Ladies and gentlemen, it\'s my honor to be here today to give you this speech.
My topic is \"the pains of growing up\"
When i was a child, I hoped to grow up immediately.However, having grown
up, how I wish i were a child! Once we grow up, the carefree times have flown away and there are so many pains waiting for us!
First comes the pains of studying.Exactly, studying itself is pleasant.What
pains us are examinations and scores.We have to study those boring subjects and try to get high scores in exams.It\'s really painful.
We also suffer from dealing with others.Sometimes we may find that some
people are hard to get along with.Sometimes we may quarrel with intimate friends.Such things always hurt our feelings.
Parents may bring us pains, too.We think they don\'t understand us.They
forbid us to do what interests us and force us to do what we hate.They keep telling us what to do and what not to do as is we knew noting.They don\'t really care what is in our mind.
Later, some may suffer pains of losing love, pains of working and then of
supporting a family.
Growing up seems to mean endle pains,.So many people wish to return to
childhood.
But you know, that\'s impoible.We can do nothing but stand up and
overcome them, even enjoy them and shoulder our responsibilities.
My dear clamates, don\'t be afraid of growing up! Don\'t be afraid of pains.
No pains, no gains.Only after tasting pains can we better enjoy sweetne and happine.Let\'s grow up in pains, grow up from pains.

女士们，先生们，我很荣幸今天给你这句话。我的主题是“成长的烦恼”
当我还是个孩子，我希望马上长大。然而，长大了，我多么希望我是一个孩子！我们一旦长大，无忧无虑的时光飞走，有如此多的痛等着我们！
首先是努力学习。正是，学习本身就是快乐。使我们痛苦的是考试和分数。我们要研究那些无聊的科目和考试获得高分。真的很痛苦。
我们也从与人交往。有时我们会发现，有些人是很难相处。有时我们会吵架与亲密的朋友。这样的事情总是会伤害我们的感情。
父母会给我们带来痛苦，太。我们认为他们不了解我们。他们禁止我们做什么，我们感兴趣的力量我们做什么，我们恨。他们告诉我们什么该做什么不该做是我们知道什么。他们真的不关心什么是在我们的心中。
后来，一些可能遭受痛苦，失去爱，痛苦的工作和家庭的支持。
成长似乎意味着无尽的痛苦，。很多人希望回到童年。
但你知道，那是不可能的。我们所能做的只是站起来并克服它们，甚至享受和承担责任。
亲爱的同学们，不要害怕长大！不要害怕疼痛。一分付出一份收获。只有在品尝痛苦才能更好地享受甜蜜和幸福。让我们在成长，成长的痛苦。
