招聘职位：
Aistant Consultant （助理顾问）： Roles and Responsibilities: 1.Build up target lists of candidates; update the data-pool of CVs.2.Support the Consultant in making recruitment calls to the targeted candidates.3.Make \"cold calls\" to unknown candidates.4.Collect and screen CVs to match job specifications and requirements.5.Thorough and in depth research in the company and positions accountable for.6.In depth analyzing and drawing the correct org chart based on the information and input received from the candidates.Ensure the needed information are well reflected on the organization structure produced.7.Present the profile to the Consultant to further justify the candidates 8.Ensure needed information of the candidate such as birthdates, given name, contact number, job functions, technical skillset etc from the candidate CV are keyed into the system.9.Produce and present suitable candidate to the senior to ensure the mandate come to closure.Requirements: 1.Bachelor\'s degree or junior college with Student cadres working experience.2.We can accept fresh-graduation candidates With rich intern experience.3.Open-minded, highly analytical, poe excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 4.Able to handle rejections.5.Hard working, quick learner, and initiative.6.Good in written & spoken English.7.Life sciences background especially pharmaceutical background, should be plus.8.Pay attention to details.
