1.将自己的问题告诉老师和同学，请求得到他们的帮助； 2．不要总想着考试成绩，要多想想自己在哪些方面进步了，这样就会给自己自信；
3.多做运动，运动可以帮助自己缓解压力，并且有助于睡眠。
Dear Paul
I quite sympathize with you and understand the great trouble you are suffering from.Here are some advices for you and I hope it can help you.Firstly you should manage to telling your teachers and clamates about your problems and asking for their help.Secondly you had best not always think the test scores and to think more about where they have progreed so that will giver their confidence.What’s more you should doing more exercise is helpful to soothe you’re a good sleep as well.
