Good morning, Ladies and gentlemen.I’m very appreciated to stand here and introduce myself to all of you in English.As you know, my name is cary and I’m majored in international busine and trade as you.I come from a prestigious city- HangZhou, which is famous for West Lake and its enthusiastic resident. At the following time, I will tell you something you may not know about me.I was born in a very sweet family with my dad, my mom and my elder sister.We are not rich actually, but we really care for each other.Since I was a little girl, I was told to be gentle and nice.So after 21 years, thanks to my family, here I am, happy, confident, positive and independent.I was born in the country but I accepted education in the city, which makes my personality to be more multiple and complicated.I’m in favor of travelling everywhere, taking photos, shopping with my girl friends, singing and reading alone.I write song and I sing it, I read book and I cry it, I live my life and I enjoy it.That is me.It is said that campus life is the most splendid time in one’s life time.I will never forget the day I stepped into ZheJiang Normal Univercity for the first time.Now I look back my two-year college life, rewarding and abundant.College is very different from high-school life.It provides more opportunities for students to not only study but also practice.In the past two years, I’ve expanded my horizons and known more about our society. As a freshman, On the one hand, I took part in Student union and succefully played an important role in the union and the Volunteer Brigade.I am also the literary member of my cla.On the other hand, I participated in many competitions such as speech competition, Venture Contest and so on.All these activities have built up my mind and made me stronger and smarter. As a sophomore, I went to the outside society to search for part-time jobs to improve myself.I have worked in a hotel as a waiter, I have been a leafleteer for a furniture company, I also have been a seller selling clothes in school.Standing here, I have to admit, I failed before, I got in trouble before, I fell into the trap before, but I never give up.Many friends may wonder:” why you have to make yourself so busy?” My answer is :”College life is fantastic and full of excellent opportunities.I don’t want to be regret when I look back my college life.”
As for study, luckily I have paed CET-4, CET-6, NCRE-2, Standard Chinese and Accounting Vocational Qualification in the past two years, which makes my efforts rewarded.In the next term, I will become a junior student, which takes me more responsibility.As an old proverb says: Not to advance is to go back.We college students are the hope of our motherland, and we shoulder the responsibility of the society.So I will try my best to achieve my dream.First of all, I should work harder on my study, especially profeional knowledge.Secondly, I should practice more and strengthen my personal skills.Thirdly, I ought to combine theory with practice, which makes me become more suitable to meet the needs of our society.I consider it to be a honor that I’ve got the chance to study here and I sincerely hope that we could live wonderful lives in our campus!
