一、Part One Teaching material character There are many topics in Unit 1.Most of them are following to the times and the social.They are in the students level, The students know something about them .They have some experience and such as those topics : learning to learn , how we have changed , music, vacation and so on .Help them know of the foreign culture , care for the international events and love their own country.They may know that English is very important.Such as they can send the e—mail .These topics are useful for students to learn English .They can learn by listening,speaking,reading and wring.At last they can know how to learn English
二、Part Two Course Value 1.The first one The function of the knowledge set up This unit divide into three parts,sectionA,sectionB and Reading part.The contents are about the students real life .They are easy to understand .By discuing these topics ,they may know which is the best way to learn English.And how to improve English 2.The second one The function of the ability development This unit is connected with the students real life.So the students are interested in it .and take an active in it.It trains the students listening,speaking,reading and wring.To finish one task, the students may work with each other.It trains the students cooperation ability.And help the students form a good habit to face the problems and solve them.3.The third one The function of the operation
Nowadays English the position of the students is very important and first of all.The teacher may help ,direct and lead them.So in Unit 1 I give the students more time than before .They can do the activity in pairs and groups.Have them talk about their favorite topics about how to learn English in cla.After cla I give them some topics , for example, I want them to do a survey about the people and the things around themselves.This way makes care about the social 4.The fourth one Educational function of the mental emotion According to unit1,the students are interested in it .After this unit ,they may hold a method to study English and form a good habit to study it.Help the students to set up their self-confidence, especially those who are not interested in English.Help them realize that English is very important and they can use it everywhere such as, they can send an e-mail or they can talk with the other people on the Internet.
三、Part Three Course Value Aims 1.The first one The degree of the selection of the content to carry out the course value Three parts are in unit 1, The unit has some topics.They are about how to learn English .The content tells students how to study English very well.Help
them form a good habit .Reading Part is helpful for students to solve problems.Train the students the ability of facing the difficulty

The second one The degree of the organization of the content to carry out the course value The students may know about the main ideas in SectionA .Practice the students listening skill in 1b 2a and 2b.Section A is ready for Section B and Reading Part .It is easy for them to understand Section B .In Reading the students may put what they learned in Unit1 into use.They can read it by themselves.2.The third one The degree of the formative characteristic The form is good.It accords to the students knowing the language rules, from the easy one to the difficult one ,It is easy for them to master what they learn .The content is very important and useful.So they talk freely.The teacher and the students can finish the teaching aims quite well.
四、Profe and reform the textbook To have the students know the unit very well, I reform unit1 First one , I give them some time to discu the topics about English.And I lead the title of the unit “How do you study English ? The second one in the first cla ,I have them read Section A and Section B.After that I have them make a note about the methods to learn English and have them discu how do you learn English? The third one I have them make a survey about “How do you study English?” I have them know more methods about studying English.The students may master the content better in the good atmosphere and at last they may hold a method to learn English.This is my English speaking material.If there is some shortages in it , I hope your advice.
