我对多媒体在英语教学的一点心得体会

我是一名来自东北的女孩,来到勒流中学成为一名英语教师已经快一年的时间了,在这一年的教学中,我学到了太多太多的东西,这其中有学校指导教师的循循善诱,也有学校领导对我的关心,真的使自己感到这是大学生活中从来没有体会到的,没有学习到的,在大学中,我们试讲的模式还是一种传统的教学方法,就是老师在前面讲,学生在下面听,偶尔也会用到多媒体的教学模式,但是很少,所以自己只是一知半解,来到勒流中学后,我看到这的课堂全都是多媒体教学的,刚开始我有些怕了,“怎么办啊!我还不太会了,”而且自己当时还觉的也没有必要每天都用多媒体吧,那样效果真的会好吗?可是自己真的上课用到多媒体的时候,不到几天的时间,我的思想完全改变了,当然这其中有我刚开始的时候对一些课件制作的不熟悉到熟悉,我终于明白了,多媒体真的是那么的重要,利用多媒体教学不仅可以使课堂容量多一些,而且学生也觉得课堂印象更加深刻,有图画,声音更直观,更有兴趣。以下是我的一点体会:

一、利用多媒体教学,激发学习兴趣

“兴趣是最好的老师”,可见学生学习的注意和兴趣是影响教学质量的重要因素。对低高一的学生来说,学习兴趣往往是他们学习的直接动因。而“多媒体”的合理运用能使这些因素得到优化,更好地激发学生学习兴趣。如教学leon3 --Solar Car Racing时,学生根本就不知道什么才是太阳能汽车,它的外形是什么样子的,所以在上课之前我利用多媒体的手段播放了一些有关于太阳能汽车比赛的短片和图片,学生看后都觉的这种汽车很有趣啊!所以不仅让他们了解了太阳能汽车,而且也促使他们更加的想去读课文,理解课文,在激发兴趣的基础上既保证了学习过程的积极进行,又能让学生明白其中的道理。

二、运用多媒体进行英语教学,可以使学生巩固新学的单词和短语,及时反馈信息,有效提高学生的记忆能力。

英语中的单词、短语也是英语教学中的一个重点教学内容,学生在学习过程中,对单词、断语的掌握是理解课文的重要手段,利用“多媒体”教学,不但能让学生看着屏幕就能认识单词,还能利用鼠标的特殊功能知道单词的读音、意思、范句等,既清楚又生动,掌握率效高。信息“反馈”也是教学中的主要环节,学生

到底掌握了些什么?能吃透所传授的知识吗?传统教学中一般采用老师念学生用本子听写或给出生字让学生组词,这种枯燥无味的教学,不但使让学生失去学习兴趣,而且信息得不到及时的反馈,教师掌握不到具体情况,学生是爱动不爱静的,利用多媒体教学,就能边学单词、短语,边在计算机上输入,这种口、脑、手并用的教学过程既符合学生的心理,又鲜明灵活,学生会面对着由自己亲自操作而掌握的知识当作一种愉快的享受。如学习leon3 --Solar Car Racing 时,我要求学生边听边输入单词,提高他们的记忆能力,再利用多媒体的广播功能直接反馈给学生,激励了部分学生积极开展课外阅读,通过自学的实践活动提高阅读的能力。这样,学生学的知识无疑是“活”而又“实”了。

三、用多媒体教学突出重点,突破难点。

教学过程中,教师能否合理地处理教材,也是影响教学效果的重要因素。其中如何突出教材重点、突破难点是至关重要。而多媒体教学手段就成为教师在教学过程中突出教材重点、突破教学难点的有效手段。

但是,利用多媒体进行政治教学时,也要注意以下几点:

首先,在选材上,教师要选取学生感兴趣的、有代表性的素材,挖掘材料中的德育成分,正面教育,积极疏导。运用典型示范,以他们的先进事迹和模范行为去感染学生,去影响教育学生,说服力强且令人信服。对学生想不通的问题,或者错误的认识要进行启发和开导。多从正面以理说服人,以情感动人,以事实教育人。

