，迅速扭转了不利的战局。没有英雄的引领，个体的力量就难以凝聚;缺少先锋的领路，前行的方向难以看清。这也是为何马克思说，“每一个社会时代都需要有自己的大人物，如果没有这样的人物，它就要把他们创造出来”。
“当过去不再照亮未来，人心将在黑暗中徘徊”。历史是过去的现实。然而，总有一些人，把历史看作“任人打扮的小姑娘”，或是打着“历史考证”的幌子，或是举着“揭秘解密”的旗号，或是披着“还原真相”的外衣，肆意歪曲历史、抹黑先烈、污损英雄。于是，各种各样的奇谈怪论一度层出不穷：黄继光堵枪眼“不合理”，刘胡兰“精神有问题”;雷锋日记“全是造假”，狼牙山五壮士都是“土匪”;虎门销烟的林则徐更是“把中国踹入万劫不复的深渊”„„而有些人有些机构未经仔细甄别，就“随手转发”、互动，令谬误进一步流传，更是于无形中成为诋毁英雄形象的“帮凶”。
英雄的事迹，先烈的故事，不是不能讨论，但应用史实说话、以证据立言。随意拼凑历史，肆意抹黑英雄，不仅是对民族历史的不尊重，更是对集体价值观的消解。当年，在苏联，受“新思维”的影响，以青年近卫军英雄奥列格·科舍沃伊、卫国战争女英雄卓娅、“堵枪眼英雄”马特洛索夫等为代表的一批英雄人物被污名化，进而引发思想的混乱、信仰的坍塌。这样的教训，难道还不够深刻吗?
在这个意义上，每个人都是捍卫英雄的“卫道者”。捍卫英雄，绝不仅仅是英雄后代的职责，更是每个公民的义务。敢于向历史虚无主义说“不”，敢于跟侮辱英雄的言行作斗争，这样的公民才足以称为现代意义的负责任公民。
有一句话，值得每一个人铭记。1936年，郁达夫在《怀鲁迅》一文中警示道：“没有伟大的人物出现的民族，是世界上最可怜的生物之群;有了伟大的人物，而不知拥护、爱戴、崇仰的国家，是没有希望的奴隶之邦。”捍卫英雄，就是捍卫这个国家的前途和希望，更是守护自己心中的良知和正义。

据媒体报道，西南大学在中心图书馆开设“脱机自习室”，学生进入此自习室须将手机交给工作人员代为保管。这个自习室开设近一周，有学生坚持了530分钟不使用手机，但也有学生10多分钟就熬不住了。“脱机自习”事情不大，但反映的问题值得我们深思。
近年来，随着智能手机的普及和移动互联网的发展，使用手机浏览信息、移动购物、休闲娱乐，越来越成为人们重要的生活方式，在现实生活中最明显的反映，就是“低头族”的流行。事实上，在经济发达地区，“低头族”不仅成为地铁、公交上的一道“风景”，甚至在教室、办公室、会议室里，也不乏“低头族”的身影。手机在带给人们极大便利的同时，也在深刻地改变着人们的行为习惯。
作为一种通信工具，手机功能的应用无疑为人们生活提供了便利，但过度使用手机产生的问题也在凸显，给人们带来不小的困扰。越来越多的人发现，一旦手机不在身边，就会很不自在。更有甚者，吃饭、走路都在看手机，甚至睡觉前也养成了熬夜刷手机的习惯。手机依赖还在向青少年蔓延。一项调查显示，我国“00后”近视眼率高达60%，他们平均每天使用手机时间长达两小时15分钟。手机过多地介入人们的生活，使得工作生活高度“在线化”，加剧了人们的疲惫感和焦虑感。同时，由于手机提供的多是高度碎片化的信息，大幅挤压人们线下思考、系统思考的时间。
过度的手机依赖，还容易造成各种突发事故。近几年，因使用手机引发的行人交通事故呈上升趋势。江苏南京警方2015年发布的一组数据显示，开车打电话、刷微博、聊微信、操作打车软件等“影响安全行车行为”引发的交通事故占事故总数的49.1%，后果也最为严重。去年9月，驾驶大型客车的常州司机高某因为走神撞死老人，其在7分钟内竟然看了39次手机。
凡事过犹不及，使用手机也是这样。数据显示，2016年7月，中国移动互联网用户7.1亿，总使用时长379亿小时，平均每人每天的使用时间达112分钟。一些深度“手机依赖症患者”实际使用手机时长远远高于这个数字，他们往往难以认识到“手机依赖症”所产生的危害，单纯依靠个人自觉和自律，很难阻止“手机依赖”对他们产生的一系列副作用。并且，全社会似乎并未对此引起足够的重视，很多手机功能应用的研发还在以黏附用户为目的，极力吸引用户的注意和兴趣。
科技改变生活，但所谓的改变不应只是产生了“低头族”现象。如果人们的生活品质并未因科技而改善，人们的身心健康并没有因科技而提升，那就不能认为是我们主导了科技进步，而是我们为科技所奴役。“手机依赖症”正在产生越来越多的身心问题，需要全社会共同关注，也需要工会、少儿关爱机构等组织积极介入并行动起来，采取有效措施引导人们合理使用智能手机。毕竟，拯救每一个“手机依赖症”患者，就是在拯救我们共同的生活方式，营造共同的健康生活。

