The formation of this contract, its validity, interpretation, execution and settlement of the disputes shall be governed by related Laws of the People’s Republic of China.
租客须支付所有公用事业和/或服务设施的收费。
Tenant shall pay for all utilities and/or services supplied to the premises.
如果买方未能在上述规定的期间内通知和（或）寄出完整的细节，那么买方将被认为放弃提出任何索赔的权利。
