Hello everyone ,my name is liuxinglu .
I am happy that today I can talk something about healthy with you .Asa proverb goes “a healthy body is the base of doing everything.” I agree with it very much .
When I was still in high school ,I spent almost all the time to study, and I paid le attention to my healthy.Even thought playing basketball is my favourite thing, I played it only once a week.When I entered grade 3,I still pay le attention to my healthy.Of course ,I noticed that my physical strength hasdropped a lot.When I played basketball with my friends on Sunday ,they ran so fast that I can’t catch up with them, and I feel tired soon.But they are still energetic after 3 hours .
During this winter holiday ,I played basketball with my friends several times.Every time I was the first who feel tired.
Because of this ,I learned that keeping healthy is very important.If you are energetic ,you can achieve many things easier and faster.
Now ,I have realized that I was a big dreamer.I am too lazy to do exercise.I am always making some plans about how to do exercise everyday , but I never do it .in order to
solve this problem ,I have thought it during this holiday .these days I will do some exercise in the playground.I feel happy with it.
I usually tell myselfjust do it ,and you will make it.Do you do exercise everyday? Why not?