江苏常熟服装城黑作坊雇用童工事件，得到了快速查处，事件中的孩子在案件查处完毕、工厂结算报酬后，将被当地政府送回家乡。然而，许多人却开始担忧：送回原籍不会是此次童工事件的终点，童工问题也不可能通过一次次送回原籍而获得根本解决。类似的童工事件究竟该如何善后，让相关部门和关注事件的人们都陷入了纠结。
这些孩子该怎么办？从常熟当地相关部门对服装城展开大规模排查开始，网友们就在各种网络平台上进行了观点交锋：留在当地，这些孩子没有合理合法的依据继续进行劳动、获得报酬；送回原籍，谁也无法保证这些孩子不再成为童工。去留之间，童工们似乎成了一个烫手的山芋。有人认为，应该把选择权交给孩子，让他们自己选择是留在城市，还是回到家乡。但这显然不是什么好办法，其实这个年龄段的孩子，他们的青春应该在校园里，而不是在工厂的流水线上。
在媒体报道中，有一名17岁的小姑娘，坐在挤满高低床的宿舍里，向记者讲述自己的故事。她也曾经是一名童工，现在的她不过是年龄往成年的方向上靠近了一步，迈过了法律规定的16岁的就业门槛，但她所面临的困境与童工没有什么两样——同样来自贫困的西部农村，同样是辍学后外出打工。她的经历告诉人们：童工现象其实长期存在，一批来自贫困地区儿童，他们的基本权益没有得到很好保障。
保障儿童权益，让孩子们健康快乐成长是全社会的共识。童工事件却警示人们：我们对孩子的保护并没有想象中的完善，仍存在死角。上述事件中，孩子权益受到侵害，最直接的原因是企业违法和政府监管缺失。新华社记者调查发现，常熟服装城周边有大量服装业黑作坊，这些黑作坊多存在非法雇佣童工现象。尽管,我国法律有明确规定，用人单位不得非法招用未满十六周岁的未成年人，违者将处以吊销营业执照等处罚。但是，这些黑作坊大多相对隐蔽且无证无照，政府对其管理上存在真空，不仅难以清查，更难以处罚。
监管盲点的存在和违法行为的发生，深层次的原因是发展中的矛盾没能得到有效化解。大量黑作坊雇佣童工的背后是一对矛盾：一方面，类似常熟这样的劳动力密集型产业存在降低用工成本的迫切需要；另一方面，西部贫困地区的部分未成年人，因为各种原因辍学后，希望通过打工离开农村，同时赚取报酬补贴家用。两方面需求的错配，形成了非法雇佣童工的黑色利益链条。各地如果不重视化解这对矛盾，不严厉打击这类利益链，就难以有效遏制非法童工现象。
目前，让童工离开黑作坊,把他们送回原籍，与其说是解救，不如说是解围。如果相关的反思和处置仅限于事件本身，那么事件带来的结果可能只是让这些孩子暂时免于从事与年龄不相称的劳动，而不能彻底把他们从贫困的家庭和凋敝的家乡解脱出来。

