One of my favorite historical figures---Sima Yi ★As you know,Sima yi was a strategist, general, and politician of Cao Wei during the Three Kingdoms era of China.★He is perhaps best known for defending Cao Wei from Zhuge Liang\'s Northern Expeditions.★ His succe and subsequent rise in prominence paved the way for his grandson Sima Yan\'s foundation of the Jin Dynasty, which would eventually bring an end to the Three Kingdoms era.After the founding of the Jin Dynasty, Sima Yi was posthumously honored as Emperor Xuan of Jin with the temple name of Gaozu.★In the complex environmental of that history,Sima Yi\'s early years tolerance leads to be succeful.★Sima Yi is a highly controversial historical figures.★What can we learn from his deeds? ★CCTV produced a special program .It name is Learn management with Sima Yi.★He introduced many of the advantages from aspects of his work and life.I consider that many affairs gave us a lot inspiration.★So, I selected two affairs inside which I think is very representative .★First,let me show you the first affair___Seize opportunity skillfully.