其次,课件制作上,忌简单地把文字搬上屏幕,把课件变成“书本搬家”、“板书搬家”、“习题集搬家”;或者制作得过于花哨。太枯燥或太花哨都会影响教学效果。

最后,课件各个部分要注意协调统一性,要有美感,教学时要注意把美育贯穿于教学的各个环节,不能因为演示过程中的不协调而影响学生的注意力。 但是,利用多媒体进行政治教学时,也要注意以下几点:

由此,我认为多媒体教学在英语教学中的合理应用,不仅促进了学生智力因素和非智力因素的有机结合,而且培养了学生自学能力和分析解决问题的能力,促进了学生能力的整体发展,是全面提高中学生英语能力素质的有效手段。

以下是我运用多媒体教学的leon3 --Solar Car Racing的教案:

Teaching Plan

Title:Module 3 Unit 9 Leon 3 --- Clean Machines

Teacher: 勒流中学张文文

Duration: 40 minutes

• Teaching aims: To master the content of the text.

• To learn some useful vocabulary.

• To improve the students’ reading skills.

Poible problems:

Students may find it difficult to understand the paage using a lot of Present Perfect Continuous tenses and to use the skills in an interview.

Teaching Aids:Computer

Main Activities:Listening, Reading & Speaking

Teaching Procedures:

Step 1:Leading- in:

1. How many different kinds of cars can you name?

2. Where do these cars get their power from? --- lead to pollution caused by fuels

3. Introduce different kinds of energy sources.

4. Introduce solar cars and enjoy a video about solar car races.

Step 2:First reading

Students read the interview and decide the following statements are True or False.

1.Marie Logan began designing cars when she was a student.T

2.She has won most of her races.F

3.The team has already finished building a solar car.F

4.Marie has written a book about solar cars.F

Step 3:Detailed reading:

1.Students read the first two questions and the answers, then answer the following questions。

1.What is the main topic of the first two questions? A.The advantages of solar cars

B.Solar racing cars and solar races

C.Introduction to Solar cars.

2.Why are solar cars called „clean machines‟ or „green machines‟? A.Because they look clean and smart.

B.Because they don‟t use petrol, gas or any other fuel.

C.Because they don‟t cause air pollution.

D.both B and C

2.Students read the next four questions and the answers, then answer the following questions(精读练习).

1.What is the main topic of the next four questions?

A.The advantages of solar cars

B.Solar racing cars and solar races

Solar cars are cars that use the sun‟sfor power.They don‟t useor any other fuel.People have been worried aboutcaused by fuels.Solar cars are clean and A lot of people think that solar cars are but they are getting all the time.They have reached the speeds of nearly k.p.h.They can even work inweather.

Step 6:Speaking(口语)------ Interview(采访)

1.Discuion: How to be well prepared as an interviewer and as an interviewee? (讨论:作为采访者和被采访者应如何准备)

2.Carry out an interview: (进行采访)

Topic 1:Student A: You are the journalist.You are going to interview Marie

Logan from Brisbane about all the advantages solar cars have.She has

been writing a book about solar cars.Prepare at least 5 questions

carefully.Remember to pay attention to the topic and be polite.

Student B: You are Marie Logan from Brisbane.You have been writing

a book about the advantages of solar cars.You may use these key words:

solar energy, no pollution, safe and clean, renewable energy,

sustainable…

Topic 2:Student A: You are the journalist.You are going to interview one of the

audience in a solar race about his/her opinions on solar cars.Prepare at

least 5 questions carefully.Remember to pay attention to the topic and

be polite.

Student B: You are watching a solar car race.You think solar cars are

wonderful, but don‟t want to use them because now because …You also think the technology needs to be improved.

Step 7:Summary:(本课总结)

Summarize what we have learnt in this cla.

Step 8:Homework