再穷不能穷教育，再苦不能苦孩子——这句政策口号，许多人耳熟能详。儿童是国家和民族的未来，童工现象这类社会转型发展时期的“次生灾害”，不应祸及这些未成年的孩子。中央明确要求，要始终把儿童发展放在优先位置，各级政府在公共政策制定实施过程中，要优先考虑儿童利益和需求。那么，各地相关部门是不是应该以此次事件为警示，在加快地方经济发展、推进精准扶贫的同时，努力补上那些儿童权益保障漏洞？

《我，机器人》等关于人工智能的影片里的场景，正在现实生活中初露端倪。今年5月，杭州市社会福利中心引进了一批智能养老机器人——“阿铁”。“阿铁”是为养老服务量身定做的，经过3年的研发调试，目前还处在试用阶段。
澎湃新闻网上传了一段老人和“阿铁”互动的视频。可以看到，这台机器人还不够“智能化”，其实就是把一些功能集成在一起，比如唱歌、对话、语音提醒等。就这些功能，表现也不够出色。比如老人说：“阿铁，我非常喜欢你!”“阿铁”的回答却是：“主人，请你说中国话。”而实际上，老人的话虽然有点口音，却还是让人听得很明白的普通话。这说明，这部机器的语音识别技术仍然有限。
不过，把机器人运用于养老领域，肯定是一片新的蓝海。今年4月，工信部、发改委等联合印发了《机器人产业发展规划(2016-2020年)》，按照这份规划，机器人在5年内将走入养老服务业。规划提到，要大力推进服务机器人在医疗、助老助残、康复等领域的推广应用。如果让机器人像siri、微软小冰那样陪老人聊天，像iPad那样播放视频、音频(歌曲、故事)、上网，以及像家庭管家那样提供提醒、护理、扫地等功能，确实可以满足老人的部分治疗、生活与精神需求。
目前，机器人养老产业仍处于起步阶段，未来还有很大行业拓展空间。不过，这里想提醒的是，即便今后机器人在养老产业得到广泛应用，也无法完全替代人的作用。机器人毕竟不是人，老人需要的也不光是一个冰冷的没有情感的机器。
中国已经进入人口老龄化阶段，国内超过60岁以上的老人已经多达2亿人，随之而来的是如何让老人们老有所依的问题。居家养老模式已难以适应新的社会变化。比如，夫妻双方都是独生子女的话，就很难同时把两家老人接到一起住。这是一个很现实的问题。所以，养老院模式、社区养老模式等，以后会更加成熟。
只是无论选择何种模式，老人都需要子女的亲情关怀，需要家人的陪伴照顾。即便是独居老人，也渴望家人的嘘寒问暖。不妨设想，当我们老了，可陪伴着你的，却是一个冷冰冰的机器人，这该是多么让人悲哀的事情。老年人的情感其实是比较脆弱的，在生命的最后一段岁月，渴望着有人陪他们一起度过。
发展智能养老机器人，严格来讲与选择何种养老模式并不冲突。这里担心的是，随着智能机器人越来越广泛运用，子女会更加有赖于这一人工智能辅助手段。有人可能还会因此感到“解放”了。这么想，肯定是不对的。所以，当看到这一则消息，忍不住要“杞人忧天”，提前发一通感慨。人总归是情感动物，不能被机器所奴役，更不能让机器完全取代作为子女的责任。

我发现枕头里有个世界
从小，我就有落枕的毛病，早晨起来，常常是歪着脖子，疼得哭爹喊娘。母亲自然是小心地替我揉来揉去，可这毕竟不是个长久之计。
母亲看着我痛苦的样子，决定给我特制一个枕头。棉花是最如意的材料，可是太软了不行，太硬了也不行，母亲就一把把地挑选着棉花，感觉适中才放进枕袋。两天后，我感激地接过妈妈的这只花枕头，它那么轻，却又那么重。把头放上去，花枕的中间正好凹下去，将我的头包在里面，棉籽轻轻按摩着我的头部，就像是静静的深夜，躺在海边沙地上，看满天繁星，吸清新空气，舒畅极了，呼吸之间全是妈妈的一瓣心香。
可是夏天来了，棉花被汗水一浸，就会发出霉味。于是，我索性撇开枕头，仰着头睡觉。结果自然是我又睡歪了脖子，母亲又有了心事。

