Hearing you are trouble in giving up smoking,I am shocked but I am convinced that you will get rid of it.It is not a good thing to smoke.Firstly,you may become addicted to it physically,which is due to nocotine.Sceondly,you may rely on it mentally,for the withdrawl react.What`s more,smoking can do great damage to your heart and lungs,and make you smell bad.Overcoming the habit can start from little thing.For instance,you could make a plan which certain day is to quit it.On that day,you should throw all the cigrattes in yout pocket.Next,go out and exercise yourself,keep concenteating on your hobby.If you still have difficulties,turn to your parents for help.I trust you and you should be determined to manage it!

Having heard that you are bothering whether to give up smoking or not,I am strongly for the opnion that you should get rid of this bad habbit.Regardle of the money you spent on cigarette,smoking also poses a great threat to your health.
Here comes my advice:throw out all your remaining cigarette.Keep yourself busy all the time and never bother about taking a cigarette for relax.Things will
change if you habe a strong determination.So set up your mind and spring into action.
It is accepted that stopping smoking is absolutely a batism of fire.However,you can`t just duck out of it.I believe if you step up to the plate and keep on
moving,you will have a healthy body and bright future.
