Responsibility is the Corner stone of one’s succe Many of us today is the first time to work as an adult , and many of us today is the first time to be familiar with the Great Wall Motor Company, and many of us want to be a succeful man in this place, so it is understandable if we are a little nervous the first time here.Before that succe we goanna to achieve, the first thing we need to do is to know our responsibility.That is why there is a month military training.I imagine there are some seniors out there who have already begun to work now must be feeling pretty good now, for they know their responsibility and they know how to shoulder it well.Now we are goanna to be them and I am sure that some of us will remind that military training.At least I am.The military training teaches me how to be a real man – shoulder your responsibility well.
In that drill ground, I learn what is responsibility and I know the important of shouldering it.It teaches me the dream we have need the contribution of every single one of us.Every single one of us has something that we are good at; every single one of us has something to offer and every single one of us has the responsibility to discover what they are and give them out.That is the opportunity our company can provide.Throughout out that opportunity, we can achieve succe and we can achieve our dream.The responsibility is the corner stone of our dream.So do our best on the things we are good at, make a contribution to the team and to the company, shoulder the responsibility well.
The responsibility as a critical part of the personal character can define you, can take you to succe.The truth is being succe is hard and some of the most succeful people in the world are those who have had the most failures.These people succeed because they know that you cannot let your failures define you.You have to responsible and let the failures teach you .you have to responsible and let the failures show you what to do differently the next time.No one is born being good at all things, we become good at things through hard work.And do not afraid to ask questions, do not afraid to ask for help when you need it.Asking for help is not a sign of weakne, it is a sign of strength and it is a sign of responsibility, because it shows you have the courage to admit what you do not know and it shows you want to know that things and it shows you are a responsible person, that is an important predictor of succe.