当奶奶还在世的时候，妈妈常买了大包小包的东西，带着我去探望奶奶。每 3 当奶奶看到妈妈时，都会用小脚颤巍巍的跑上来，眼睛也因为兴奋而眯成一条缝，微笑绽放在满是皱纹的脸上，是那么甜蜜，那么欣慰。妈妈伺候奶奶的一举一动，我都看在眼里，记在心上。我暗下决心，我也要尽一份孝心。偶然一次，我发现奶奶很喜欢看书，而且特别快，用“一目十行”来形容还嫌不足。奶奶猜透了我的心思，说：“傻孩子，我是在看图画呢！”噢，我明白了。于是每当我去奶奶家时，都会画一两幅幼稚的画给奶奶看，使奶奶不会寂寞，奶奶总是对我说：“这孩子，真孝顺！”后来，奶奶不幸去世，妈妈常常暗暗流泪。于是我记住了孝顺。
妈妈的守信，让我感动。

凝聚
爱与被爱有时都很简单，甚或仅仅凝聚在一个芒果上。
那天，同往常一样，我拖着疲惫的身体回到家。打开冰箱，发现冰箱中安静的躺着一个大芒果，旁边还放着一张字条：“儿子，芒果记得吃。”
字虽然很少，但是却能感受到丝丝的爱意。我拿出芒果放在书桌上，便开始了学习。
不一会儿，妈妈回来了，她看到桌子上的芒果，又叮嘱我一句：“芒果要记得吃。”说完，又匆匆的又离开了家。
时间悄然到了十一点，我伸了伸懒腰，看见了芒果。我拿起芒果，仔细的端详，这个芒果青里透着红，煞是可爱，我使劲嗅了嗅，还真香啊。还是把它留给妈妈吧，妈妈更爱吃芒果。于是，我又把它放回了冰箱，并留下了一个纸条：“妈妈，芒果记得吃。”
第二天，放学回家后，我打开冰箱，那个芒果却还躺在冰箱里。只不过纸条上的字被改了：“儿子，晚上妈妈和你一块分享！”我笑了，因为我想象着妈妈看到我的纸条肯定很幸福，我幸福了，因为我马上就要和妈妈分享这个芒果了！
可晚上，妈妈因为加班没有回来，于是我又把纸条上的内容换了：“妈妈，芒果再不吃就坏了，记得你要吃了它哦！”
第三天，妈妈还是没有回来，我看了看冰箱里的芒果，再不吃就真的快坏了！但我还是没吃，因为我真的想和妈妈一起分享。
第四天晚上妈妈回来的时候，我已经睡着了，妈妈幸福地把我叫醒，说要和 5 我分享冰箱里的芒果，可打开冰箱，拿出芒果，皮还依然鲜美而且冰凉，可里面已经严重变质！但我和妈妈都没有表现出遗憾，因为我们好像已经分享过了！
我们笑着彼此是个大傻瓜，但我们依然很幸福，因为那已变了质的芒果其实就是爱的凝聚！
我读懂了父亲

朋友体谅我的窘迫事先在电话中告知：若坐三轮，只需三元。为保险起见，我上车前还问了价。“五元。”车夫说。我当然不会坐，可四周就只有这辆三轮车.车夫见我犹豫，开导我我说：“总比坐出租合算吧，出租车起价就是六元呢。”这个账我当然会算。可五元再加一元，就是三元的两倍，这个账我同样会算，我举目张望，希望再有一辆三轮车来。车夫说：“上来吧，就收你三元。”这样，我高高兴兴地坐了上去。

