My alarm clock rings at seven every morning and I usually get up at once.I jump out of bed and do physical exercise for about ten minutes.Then I comb my hair,wash my face,eat my breakfast,and leave for school.I generally go to school by bus.The bus is always crowded and I don,t often get a seat.In the bus,on my way to school,I look at the signs through the windows,watch the faces of other paengers,and read the newspaper headlines over someone,s shoulders.It takes me about half an hour to get to the school.My first cla begins at eight and my last cla ends at 5five in the afternoon.After school,I sometimes get to the Students Center or a coffeehouse with my friends for an hour or so.Afterwards,I go home.As soon As I get home from school,I sit down and do my homework and study my leons for the next day .At seven I have dinner .Then I relax.I usually watch TV for about one hour or two or write a letter.Sometimes I take a walk in the evening, or visit a friend,or go out on a date.At about twelve I go to bed,and fall asleep immediately.I sleep until the alarm clock goes off again the next morning.A Typical day in my Life（我的一天）
每天早上七点钟，闹钟一响，我立刻起床。我从床上跳下来，用大约十分钟的时间锻炼身体。然后我梳头，洗脸，吃早饭，接着去上学。
我通常坐公交车去学校，公交车总是很拥挤，我经常找不到座位。在公交车上，我透过窗户看街上的招牌，或者看着其他乘客的脸，或者透过某个人的肩膀读他人报纸的标题。我花了大约半个小时才能到学校。我第一节课在八点开始，最后一节课在下午五点结束。放学后，我有时到学生中心或与朋友在咖啡馆呆一个小时左右。之后我就回家了。
当回到家后就坐下来做我的功课，并为一天的课做准备。在七点钟吃晚饭。然后我放松一下。我通常看电视大约一两个小时或写一封信。有时我晚上散步，或去拜访朋友，或出去约会。大约12点钟，我上床睡觉，很快进入梦乡。一直睡到第二天闹钟又响起。
