1.Hotel fashion show - why we are the best employer in Qingdao hotel industry (The benefits are very generous/ 7 days paid annual leave/two days off per week and five insurances and housing fund/Free staff meal/Staff dormitories…).We will choose an InterContinental Qingdao Lady/Gentleman to show how we work at InterContinental Qingdao (Good working environment/Safety place to work/Work –Life balance)

2.Each department will have a recruitment stall; you can collect the CVs during the large fair.
3.We will choose 3-5 hot jobs to do the on-the-spot recruiting.
E.g.Most new graduate students will only get a Server position; during the large fair you can have the opportunity to get a more higher position like “Senior Server” with higher salary.The departmental heads will make the final decision.Who get onto the stage and pa the on-the-spot interview will get the offer.
4.Each person who submits their CV will get a Lucky Draw Number.Lucky Draw like: Room voucher, Lunch Buffet, Dinner Buffet, Drink voucher on lobby, Swimming experience voucher etc.