不由自主地，我又看着他的那条断腿。我很想打听一下他那条腿是怎么失去的，可终于没有问。事实上，这已经无关紧要了。他已经断了一条腿，而那条独腿支撑起了他的人生和尊严，这就足够。我想，如果那条断腿也有在天之灵，它一定会为它的左腿兄弟感到骄傲，一定会为它的主人感到自豪。
离别墅大门百十米远的距离，车夫突然刹了车。“你下来吧。”他说。
我下了车，给他五元钱。
他坚决不收，“讲好的价，怎么能变的呢?你这叫我以后咋个在世上混啊?”
我没勉强，收回了他找我两元钱。
我正要离开时，他不好意思说：“我本来应该把你送拢的，可是一幢高级别墅，往别墅去的人至少应该坐出租啊„„我怕被你朋友看见„„”
我的眼泪流了下来。我天生是不太流泪的人。
朋友果然在大门边等我，他望着远去的车夫说：“你为什么不让他送拢?那些可恶的家伙总是骗一个是一个!你太老实了。”议完事，朋友留我吃饭，我坚决拒绝了。
我徒步走过了那段没有公交车的路程。我从来没有与自己的两条腿这般亲近过，从来没有觉得自己的两条腿这般有力过。
二、为自己高兴
公交车移动得非常缓慢，星期一早晨总是如此。我安安稳稳地坐在靠后的位置上，实在不忍心看着这些人\"沙丁鱼\"似的挤在一起，便看着窗外的景色。
\"司机开车怎么这么慢啊！我赶时间！\"乘客不时发出抱怨让车厢气氛变得越来越烦燥。我心想：\"人啊，总是这样：等车的人巴不得车不要走，能上一个算一个，而上了车则巴不得车不停，一直开到目的地。\"
公交车好像不情愿似的靠站了。这时，我看到一位老婆从远处赶来，挤上后门，司机马上大声喊：\"下车去！不能从后门上车！\"那位老婆婆听了司机的话，便赶紧下车，又急急忙忙地往前门小跑。司机突然来了\"灵感\"，就在老婆刚到前门的瞬间把前后门都关上，一溜烟地把车开走了。看到那位老婆婆手里举着老年证，茫然地站在上车的地方，我的心像是被什么东西抽打了一下。
窗外的风景，我看不下去了。
这时我灵魂深处出现了两个声音。一个说：\"这是司机的错，你应该投诉他！\"另一个说：\"可是，你每天都搭这部车，万一司机知道了报复是很容易的哦！况且，那位老人与你没有任何关系，你也太多管闲事了吧？\"可马上第一个又说：\"这虽然是件小事，但是如果没有人站出来指出他的错，那么他就可能一直这样下去的。如果有一天自己受到老人的\'待遇\'呢？\"
我终于在下车之后拨打了投诉电话。后来那位司机的态度真的变好了些。也许，在别人心中，这只是一件非常小的事，我却一直为自己的行为感到高兴，毕竟我的行动使社会变得美好了一点。
三、这伸来的手
沐着晨曦，我去上学。时间还早，路上没有别的人。夜里下过雨，路上又湿又滑，道旁树的叶子上还积着许多晶莹的水滴。我小心翼翼地走着。前方，一个一瘸一拐行走的身影跃入我的眼帘，是她?那瘦矮的个头，那蹒跚的脚步，都向我证实，是她。虽然我们同班，但因男女之别而互不讲话；况且，大概是由于那一条有病的腿，她在班上更是不声不响。
我加快了步伐----不能跟在女孩子后边走，当然并非因她速度慢，所有的男孩都会这样的。这是一种潜意识在驱使。渐渐地近了，前边的她，一瘸，一拐，一步，一摇„„举步维艰。唉，真可怜！
更近了，只有五六步远。我正准备再次加速超过她时，她忽然身子一斜，左脚向前一滑，摔倒了！摔倒在我前面！
下意识地，我愣愣地站住了，不远的身后，飘来人们的的谈笑，我该怎么办? ----不管她，扬长而去?不，当然不能这样。十几年接受的教育，父母、老师，同学、社会、书本，所有这些输送给我的善恶观，不允许我视而不见。----那么，上前去扶起她?不，也不能这样。不是因为我和她从未说过话，而是因为：她是女生，而我是个男孩子！何况----似乎有人来了„„
这是一幅多么令人痛心的画面：在我前面五六步远，摔倒着一位腿有残疾的女同学；而我，却呆呆地站着，站着！欲扶，不行，欲止，不能！
这只是瞬间的景象，顷刻的思绪。飘在身后的谈笑声，促我在迷惘中作出抉择----不去扶起她！匆匆，我迈开步子，超了过去。
可我又立刻站住了，面对前方延伸的路，我将走向哪里?我能顺着这条路走去吗?
回头，注定要回头。我转过了身。她正努力着想要站起来。伸手，伸手，她攀住身旁一棵树，用力拉着，将身体拉高一些，又把手抬高一点„„渐渐地，慢慢地，她站了起来。我好可怜：我不如一棵树！
积在树上的雨水，在她的拉力下纷纷滴落，仿佛在痛哭。你为谁而哭，树? ----你应该为她而哭，她摔倒了，没有人扶她起来！你也应该为我而哭，一个残疾女同学摔倒在我面前，我只是看着她自己站起来！可是，你更应该为千万个她和我而哭，为这个世界而哭！
她又迈开了步子，坚强地走来，甚至比原来更快。转过身，我怅然若失地走着，顺着这条路走去。是她摔倒了么?是的，的确是的。不！是我摔倒了，我摔倒在世俗的污泥中！有谁，有谁能伸过手来，拉我一把呢?
“哎呀！”我脱口出声。任何偶然摔倒者都会叫的----这是下坡的路，我一脚踏空了。真疼啊！我试着站起来。突然，我怔住了！
—只手伸----了----过----来！----是她！她站在我身旁，一只手伸在了我的面前。她脸上的汗迹，衣服上的泥痕，清晰，刺眼„„
哦，这伸来的手！----我不禁潸然泪下。

