今年来学术不端行为屡屡发生，2009年4月，上海大学教授、博导陈湛匀因两篇论文存在抄袭现象被通报，被学校免除学术委员会委员职务，并撤销了国际工商与管理学院副院长一职。学术不端行为已成为高校的一个热门话题。什么原因导致学术不端行为的大量出现？