“感恩的心，感谢有你，伴我一生让我有勇气作我自己......”每当我听到这美妙的歌声时，我就不禁想起了自己的父母。
当我们生病卧床不起时，是父母整天无微不至地照顾我们使我们恢复健康；当我们考试考差了，是父母的鼓励使我们重新拥有自信；当我们犯了错，是父母的教育使我们改正错误......记得有一次，天空下着蒙蒙的小雨，我生病了，得了支气管炎，全身无力，很不舒服。更不幸运的是，爸爸妈妈没有在家。我一摇一晃地去拨电话，告诉了妈妈我的情况。妈妈在电话另一头说：“涛涛，你忍着点，我马上回来！”说完，电话就挂了。妈妈平时坐车从店里回家至少要半个小时。想到这里，我哭了。可是，还不到10分钟，妈妈就风风火火地回来了。不管三七二十一，背着我就匆匆奔出了家门，要带我去医院。在路上，我隐隐约约看见妈妈的脸颊上流着一颗颗豆大似的汗水，顿时，我我的喉咙硬梆梆的，有千言万语难以表达。有气无力地说：“妈妈，让我下来吧，我自己走。”“不行，你在生病，不能走路！”妈妈“命令”我。我知道妈妈肯定不会放我下来，我便打消了这念头。到了医院，妈妈又是挂号，又是交钱......当我躺在床上打点滴时，妈妈又问我：“涛涛，你要吃点什么东西，妈出去买。”我想妈妈太累了，不想再给她添麻烦。就说：“妈，不用了，你歇息一会儿吧。”“不行，不吃东西怎么能行呢，你等等，妈出去买。”说完，便出去了。当妈妈把东西买回来时，我叫她也吃一点，她却说她不饿，倒叫我多吃点。其实，我知道，妈妈比我还饿。她之所以这样做，是因为一个字______那就是“爱”。在父母无微不至地照顾下，我一天一天地康复了。
有一句话说得好“谁言寸草心，报得三春晖”。因此，为了报答辛苦养育我的父母，我现在一定要好好学习，长大后，找一个好的工作，让父母安享晚年。父母为我付出的，我将十倍、百倍的感谢、回报他们，让他们的付出有价值。

仍记得那天放学，我蹲在门口系鞋带，系完后猛得一起身，头撞在窗台上，血不断的往外涌，我害怕的大哭起来。哭声引来了正要下班的赶回家的您，您一边有住的说：“怎么这么不小心？”一边用手帕捂住我的伤口。因为医务室已经关门了，您只好用车子把我推到中医院，途中一直小心翼翼，皱着的眉头久久不肯松开，口中不断喃喃的说：“怎么流这么多血？怎么还没止住？”到了医院，您把所有事情处理的妥妥当当，包扎时紧紧抓着我的手告诉我：“坚强一点，不要怕！”虽然眼中噙着疼痛的泪水，但自己的心中却无比温暖。
在送我回家的路上，您一会儿叮嘱我这个要小心，一会儿又叮嘱我那个要注意。我默默地应着，在车座上打量着您的背影，感觉是那么踏实。幕色渐渐弥漫了整个天空，晚风凉丝丝的吹在身上，看着您的背影，有种感动的温暖淌遍全身。
到了家中，您连一口水都没喝，告诉妈妈好好照顾我，还说如果严重可以请假。您看看表说：“不早了，我也该回去做饭了，田蕊要乖点啊！”便摆摆手走了。妈妈要给您医药费，却早已不见了您的人影。

那一次，我流泪了
淋淋沥沥的细雨随放学的铃声齐声到来。空气里笼起一层薄烟，缠缠绕绕向远方氤氲绵延不断。 同学们互道“再见”，便陆陆续续离开了偌大的教室，仅留下我一个人静默地对着窗外从浅蓝渐变幻化成深墨色的天空守望。雨下得更不留情了，倾盆一般的倒在蜿蜒的柏油路上，泛起无数精彩的涟漪，高低不一重重叠叠的建筑被大自然披上一层朦胧的纱衣。
眼前的一切，我无意于去欣赏，萦绕于心的是无尽的失落与伤感。厚重的石膏把我的双腿裹得密不透风，我恨自己这双不争气的腿，也同样埋怨妈妈到现在还不来接我。我开始有些急躁，缓缓移动板凳和腿，却不想如此艰难。
突然，我听到一声熟悉的呼唤，闻声望去，母亲瘦弱的身板从雨中模糊的映出来，她快步走到我面前，说：“等久了吧？来！”便很自然地转过身，蹲下身子，背对着我，手心向上。当我趴上去的时候，感觉母亲的身体往下一沉。她顿了顿，很吃力地站起来，慢慢的往前挪着步子。我立马打起伞，母亲背着我，一步一个涟漪，打起一片水花。

在学习中成长
如果说世界是个大课堂，那么我的父母一定就是我最好的老师，我从他们身上学到的不仅是知识，更是为人处事的道理，让我不断成长。
下午六点，正是一家人围坐在一起吃饭的时间。正当大家有说有笑，吃得正高兴之时，却听到楼上传来了刺耳的打电钻的声音。“又是楼上的装修队。”我愤愤地想。老爸也坐不住了，起身走出门外。“我爸一定上去收拾那帮人了。”我心里窃喜，一边闭气倾听，生怕错过了老爸和装修队的争吵。谁知，传入我耳朵的却是一阵说笑声，电钻的声音也停了下来。看到老爸满面春光地走进门，我很惊讶，便问老爸是如何让装修队这么快就高高兴兴地停止打电钻。老爸答道：“很简单啊，我就告诉他们：‘我们家已经做好饭了，你们要不要下楼和我们一起吃呀？’”好聪明的老爸！我心中惊叹。我这才知道矛盾还有另一种温和的解决方法。
后来，每次我和同学发生矛盾，我都学者老爸的样子，笑着解决问题，不再像小时候那样大吵大嚷。我发现，所有的矛盾用这种温和的方法很快就能解决，而且双方都心情舒畅。我感觉到自从我跟老爸学会这招以后，为人处事都成熟不少。我真的觉得我长大了。
妈妈的办公室向来是我爱去的地方，那里的哥哥姐姐、叔叔阿姨总是和和气气的，脸上挂着笑容，那种真诚而愉悦的气氛流淌在办公室的每个角落，让我的每个毛孔都很舒服。我很想知道是什么让这个
小办公室温暖如春，便经常关注妈妈的一举一动。这天，一位刚从国外回来的阿姨送个妈妈一大盒费列罗巧克力。妈妈这回一定高兴疯了，我猜想。要知道，妈妈可是一个巧克力狂。谁知，妈妈却立刻打开了巧克力，把巧克力给每个同事都分了几块，妈妈在家做蛋糕、比萨的时候，也总是给同事们带几块。我相信，那蛋糕、比萨的香味也早已成为了那办公室味道的一部分。
于是，我也学着妈妈的样子，把家里的好吃的带到学校去，和周围的同学分享。渐渐地，妈妈办公室的味道也泻进了教室里，我看到同学们的笑脸如春，看到他们也开始和别人分享自己的快乐。倏然，我又觉得我长大了。
向父母学习，我学会了如何解决矛盾，学会了分享，学会了助人为乐，与人为善。在向他们的学习中，我感到我不断成长，走向成熟。
